One month after receiving my laptop, the plastic case started breaking apart. I wrote asking for a refund to no avail. Now the windows has stopped working so I have nothing but broken plastic with wires.

I placed one order for a table running, then the seller asked me to cancel it and let me put the reason as " other reason" . The seller increased the price right after I ordered. Since I really like this item, I soon placed an order with another seller. The magic happened again: the price got increased too, and it ended with dispute. I will not use this site anymore! !

I will join the many complaints about this sub standard company. Consider yourself lucky if your items arrive, and or in good condition and working, If not forget it and go with a more reputable company such as ebay. As for ratings of a product, the lowest star rating allowed before being able to post Is 4 which gives a completely false rating of items. In this day and age simply not good enough.

Rip off, purchased defective items, returned the items to the address that was given from aliexpress over 6 weeks ago and I still haven't received my refund just EXCUSES.

I purchased 2 lace front human hair wigs both had an odor, shedding as well as tangled. I notified aliexpress for a refund but was advised to send items back but I would have to pay in advance for shipping and handling and would receive a full refund as well as receive the shipping cost but now aliexpress is giving me the excuse they haven't received the items...its been nearly 6 weeks..they have my money and the hair and requested that I give them a high rating... RIDICULOUS

Worst customer services ever seen. Not recommended at all. Only tried to exchange to get the right size and I have to keep emailing back and forth in vain!!!

Bad online store. I ordered an item. They didn' t send the right amount or the right quantity ordered. And they pretend they had sent the correct amount. This is unacceptable. Unfair and stealing customers. Do not trust them guys

AliExpress is a rip off I’ve ordered 4 differant items got charged for all and only had 1 delivered. Don’t buy from them they take your money and send nothing

I've been doing business with AliExpress for the last six months. I believe I've uncovered both the good and the bad. You can find a great deal as long as you can live with the slow delivery. That's the good news! The bad news should you ever have a problem with an order . . you're screwed! Buyer Protection is a sham. There is no such thing. Should your product not arrive, should it be damaged, should the seller ship product even though you cancelled the order . . you're screwed! When a problem occurs, you typically can do two things: You first chat with customer service in an attempt to get their help to resolve the problem. Second, you file a dispute. Well, customer service will assure you up one side and down the other that they will solve your problem. They never do! They tell you they will but they don't. And filing a dispute always results in them siding with the seller. They don't have an Amazon or eBay customer service philosophy . . the seller is always right! So Beware!!"

I have awarded this review 1 star, only because I can't award no stars. I ordered an item from AliExpress. The seller shipped a completely different item. I then had to return the item at my expense and raise a dispute with AliExpress about it. Because the original seller had not received the returned item within 30 days, even though buyers are told to expect an item 20-41 days, AliExpress considered that I had not sent it, even though I had provided evidence. AliExpress then released my money to the seller. The end result of this will be that the original seller will receive my money for an item which I ordered and the seller sent something else, and will also receive the returned item. AliExpress has been very very unhelpful in what would be considered a fraudulent sale in any other company. Never deal with this company as their sellers can do what they like without recourse.

Don’t give you money away! This company is a scam!!! They have no customer service to assist with issues. No way of resolving an issue. I never received my order 102808206884927 ordered on 6/14/19 and today is 08/27/19. Promised it would arrive by 8/16/19 and now the order reads complete. I am so not ordering for AliExpress again!

Do not deal with this company, a total farce, they advertise “buyer protection” they say you open a Dispute and they will help work out the problem and get your money back - NOT. I purchased 10 capillary knobs, I told the seller what I wanted and they said these were the correct items, so I purchased them for £67 and then had to pay £29 customs and then when I came to use them, they were the wrong knobs (These are for cookers). I opened a dispute, I was told I would have to pay to send them back and I could only claim the difference on the purchase price, so I said I wanted the full amount so Aliexpress decided to close my dispute. You can not talk/contact/email Aliexpress and the seller also doesn’t reply. I have lost nearly £100 which is not my fault. To sum up, this is a ghost company, they do not do what they advertise, they take your money and run, it is not worth the risk.

We ordered 10 bags we really liked so we ordered 10 more for resale. We loved them so we placed a 3rd order and a 4th order before receiving the third. The 3rd and 4th orders were not the same bag and we not a bag we could even use. We went through the dispute process and rejected each offer because they were totally unacceptable. The dispute process does not favor the buyer, that's for sure. Then the seller kept offering a tiny refund rather than taking the bags back. Bottom line, they stuck us with the wrong product and their only solution was a tiny refund. Terrible, terrible business practices. Don't do business with AliExpress unless you want to get screwed if anything goes wrong. They will hang you out to dry. We will never do business with Ali Express again. As they say, screw me once, shame on you. Screw me twice, shame on me.
