RIP OFF. APP TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED WHEN IT HASN'T. NO REFUND EITHER NO REPLY TO MESSAGES. CROOKS. IT SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ONLINE.

What a rip off this site needs fed investigation nothing but a run around on every inquiry on shipping. Even a slow boat from China doesn’t take three months to get to US west coast!! Should never have trusted China but ordered before The Rona hit the news!!

Do not buy with Aliexpress at all! It is cheating company and you will lose your money! NO REFUND - just the answer wait longer! I miss already 5 products for more then 60 days! AGAIN - LIKE COVID19 - STAY AWAY STAY SECURE! DO NOT LOSE MONEY ON CHEATING COMPANIES!

out of 5 orders, I've only received 1 in the past 4 months. from my experience, the so called merchants drag their feet with tracking information, some of it contrived (it will state may take 5 days to update tracking information for 30+ days). once the item "supposedly" ships, you get a weekly/monthly update that the parcel has moved from sorting center to sorting center. I believe items are never shipped (or more than likely don't exist), & the "sellers" work under the impression/hope that the buyer will not file a dispute during the protection period, hence they receive money through insanely long wait times if the buyer drops the ball after the "protection" period expires. I gave aliexpress a shot, as their pricing is more reasonable, than paying the ebay tax for the same exact items (chinese middleman insane markups); ebay has a far better track record; that said, when dealing with overseas merchants, it's a crapshoot if the person/organization your dealing with is legitimate. also, reviews on the site are questionable, moreover "padded" to artificially inflate store ratings to inspire buyer confidence. it would be in aliexpress best interest to remove sellers with numerous disputes, granted they'll (the scam merchant) will more than likely rename, & resume listing imaginary items on their imaginary store; at least that will make it harder for them to rip people off.

Awful, they keep adding time to the delivery I have been waiting almost 2 month for my delivery and now one of the items they sent me an email that they just shipped it and it might take up to 75 days unbelievable, and I try to make a dispute and it won't allow me, never will order from them again

They did not deliver anything and stated that the item was delivered. They require a statement from the delivery company, but cannot provide me with any details for the delivery company. Seems it's a roll of the dice if you will receive your order.

So, here is the conclusion. It has been 5 months since I have been talking to AliExpress seller (Snake Tactical Sight Store) and trying to prove my point that the item I bought was a junk (and somewhat even dangerous). No success. They are not willing to take responsibility for the product they are selling. They were playing fool (like they do not understand English). Unfortunately, AliExpress gives me zero rights as a consumer and protects it's sellers only. It seems like hteir disputing system is set up that way. I am done with Ali - no business with this company!!! However, I have to admit - AliExpress won. They (Snake Tactical Sight Store) took my money. I am upset but the seller is probably laughing now and bragging to his/her friends how he/she screwed another "stupid" American. SAD!!!

Not recommended. I ordered a $150 projector. After 2 days i returned it without opened it. AliExpress didn't refund me. Shame on you AliExpress. It's time for europe to ban companies like this.

The worst website ever. I’ve been waiting for deliveries since March 6, 2020. It is now June 1, 2020. They need to shut down this website. It’s fraud. I will he reporting it to Federal authorities for a fraud investigation. You can’t contact the website. You have to wait for a dispute. One order I’ve been waiting on the seller told me to do a dispute. I launched the dispute. He told me to change the reason. There is no way to change the reason. Then I let him know the Canadian government will be notified of the fraud. He all of sudden the product now and issues a tracking number. I get an email this morning asking how I like my order? According to their system the item was delivered to Thunder Bay while I live in Durham Ontario. This is the worst of the worst. They need to be shut down.

two items have not been delivered in over 60 days...no refund and no contact and customer service is "under repair" now for at least 2 weeks. Company doesn't want to hear about your loss or even help you with refunds. will never buy from this Rip off warehouse BS corp again.

Just Scam. I ordered Mid March. And June 1st Today. Still I don't get item. And I can't trucking. I require refund. Store name is "Ur prettys store" Aliexpress not able to talk to customer service directory. That also scam. I shouldn't have trust China.

I know this is very hard times so things will be slow with getting parcels.I Have been waiting over a couple of months for things worth over $130 It is telling me I have received them etc when I haven't.After I have finished sorting things out I am going to delete the Aliexpress app. forever.Things seem to get to me better if I order from eBay.

Buyer beware. Some AliExpress Sellers are less than honest. I placed three orders but changed my mind a few hours later. So I logged back on and cancelled all orders. No response for a couple days. And then one seller agreed to cancel order. But the other two claims the order was already sent out. So now I have to wait two months for it to arrive and then file a dispute and the hassle of sending it back and wait for refund. You see what’s happening here. Once you hit that “place order” button you probably won’t be able to cancel because the seller is gonna send it anyway. AliExpress has all he power and all the time stamp and all the evidence but is helpless to do anything for you. Be absolutely sure before you click the “place order”. Because even though there is a cancel order option. That only works if the seller is honest and doesn’t force you to buy it.

Customer service is horrendous, they are rude and unhelpful. They won't respond to emails and I have a problem with payment they are not addressing. Also half the time your order is incorrect, damaged or not as pictured. Not worth it.

When does this end the product quality is terrible and is not even close to photographs which happen to be the best quality asset of this site. Also advertising they sell a lie and dont answer questions directly, I have given it more than one try and get burned every time. It is visuallt appealing with low prices however the trouble of arguing your point is not worth it. Sorry for rant, I wish they didn't get away with this daylight robbery and they survive finding new victims continuously as they have around a 30% repeat customer, this alone speaks volumes.

I bought few things from them,they didn't fit , they say they will give a refund, its not easy to get a refund from them,first they say free return, that's not true, you will pay for postage, they will not let u fill in the tracking details, then they close the dispute even if you have returned the items to them, very disappointed, I do not recommend 😕

I ordered something on Aliexpress on March 21. They took my money immediately. It is now may 29 and it has not arrived. According to their tracking, it is in a "sorting center". It has been in this "sorting center" for more than 2 months. It is obvious that they do not intend to send me anything and the "sorting center" is a scam where they take your money and say they have sent the package. Avoid these thieves.

I really wish I found this review website before placing my order. I needed to purchase a mini (not micro) SD card that I couldn't find in stock on other websites. It indicated a 32 delivery time. I wasn't in a huge hurry for the purchase so I took the risk ordering from them and waiting. BIG MISTAKE! After almost 40 days I decided to look on another website that finally had a couple in stock, but they were used. I ordered from them anyways and got my product in less than a week. Also, last "check-in" for where my package was when it "checked-in" at the airport in China. I chatted with customer service MANY TIMES since the 40 day mark. They told me mixed messages that never lined up. Then when I asked what they would do to fix this, they automatically sent a "new" one out for delivery without even telling me (which I would have NOT CHOSEN! and they better not charge me if it comes in, because now I don't even need the first one). It took just a couple days shy of their "guaranteed" 60 day delivery, which was not displayed during my purchase and I did not become aware of until I complained to customer service. This has been a waste of time, money, and product. I don't even care if the product works, I am so disappointed with this experience and yet they clearly did not care about satisfying the customer. They just want your money. DO NOT TRUST THEM! Oh, and it won't let me request any type of refund because it started the delivery time over when they sent the second one out.
