In January I told a security guard as someone who is 80 that I couldn't understand why he wasn't wearing a mask He then yelled I was banned A week later he chased me yelling you are banned Amazingly the manager told the pharmacist not to do my prescription The pharmaceutical Council are now investigating Im shocked at such treatment totally inexplicable

My wife and I went to ASDA this morning after my wife got off from work and taking our kid to school. We did our groceries and was at the self check-out counter when we realized we forgot to bring bags with us to put all that we bought. I figured to use their shopping basket to put all the items, go to our car once finished, unload all that we bought in a bag we have in the car and return the basket. That simple! But the lady manning the check-out counter did not allow us to use the basket to take out of the store. It is their new policy. My wife said it was fine and that we'll just buy their plastic bags. To our surprise they did not have any, and they won't allow us to use their basket. The person manning that area, who wasn't very nice and not being apologetic, did not even bother to go and find bags for us, customers, to use. We had to hug all that we bought out of the shop, some dropping as we reached our car. ASDA, whatever happened to your slogan 'Happy to help'? Are your shopping baskets made of gold that you're afraid customers will take them home? I have experienced rude staffs in the past and I have had enough. I think that is it for us shopping at ASDA

I put a delivery order in a week ago and only found out four days before Easter that all of the chocolate eggs that I had ordered and paid for were now out of stock or unavailable. If I ordered an item a week ago I would expect to get it. So now I have no eggs for Easter. Thank you Asda.

You have let me down again my husband is a type one diabetic which I have mentioned in feedback and in the comment in the comment box at the end of my order and I ordered Asda diet coke and I checked my emails today and you are delivering sugar coke instead and we are all shielding and have a shielding letter and no one can leave the house at all and we have no support and so I even if I order more I will not get any today you need to sort your substitutions since you use computers these wrong subs keep happening

I've given up ordering a delivery, they're always out of stock on the regular things I buy. Recently shopped with Tesco instead and I wasn't disappointed.

This morning I had a phone call from the Asda delivery driver (I live in a flat) saying I'd have to come downstairs and get the food order because he's not allowed to enter any communal area, I replyed "I can't, I'm disabled", he then just repeated himself. His statement, I believe, has to be his own lazyness invention, he couldn't be bothered to walk up one flight of stairs. I could hear the attitude in his voice, so just said "take the order back", to which he, sarcastically replied, thank you. What he said meant that anybody in the uk, maybe world, who lives in a flat / appartment / multi occupance property will never ever get an Asda delivery again. All this means to me is, I'll never shop in / from Asda again, perhaps anyone else that lives in my circumstances, flat etc, should change their online shopping arrangements before they get let down by surly Asda staff. Oh, by the way, I was let down by Asda today, but got back on my laptop to order from another supermarket chain, getting it tomorrow, big deal, Asda's loss. K L Barrowcliff

Placed an order of £119 for delivery yesterday was delivery date 17/3/21 between 4pm and 5pm. No delivery happened so by 6.30pm I rang customer services to be told I was not in for delivery which I was I need the order as it has baby milk on and nappies however was told in no uncertain terms they would not redeliver the order would be cancelled and I'd have to wait for refund!! So after a while of no1 even trying to understand or help i hung up today 18/3/21 i checked status of delivery to see it states delivered again a LIE, so rang customer services again at 7.05am to be asked if I'd had any texts or emails to say delivery was out for delivery and nope I have not nothing still nothing now and its currently 11.50am. Guy said he would check so he did and tells me it wasnt delivered it was a problem with the banking system how I dont know as it was an online gift card but yea ok liars, again I'm told to wait 24hours for a cancellation email then a further 3-5days this is not good enough I have 4 children he apologized but a sorry but that was all he could offer a sorry wont put food in my kids mouths and nappies on the 2 little ones. So now I have no groceries no money to reorder and anxiety that's through the roof wondering what the hell I'm going to do. How come they cant just re-issue my order and put it on the next delivery why should I be made to pay again which I physically cannot do as i dont get paid until end of next week!!

Online shopping and delivery of said shopping is new to me. I have found the online shopping easy to use and edit, love the information given if an item is out of stock or there is an offer on item. The delivery's have been on time and always a smile from the people delivering. Very helpful people friendly without being intrusive and always showing there understanding of covid 19 distancing (politely ) in a very professional way. Well done Asda/staff you have taken some of the stress out of these difficult times. Thank you all so much, stay safe.

AWFUL SERVICE!! After placing an order 6 days in advanced, I did not receive my shop on the selected day. I called them to know what was happening and they promised that I would receive my order 1 hour later. It never happened!! Not only that, they did not even bother to call and let me know about it. Waiting since 12pm for a shop that never came. What is the point of offering delivery when in reality they donot care at all about their clients? Previously I also had other bad experience, they messed up another order with 7 items missing and 4 substitutes. I do not recommend ASDA at all! They lack of professionalism and respect towards their clients, you better try Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Ocado.

No bags yet again. Asda making a fortune out of not bagging things when asked to be bagged if they doing this to all customers. Asda needs to start refunding people if it ain't going to be bagged as asked

We got a Blender from asda and one of the cups exploded and caused my wall to get wrecked we were in bed when we heard it not very happy about and we feel asda should take it off the shelves because next time someone might be blinded by it so we won't be buying a Blender from them again because of what happened over night

Since this second lockdown I have received a weekly delivery, which I am grateful for. However I always tick for carrier bags, only 40p so saves having to take out my items individually from their delivery box. It started off okay, but on at least 5 occasions since, they have not had the bags but still charged the 40p anyway. This is not the delivery drivers fault, and they are just as frustrated by this as the customer, as it takes much longer for each of their deliveries for the customer to take out their items a few at a time. Yesterday once again no bags, the cost is adding up now. Only £2.00 you might say, but one of the drivers told me that they had 20 deliveries with no bags, so that means £8.00 in just one - two hour slot for that driver. How much are Asda making with all their deliveries just in one day overcharging for these bags. I rang their customer services, and spoke to a very rude man, who told me that they had a directive that Asda were not supplying carrier bags. I then asked if that was the case why was Asda still charging for bags. This option should be removed from their order page. He told me they couldn’t do that, and so I should just uncheck the tick box for bags. He seemed to think it was a trivial complaint, and thought it was funny. I took his name (if it wasn’t made up) and asked where his office was, and he told me South Africa! I asked that he email me this directive, as I was taking this further. He asked me to hold, after a few minutes he came back and said that he wasn’t allowed to send to external emails. Strangely though after his call I got an email to say he had refunded 40p. Following his response I emailed the CEO. Now I know my email would not reach him, but I wanted to see if a) I got a response, and b) what they have to say. First email back was a standard we have your email and someone will investigate. Received another this morning telling me they will report my concerns to the delivery Manager. They have not addressed the charging of carrier bags, or indeed the money they are making out of customers. Just wondered if anyone else has had similar issues. I should also have said my first option was to ring the branch which was Andover, but the shops are not taking calls.
