“UNDELIVERED ORDER | REFUSE TO REFUND
After waiting hours and talking to customer support multiple times! They weren't able to inform me of the status of the delivery scheduled for 3pm, after 5 hours later, I was told the delivery didn't leave the wharehouse because of van breakdown.
Demanded Full Refund and they insist on re-delivery after two days.
Ridiculous service, hopeless customer support and terrible management.”
“Left work early for our grocery delivery, sat in for almost three hours. When our delivery was almost 40 minutes late WE contacted Asda customer services (despite their website saying that if there's a problem they will contact the customer!) Turns out that the delivery driver couldn't find our house (despite it being on a main road and signposted as it's on a farm of the same name and next to a cafe!!!!!), didn't bother ringing us for directions and just missed us out. Order cancelled!!!!!!!
To say we are furious is an understatement. We pay for an annual delivery pass but we will never order from them again.
The woman on customer services, who could hardly speak English, could not have cared less when we explained that we left work early (missing out on pay), have sat in for hours, wouldn't have been know about the cancelled order had we not rang them, the fact that we have NO meals to cook for our young family or myself who is 6 months pregnant. She offered a £5 voucher and absolutely no apology at all!!!!!!
We have had problems with George orders before too. Should have learnt our lesson.
Asda could not care one little bit about their customers.
I will have to drag my young children round the shops tomorrow now (not Asda!), carry the food to my house through the foot of snow we have, whilst pregnant (our garages and driveways are set apart from the house by quite a way) - after I've been to work all day and made up the hours I've missed tonight!!!!!!”
“Slow service at checkout in Leamington Spa store waited 20 minutes to be served. Staff calling for assistance very slow response from runners. Haven't been for a while won't be going again.”
“We placed an order with Asda for twenty four bottles of wine for a family get together or Christmas we specified that we did not want any substitutes the order was for the sum of £147.02 when the order arrived the driver didn't even unload, as they had sent a substitute and he could see by the order none would be acceppted so they were sent back.
I have spent the last three days trying to get my money back after two very long phone ,calls with Asda customer service [Would anyone pay for 24 bottles of wine they had never tried )
Still waiting for my refund of £147.02 day four. Going back to Tesco for shopping as refund come back next day good bye Asda”
“After over a month i am still waiting for money regarding an item that was out of stock I call them few times and all the times i get a different answer and the situation is still pending. Lately they have been using my personal details as i got charged for money with no explaination. Definitely the worse online shopping and customer support I have ever experienced!”

“online shopping is horrible if you are shopping for a family. They never deliver the quantities you need. if you order 4 of something they only send one. Hit and miss with their substitutions as well. ordered 15 smart price eggs they sent 6 free range and charged me the same price. Ordered mixed spice to make christmas cakes they sent curry powder ! If you really need your shopping go in person. Lots of stuff are NOT listed on the website or are "unavailable" when they ARE in store. but they are pushing other brands.”
