“called in to pick my click and collect parcel at about the given time - filled in the screen inside the store with my reference number and recieved a print out saying the parcel had arrived and someone would bring it to me. A while later someone came up to us and told us that the parcel was not ready. He said we could wait for the parcel or come back later. We decided to come back later as they said they would send another email when it was ready. At 21:57 they sent an email to say it was ready to collect, the store was open 24 hrs. When I went to pick it up I was told the click and collect service had closed and there was no way of getting my items till the following day. I have used click and collect from other stores it has only needed one visit, not 3 visits (assuming this time I am successful). I dont think I will be using the Asda service again any time soon”
“Awful experience all round. Too many self checkouts, dreadful quality George clothing and too many non food products. Expensive too. Stay away if possible and try Morrisons. Not Asda though, or Lidl and Aldi as they are even worse quality. Not much choice really is there. Sigh.”
“My Christmas tree was not in store so I ordered it click and collect and it arrived the following day! The website shows the dimensions so I knew it would fit perfectly.”
“Always impeccable and impressive service. Products are never faulty or good products below satisfactory, overall, Asda is an amazing place to go for your food and house equipment needs.
Would recommend to all within the UK area.”
“I have home delivery once a week. It's so convenient for me as I'm disabled and the driver/ delivery man carries my goods in for me. They are always so polite and helpful”
“the staff was very helpful and I was wanting the toilet badly and one of the staff showed the manager my card and he went out his way to let me use the staff toilet”
“George at Asda has a great website, easy to order, can have your order delivered to a shop nearby at no extra cost, they have it ready for your collection really quickly.”
“There is a variable availability of most stocks but I observe that one day I can buy organic olive oil at £9.50 but this week I notice the same product is on roll back at £4. I did buy one bottle at £9.50 but never again. I feel that they are playing with shoppers to up their margins. Anyway I bought lots of this oil at Tesco for £3 per bottle....I will continue to shop around and not trust the first price I see in Asda. Distrusting the roll back prices.”
