“I shop for a company buffet regularly at Carlton Street in Scunthorpe the main staff are brilliant and I don’t mind them calling me the sandwich lady lol
But I do mind when I have filled a bag of sandwiches at the fast checkout and when it has a glitch I have to deal with a snotty young security man who got a strop on and walked off leaving me to take everything and go through the main checkout
But at least that lady was professional and great as always
So today that security man needs to train in customer services or stay away from customers

“Although i am extremely happy with shopping at Asda normally, friendly staff etc, I cannot believe that when I took a £2.00 bunch of roses to the till with my shopping, the assistant could not sell them to me as there was not a sell by date on them! I was not going to eat them! So, they were most likely going to be thrown away, what a waste.”
“Did and online shop yesterday around midday to be delivered today 12.30-1.30 slot, I get a text this morning 10.06am saying my order had been cancelled, I called to sort problem and had two options one click and collect from the store furthest away from me or delivery at a late slot tomorrow afternoon. If they had got in touch with me a lot sooner it could have been sorted and why when o called straight away was my time slot for today not available. Very cross to say the least. Poor customer service for someone who regularly shops in store and uses online shopping.”
“I have made my second home delivery with Asda in order to save money.
Not only they were out of stock with many regular items like bag of carrots or organic cucumber etc...
My second order was delivered with MOUSE!!! It appeared few minutes after the shopping was delivered and packed in the evening. Literally 10 min no later I have heard strange noise in a kitchen by the bin liner.
Next day I spent 30 min on a phone complaining and crying as my apartment had never had this issue. Never. Sadly after being passed from one customer service to another, NOTHING HAS BEEN SOLVED. I am now to pay professionals to remove the mouse from my own pocket and I feel discussed by the whole thing. Revolting.

“Asda never delivered my grocery order and then charged me for the groceries not received.
Here I am 2 weeks later and still haven’t received the money back.
They keep telling me it’s been processed, they were quick enough taking my money for the groceries I never received 😡”
“I ordered a dress for Xmas at the last minute the pick up point was made clear close to my address because it didn't fit ! And had to return it. All in all was very happy with the service

“I recently lost my new prescription glasses that I purhcsed from Boots Opticians at a very inflated cost. Asda Opticians advertised on their website that the price shown was the price you paid - no hidden costs. This turned out to be true and my glasses were produced on time”
