“The same items nothing new except the price increases hate the cold meat all in packets always have to wait at the fresh fish counter for some one to appear”
“I accompanied my dad to print off some pictures of his great grandson, on arrival we prepared to print on the self service printing machine before noticing that it didn't give change. My dad went over to the cigarette counter and asked for change he was told that a purchase had to be made to open the till, then when the person in the printing area had finished cutting keys for other customers we asked them for change and was told " I will get some soon if you can wait or ask at the customer service desk they might give you some". Time passed and after queuing behind other customers we eventually got to the front and asked for change. The lady said I don't have a lot of change and seemed reluctant to give me some. After explaining she opened the till and gave me the change. I then return to where my dad was waiting and inserted the money only to find that it wouldn't accept any of the coins. We had made a special journey for the pictures and were very disappointed with the whole experience after traveling from near Yeadon airport to the owlcotes store.”
“Every week the same thing happens no matter which cashier you go to they fly the shopping through the till like it's some sort of race! We as customers understand they have targets to hit set by the management but rushing half of the shopping through the till before I've even had chance to open 1 bag is not acceptable it's extremely rude and disgusting customer service atleast wait until I'm ready before you pile my shopping up. The cashier might be up against the clock but the customer is NOT so have some respect for the paying customer otherwise they might just shop elsewhere which is exactly what I will be doing, well done asda you've lost a customer for life.”
“I did not receive any update from ASDA after my online purchase was made. When I contacted their customer service, I was told they had delivered but no one received it. They didn't even bother to call the mobile number I had indicated in the delivery form, and they didn't even send me an email about it. When I asked if they can reschedule, they told me to log back into my account to choose a new delivery schedule. When I logged back in, they had cancelled my order. So I had to go through the ordering process again. Such an inconvinient process.”
“Was expecting order to arrive today only to find an email saying it had been cancelled. It was due to my card being refused. This has never happened before. Someone from their customer service should have phone me and spoken to me so that I could give new card details over the phone. Because they did not do this I am without food today, and will have the massive inconvenience of shopping on the high street. I am disabled so this is a huge, huge hassle. You can do much better Asda. Don't be so lazy with your customer service, look after your customers please!”
