The best option for choice and value via home delivery. Far better than Morrisons, Tesco or Waitrjse/Ocado.

Visited Asda store in Hinckley on Thursday 1st August 2019 at around 5pm to buy a few bits - including coat hangers. Approached a "Happy to help" lady called Steph, who could not have been more helpful. She even laughed and joked with us as she took us to the hangers and helped get what we needed. Really brightened our day - and went the extra mile to help us quickly. Thank you

ASDA is the best supermarket I have had lods of online orders and they are the not selling plastic bags anymore that's is the best because it's saving the planet ! ! ! From now on I will only shop at Asda. But in time no supermarkets will have any bag's for sale.

Yes, they do have lots of items for sale but they are very very expensive compared to most others. Great checkouts? Are you kidding!! They are mostly self service ones. Top prices and then get ripped off at the checkout. Why? Because you are helping them to rip you off even more. Every single self service checkout represents someone out of work. All stores should offer discounts to use them if most of their checkouts are self service. DO NOT USE THEM.

DO NOT TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH ASDA!!! They are happy to take your money and offer 'Superior" cover but after missing a connecting flight they refused to pay out as they only cover the outbound and inbound flights only. What kind of insurer is this??? If you are travelling abroad, then the entire trip should be covered not just the beginning and end. Absolute thieves!!!!

Went in store asda kingways friday evening .The manager david is a rude little angry man . Happy to shout at a customer infront off kids . When there self service machines messed up telling me i havnt paid. When i had just paid and removed my card( not my fault ur machines are messed up ) when this happened the other collegue that was assisting came over and said oh no not again ??? So clearly happened to someone else that day i wonder if they got treated like a criminal ?? . Even shown him my banking app with my transactions on as money had left my account that second . He made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed. Upset my 2 young children that was with me too in front off other customers he was.constantly raising his voice at me basically saying i wasnt listening and understanding him!!! when it was there in black n white 30.09 asda store !!!!! . He is rude and i will not be shopping in that store anymore will be taking it further too . rude little man . Wrong job mate . U clearly cant do it !!!!

New website is slow and quite honestly useless. Goods delivered all wet, no bags. Sent fruit bags that expired the day of the delivery. Always items unavailable and substitutes

Young man at the self service in asda enniskillen store ( at 6:15pm wed 17th july) restored my faith in customer service. I droped an item and he went out of his way to help me. He delivered impeccable service with a friendly, happy , major. Thank u sir.

Disgusted to find out ASDA is no longer delivering groceries in carrier bags. So what do we do, take each item out of the drivers boxes! would take ages! If they don't want to use carrier bags then use paper bags. Will no longer be using ASDA for this reason.

A terrible company that sacked one of it's workers for breach of IT policy after posting a Billy Connoly comedy skit on his personal facebook page !! Don't support this evil giant.

I am part of ASDA Contact Center and even myself got disappointed about the changes to the minimum basket spent. I haven't tried to order here as i know to myself that someday, I will regret this. I hope you do not blame customer service regarding this updates. Thank you customers.

Never be surprised what this dreadful company get up to. Delivery surcharge? What about all their self service checkouts!! A complete and utter disgrace. Go elsewhere.

A surcharge of £3 unless we spend £40 when ordering online why? outside of making people spend more - when they can little afford it. I use online as I live rurally and my nearest ASDA would mean a round trip of 40 miles, so trying to be environmentally friendly by not driving into town..it seems I am now being charged for this. Also, many items not in stock subs often sent nothing like the ordered item come on ASDA what the heck are you playing it. Disgusting all in all,

I went on to Asia online which I always order from as it was cheaper and more conventional to do as I am slightly disabled, they have now put a minimum £3 basket charge on as well as delivery charge so basically added £5.50on to my bill which is terrible as I used to do a £25 shop at least once a week oh well suppose I will go to Iceland, it's a pain but I am very disappointed, I understand u have cost but maybe it should be a minimum amount £1, rip off to very gd Asda shoppers and I am sure u will find a lot shopper's like me,
