Hi I work for the NHS so attended the NHS hour 8-9 at my local Langley Mill store. This was very well organised we got in right away and the store was well stocked with everything so I was able to get all I wanted. A much better experience than Tescos NHS hour just Sunday they had no bread, milk, veg, fruit ,meat all freezers were empty what a waste of time that was. ASDA ALL THE WAY FOR ME NOW !!!! WELL DONE TO ALL THE STAFF

They simply CANNOT COPE with the internet shop -they blame internet providers for this - web breaks down all the time , can't get on the site ,they keep kicking out bits of order saying unavailable , but then when replaced them they go back in as available , but then they kick them out again and so you go on , can't get delivery slots at all as not listed as available in the time given and and none listed after that ,so nothing , if you do get an order slot , you cannot amend or you loose your slot , cant check out , all you get in trying to put in the CVv no is that there are postcode problems or statements that ASDA can;t retain the information , this can all take hours , can;t speak to ANYONE about the problems for hours on end , when you do you just get a a laughing woman who tells you everyone is having the same problems , they are simply not providing a service

A big round of applause to the cramlington store during the coronavirus , The way they are dealing with the situation is brilliant. It's a shame people can't comply to what they are asked to do .Come on people let's work together and do as we are asked as we do our shopping to keep everyone safe

Sadly all the slots are booked out for weeks now but have to say that Asda were excellent with our first delivery. I was abroad when I first found out about the potential restrictions due to COVID-19 and signed up to Asda to ensure we at least had some nappies and milk for our little one. Our delivery came exactly on time and the driver was courteous and professional. Hopefully when all this chaos is over we intend to use Asda home delivery again.

Just had my shopping delivered .. delivery man sanitised his hands before he took my bags out the van then stood back at my doorstep I stepped back and he put things just by my door..he was cheerful and as he walked away he said keep safe .. Asda only changed a couple of my items but had sent me an email yesterday regarding this .. well done Asda ..!!

Firstly i find asda a very dishonest, untrustworthy and liars, I have been shopping online with asda for almost 30 years, so a valued customer as far as im concerned, I made an online order on the 13th of March available slot was on 23rd march, so i thought ok have to wait over a week, thought no big deal beings i have had trouble buying from asda stores for the past 2 weeks previously due to shelves being empty and freezers empty of food despite working in the healthcare system, having diabetes and asthma i risked my health by going to my asda supermarket, anyway i checked every day to see how my online order was going everything fine untill the morning of 23rd march when my shopping was due, the £53 online order had gone down to £21, 38 items had gone down to 15 items, even my 1 each of toilet roll, bar of soap, washing up liquid, beans, tomatoes all became unavailable, i wasnt annoyed at that point untill 5 minutes after i looked on the website and they had the unavailable items in stock, what a disgrace, if anyone is making people panic buy it is asda as they seem to be holding back on essential items off the shelves, shame on you, to make matters worse they had taken my full £53 payment, can't get through to customer service, no replies on any of my 6 emails, i go back on my asda account and its asking for my full name and date of birth and the sort of card i used ??? This rings alarm bells in itself, so people BE AWARE!!! As for you asda you can wave goodbye to my custom now after almost 30 years for now and in the future, ASDA you need to remember, if it wasnt for customers there would be no ASDA!!! I am urging family friends and others to boycott, i will now shop elsewhere. Stay safe everyone.

Very bad!! Ordered a delivery on Monday, next available was for Friday, everything was fine all in stock. Come Thursday I receive an email that half of my shopping wasn’t available!! I wasn’t greedy I purchased 1 of everything I needed!! It was dried food!! Toilet roll etc (not fresh items) all these items were available Monday! So Asda must have given them to someone else Now Asda shouldn’t have taken my money Monday, to receive a message on Thursday no shopping!! And then have to wait for my refund. Disgusting.

I'm self isolated, underlying health issues in vulnerable group totally reliant on home delivery.went on line to place order with asda today at 3am thinking to avoid busy times to start site wouldn't let me text in items, after TWO hours I finally completed my list and available slot( which would expire at 6-18 am) after all the time trying to compile list I was unable to complete because it kept sati g sorry town or city does not exist.....errelevant because I was putting in my cvv number and as a longtime registers customer my details are automatic!! At 6-45 nearly FOUR hours later extra security info asked for via card issuer not automatically directed as at any other time when security is asked for told to phone card issuer!!! No shopping, complete failure by Asda and at a loss as how to get food, cats food,oh PS as I tried to complete my slot was cancelled...next available would have been 18th of april.! I'm not an impatient person, this is a war,but Asda you failed in your promise to provide and passed the buck back to me as a customer, perhaps you might be more efficient if you adopt Morrison's box policy?

Dreadful service I made an on line order, due to the fact that I’m ill. Half of the items I requested were unavailable. The delivery was supposed to be between 4&6pm, at 9pm I gave up waiting. Couldn’t get through to customer service via phone. Next day I checked my bank account, the full amount was still pending & the delivery status on the ASDA website said delivered! Tried many times to contact by phone, can’t get through. Requested a refund, stating purchase not delivered. Automated email said refund refused, no reason given. Emailed customer services & email bounced back, because ‘they are unable to deal with emails at the moment’. Absolutely disgusted with ASDA, I used to shop there every week & have done for years. Not now & never again. Checked my bank account this morning & the thieving so & so’s have taken my money!

It’s quire clear that Asda are not fulfilling the online orders by a long chalk. I received reassuring emails from the CEO even asking me to donate to the food bank. The basic essentials are missing form the orders. Anything tinned, pasta, Washing powder, hand-wash, meat, poultry. 22 items missing on last order. I feel so sorry for the delivery drivers. We are having to go out to shop and risk our health. A message to the CEO, please send an email to reassure online shoppers that their orders will be fulfilled.

Absolute waste of time, your told to try and self isolate try an dorder online, so you book a slot mine was 2 weeks away from 80 items I'm now told 60 are now unavailable, what's the point? And some hav ei creased in prices by 50%?? So you think you hva edone your shopping and don't go out, but on delivery day your order has dimmished so much that you may as well have gone out to to get your shopping, pointless doing this online! Rks

I went to Asda picked up a few grocery’s and some Budweiser the couple in front of me had put there grocery’s through and had a bottle of spirits they had to get assistant to put through scanner I was next and asked if she would do my buds because she was already there and it would save time and it was getting busy but I was greeted with wait your turn and I was next but I said nothing put my grocery’s through as she walked up and down she could clearly see I was waiting so I signalled to hear again even though she was not doing anything I was greeted with in a minute so I waited and another younger girl came over I was furious to be treated this way im 56 years old and have never been treated like this in morrisons and Tesco who staff are more helpful to customers this 50/60 year old glasses dyed blonde hair overweight lady needs to be told on how rideable with the public l know your company probably gives talks on dealing with the pubic as my own company there are always a few who let the side down maybe need to be put in the back out the road so my journey to Asda Parkhead wasn’t a pleasant I’m only complaining so somebody else didn’t get the same treatment as I did

Placed online order as I have done for the last 5 years, every week same slot, today I had a text saying your drive Thomas will be with you later than planned, keep checking for up date, I did and two hours after it should have been delivered it said CANCELLED! What the hell I've had no explanation and got no food 😡😡 appalling then get told it will be 3-5 working days before I get a refund

Early opening for vulnerable and over 70’s. Well whole experience of getting in and being able to do shopping was good, no complaints on that, it was when it came to paying at till, I was met by the till worker questioning my vulnerability to which I replied that I was a type one diabetic with several autoimmune diseases. To which I was told that didn’t make me vulnerable and I wasn’t old, she then continued to Chuck my shopping down to the bagging area, squashing my bread and crushing fruit and other items and a bottle of make up remover split and wasn’t replaced. She left me feeling humiliated and guilty for being vulnerable. Not being funny but I wouldn’t wake my kids at 5 in order to go food shopping if it wasn’t essential. I had tried getting it delivered as myself and family are in isolation but unless I could wait 3 weeks for food it wasn’t an option, I also tried a pick up slot but I booked that Sunday and by last night most of the products I’d preferred were out of stock. Made a complaint to store manager and he was very understanding but I felt I had to complain to the complaint team by phone who were very apologetic and are going to deal with this worker what ever that means. Can’t fault ASDA as a whole, just this till worker. It’s completely put me off going out to get food shop from now on.
