“Excellent service, choice, and value. Very reliable company and exceptionally efficient staff. My order was handled personally by Mike Wicks, this made the process from ordering to delivery very easy for me. I used Bathroom Village for my en suite and was so impressed returned again when doing up our family bathroom.”

“Bathroom Village (Exeter) is the place we go to get all our bathroom components. We have used them a lot in the last year, buying three complete bathroom sets from them. Mike and Simon have been incredibly professional and helpful, giving us a lot of advice (all of which has turned out to be very accurate). Their detailed knowledge of the products they stock is genuinely impressive, and crucially they sorted out the one problem we had (a shower unit with the door opening the 'wrong' way compared to the order) quickly and efficiently. We have spent a lot of money at the shop, and honestly feel that we have had excellent service. I have already recommended Mike and Simon to others, and will certainly do so in the future. They are great professionals, and this is the best bathroom showroom we have found in the region.”

“I would just like to thank Mike at Bathroom Village in Exeter for such great customer service. I ordered a lovely recessed mirror cabinet and it arrived exactly as and when he said it would, with no problems and very well packaged..- and it fits - and I saved £33.00! Thanks Mike. “I literally fell into the Taunton store, someone took the Mickey, it turned out it was Steve Hawkins company chairman. We dealt with Steve and Harry Harrison both right on top of their business.👍 We bought (cos I like a ‘deal’) 3 en suite showers, doors, sinks, toilets, geberit cisterns, bath, sink, toilet etc, very expensive bathroom units, wc, toilet, we were guided where we could buy a sink we wanted. Tiles for hallway, bathroom and wc. Fantastic service, excellent after sales. We damaged a tile, today we went to the Wellington store (Taunton relocated) Steve actually went to his home and got us some tiles from his surplus (he had the same tiles) to help out. How many company Chairman would do that? Absolute Diamond! Thank you guys, recommended to do many people, now in print.”

“I recently bought a full ensuite set through this company from the Roper Rhodes range, I found them through google having first priced up parts at local stores. The prices were very competitive saving me £1000. I was nervous buying online however this being an actual store with a web presence rather than a web warehouse in my opinion is the way to go. I called up and dealt with Mike the store manager, absolute pleasure. He gave great advice and had everything couriered up to me in the North East. All arrived on time and package appropriately to avoid damage. Couldn’t have asked for more, highly recommend.”

“Items were great however BEWARE as website confusing. Ordered through link wrong item arrived and customer service were unprepared to allow me to return without it costing ME nearly £20!! Told me it was item I ordered (which it was however mistake was made through confusing website) no good faith or anything and was basically told never had problem before so tough!! Basically also called me a liar!! Not great customer service so will not be ordering for my other Items! Your loss bathroom village!”

Upon reviewing this case it appears our communication has been completely helpful, in fact, we've provided stellar customer service through email and telephone. We have provided these options: 1. Send the (incorrectly ordered) item back to us 2. Pay for the item required and arrange to send back the incorrectly ordered item for a refund. (We would pay for the delivery for the new item to the customer's address and the customer would have to pay to send the items back to us, there are costs on both sides) 3. Finally to arrange to send everything back to us for a full refund The website has the correct image, name and product code. We ask that our customers check and recheck the items they are ordering and if you're in doubt our friendly customer service team will be on hand to help you through your order. Once again thank you for your review and for choosing Bathroom Village.

“Brilliant Service. Great Products. Competitive Prices. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly when I telephoned and answered all my queries there and then. Ordering was easy and the items (bath, shower screen, toilet, accessories) arrived promptly as promised via the courier. Overall, the packaging was great except the crate/pallet/framework used to transport the heavy bath had partly disintegrated in transit. However, the bath was completely undamaged. The toilet cistern had been slightly chipped before it left the factory but Bathroom Village instantly resolved the issue very satisfactorily. Items are yet to be installed and I'm looking forward to my new bathroom!”
