Great products and amazing price. Delivery was quick and while there was a problem with the bath legs missing, followed the procedure as stated and recived the missing parts 2 days later with no issues. (Its not what the problem is its how its fixed that matter s). Over great experience and will definitely use again.

Ordered a toilet and basin on the 25th November, I was called a few days later and advised that the basin was delayed by a week. Fine. I chased 10 days later and was informed that the basin now had an 8 week delay. I asked that the toilet be sent anyway, which they agreed. I called back a few days later to query an alternative basin, only to find out that the toilet had yet to be sent! I've been told it's now with their courier, and I will be contacted for delivery. It's now December 19th, I have three days off work to fit and finish my downstairs loo in time for Christmas, and I have neither a toilet or basin. I've called them 7 times this morning already to chase again, and they're now not answering the phone. As per another recent 1 star review: you have to chase orders, and nothing turns up!

We have had a large number of orders over this period and we have been trying to get to everyone to inform them of any issue (if any) with the order. I can see customer services have already been in touch and have issued a partial refund for the items that have come out of stock. Dreadful service. No communication. You have to chase orders. They don’t arrive. They do not supply as per advertised timelines. Referring my case to trading standards.

Thank you for your recent feedback. We're sorry that you've had to chase your order, we have a list of customers that we pro-actively call to give updates on their orders. We've received a high number of orders over this period and we're doing everything we can to keep as many customers up to date as possible. The delivery dates that are on our website provide an estimate for when items are likely to arrive, however, we cannot guarantee them. Under normal circumstances this would be the case but due to it being the holiday season we've had some delays. Products are good and at a very good price. I was disappointed in the speed of delivery. In the end, it took 24 days to get the products. I was made aware that the soft close seats were out of stock and would be in in a few days so they would dispatch everything together. However, 11 days later I had heard nothing. When the good were eventually dispatched and handed over to the courier, I wasn't kept informed about where my items were or when they would be delivered. I called Bathroom Village to get an update and I was told that the items were with the courier company and that was it. It was as though it was then out of their hands and they'd done their bit - this was the only let down. These days, with most places consumers buy from, they get regular updates, via email or text to let us know where our goods are. As a customer, I shouldn't need to continually call and email to chase up goods which in all honesty should have been delivered within a few days. Would I use them again, probably would, but I ensure the goods were all in stock over the phone first.

We're doing everything we can to keep delivery times low by implementing new systems, however, with some suppliers it can take longer than others to arrive. We really appreciate that you've said you would most likely use us again, although we would want you to feel like you've had the best possible service, hopefully, next time we will get this to your complete satisfaction. We always say to customers It's always worth double checking if we've got the items you're looking for plus what sort of lead time you might expect. Thanks again for your review and your business.

Fair price,easy to order but poor customer service and delivery; by their courier apparently. If you read previous reviews and management responses over delivery and service you will see little has changed. I list a days pay waiting in for my delivery and when I phoned was told" it was out on the van for delivery but running late". It arrived next day.
