“Just popped in earlier to Bathroom village to get a replacement shower. Steve looked after me very well giving me great advice and a generous discount. I will certainly be coming back to bathroom village when I do my next bathroom.”

“We had a really fabulous experience working with the Cheltenham branch of Bathroom Village, in particular with Matthew Jones who looked after every detail of our order meticulously and all with a calm and lovely attitude. We have been delighted with our new shower room and bathroom!”

“Brilliant Service. Great Products. Competitive Prices. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly when I telephoned and answered all my queries there and then. Ordering was easy and the items (bath, shower screen, toilet, accessories) arrived promptly as promised via the courier. Overall, the packaging was great except the crate/pallet/framework used to transport the heavy bath had partly disintegrated in transit. However, the bath was completely undamaged. The toilet cistern had been slightly chipped before it left the factory but Bathroom Village instantly resolved the issue very satisfactorily. Items are yet to be installed and I'm looking forward to my new bathroom!”

“Working on a self build project you are faced with endless choices and decisions. Most of which are beyond your experience or knowledge so you have to rely on the help of others. Right from our first meeting I felt comfortable working with James at Cheltenham, who has guided and advised us with functionality as well as styles that will work for us; putting together a complete package for our build.
