“The goods failed to be delivered for some time and a member of your staff had to intervene. When they finally arrived they were faulty. Again she acted swiftly to have the goods replaced. When the second batch of Burlington loo seats arrived they were lovely - a really classy product. Well done to Vicky for sorting things out!”

“The initial order was damaged but UK bathroom replaced it. The delivery of the product could have been quicker in my view,”

“Hi We received the goods in good condition and unfortunately had to return the bathroom cabinet as it was too big. We returned the cabinet and know you received it over 2 weeks ago but after an e-mail and telephone call, we still have not been refunded and hope we can received this soon to allow us to buy another cabinet.”

“They have a great selection of ranges of products. We choose the Burlington range and were over the moon with the quality. Very reasonable on price. Staff were really helpful. Will definitely use again and would thoroughly recommend. Great Job! Thanks again for everything”

“It was only by chance we visited your store in Cheltenham. We are building an extension so we were looking for 2 x bathrooms. Every single member of the team who dealt with us has been attentive and knowledgeable with excellent follow up. James the manager led the way and we have now ordered 2 full bathroom suites. “Damaged items which isn’t an issue as it happens. So far on 3rd replacement as replacement item sent out damaged and then following replacements completely wrong item. Hoping 4th time lucky.”
