“Item was sat in warehouse for over 2 weeks before eventually being dispatched. 3 phone calls were required before item was eventually dispatched with each conversation differing in excuses. High shipping fees also for such a small item. Great price on item tainted by poor delivery and customer service experience.”

Hi there Sorry to hear about the issue with delivery its something we'll be sure to look into. In relation to the shipping cost you did agree to that when you paid for the item through the website, but hopefully its all good now for you.

“Delivery was fraught with problems. Sorted out eventually as best they could, but it took 5 phone calls, and lots of effort to get it delivered promptly. The "system" is very inflexible, and with delivery from manufacturer on a Friday, NO room for dealing with this issue quickly.”

“Service was very good. Particularly, when I mistakenly ordered one less door knob than I actually needed. After a phone call, I quickly received the extra one. Just one problem, the fixing screw was not supplied. But managed to find one at home.”

“All well and good with the purchase of two shower trays. When our installer came to fit the second one, he found he could not make it fit due to the position of the drain hole being over a floor joist. We had gone a few days (literally) over the 14 day return period, and were told by Bathroom Village that there is no flexibility on this, despite our asking for an understanding attitude. So we have had to buy a further shower tray, and have been left with one we cannot use. Why 14 days is seen as being sufficient is hard to fathom, other than it pretty well makes sure that returns are very rare. An item such as this is not like a shirt - you may well not discover that it is unsuitable for a few weeks after purchase. Completely spoiled what would otherwise have been a reasonable buying experience.”

Hi there Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately we do work on a 14 day returns policy which is set out by Trading Standards this is clearly set out in our returns policy which you agreed to when placing the order. I do hope the other tray has worked out fine and hopefully see you next time you need something!

“I ordered a new loo seat which was broken on arrival. A quick phone calls to Bathroom Village, who asked me to send a photo, and the problem was resolved. Within a week a new one had been delivered and the old one collected. NB check your items on delivery as there is a time limit.”

“Good website. Relatively slow delivery and I didn't feel very well informed whilst waiting for the order to be confirmed and the delivery to be arranged. Direct communications with the logistics company was okay but no early warning that I would be responsible for unpacking and checking the mirror before the delivery driver could leave was given. As a result, the delivery driver asked me to sign for the package which I did and then on unpacking it, I found minor damage.”
