“ZERO STAR! DO NOT TRUST BUDGET AIR, NOT RELIABLE!
Booked a ticket through BUDGET AIR 4 days ago, and received an email confirmation saying I'll receive my e-ticket in 24 hours. Didn't get my e-ticket, so-called Air India, and talked to supervisor- gave reference #, they said the ticket wasn't booked by BUDGET AIR & verified with my credit card company: transaction went thru.
Contacted BUDGET AIR via chat (as they DON'T EVEN HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE #) per rep PRIYANKA: 1st LIE: your card dint go thru, after letting her know I verified with my credit card company, the transaction was approved, 2nd LIE: booking request canceled by an airline- per email I received from budget air. 3rd reason: Booking request on our website failed. During the booking process, the airline provided us with incorrect seat availability for the price you selected- per email I received from budget air.
The phone # they sent me # *******777 is Vayama.com (per google search: Travix closed Vayama brand that operated in the Americas effective September 22,2020). Even after calling 100 times, you won't be able to reach customer service.
DO NOT BUY THE TICKET THRU BUDGET AIR, UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME!

“In February I bought a flight from budget air to fly from SeaTac to Paris though Aer Lingus with a layover in Dublin. I show up at the airport and the Aer Lingus counter is closed. Nobody is there. I go next door to British Airways and find out the flight they sold me doesn’t exist. Aer Lingus doesn’t fly out of Seatac. So i had a ticket for 4 months that NEVER EXISTED. Horrible.”

“I was flying to Vienna from Los Angeles via Toronto and I only made it to Toronto. Stuck at the airport. Apparently my reserved flight was cancelled. Budget air just removed the second leg of the flight from their online portal without ever notifying me.

“Avoid avoid avoid. This is a thieving company wanting to steal your money. Legit scammers. Seriously, pay extra and book directly with the airline and save yourself a mountain of headaches. Luckily my bank got me my money back because these folks were trying to hold on to it very hard. Avoid.”

“BudgetAir is a SCAM! Our flights were cancelled due to the red list placed on our country. Our flights were rescheduled without our consent to dates not allowed by our country. We have tried to reach BudgetAir over FB, email, phone and have had no response in over 6 months. This is a SCAM company that steals money and has no customer service. Avoid at all costs!”

Please don't book from this website, i booked it yesterday only they deducted my money and send me email by saying they will provide me tickets in pdf with in 24 hours and after 12 hours i am receiving a email saying sorry unfortunately we are enable to book your seats for this flight.
They guys are doing scam and no replies on email as well, they are not doing a right thing yo us , this is hard earned money , god will surely take justice for this.”

“Worst experience ever. Changed my flight without approval, then blamed me that I changed flight on my own with airlines (I wish I could do it!). When wanted to fix the connection, it was a ping-pong game with new excuses every 24h when they promised to contact me and it has never happened. I have a flight in few days, trying to proceed with change for the last 10 days and I was put on hold for another 24h... I dare to say it is SCAM level company to be sued for wasting people time and inappropriate market ethics.”
