“The staff was exceptionally polite, patient and informative on all products. I had staff member named Adam help me and his Supervisor George at this store. I was taken care of and had all my concerns about my old and new phone taken care of promptly!”

“I had a great experience here the other day being assisted by steve and melvin. I had a situation and was in need of a phone asap and both steve and melvin were patient and super helpful when i called the whole time. During my time there, they both also assisted 2 emergency situations with customers, one of whom had lost their phone and they went out of their way to prioritize us. At the end of the day i was left with the exact phone I wanted, and super satisfied that they overnighed the phone for me. and had to leave a review. 10/10”

“Best website for phones in ALL of the INTERNET!!! Reason being...Zach! Not sure of his last name, but he’s the 20 something wavy sweetheart of a human being! Affable, helpful, smart, fast, efficient TOTALLY fluid with all the ins and outs of all things phones,tablets, protector screens, software, hardware.... you name it Zach is 100% fluid with whatever your needs may be at customer service and gets to the root of your issue STAT! Extremely happy customer. Can't wait for my next phone purchase.”

“I saw the reviews and decided to stop by their website to get a phone. They were able to beat t mobile and other competition prices and very helpful with my new phone. David was very helpful to transfer all of my information over from my old phone to the new one. Highly recommend buying from them.”

“Best customer service so far!! Melvin and George are very very helpful and knowledgeable also, they go out of their way to help you in every way they can. Ive been to other stores but somehow they just end up being rude instead of giving information, but this store has best employees so far. Highly recommend them, give them a chance to help you and they will give you the best in store.”

“Knowledgeable friendly staff. I called them once to ask a question and they knew the answer, I called them at a different time after I got my phone to ask if they could help me get a SIM card adapter and they gave me one at no additional cost.”

“My experience here was pretty good. I knew what phone I wanted, so I just got into their website and had the promo's and pricing detail provided to me. They processed the purchase of the new phone and sent emails with trackings and ETA. They were pretty quick with this very normal transaction.”

“I been meaning to write a review but always slips my mind, I use to dread this place after reading reviews and having a bad experience in the past, about like 4 years ago, because the service was always eh- it felt like they only cared about sales and numbers, I would only go and have another phone store help me but they are no longer open. BUTTTT the last few times I’ve been in touch with them I’ve had such great service! It’s literally a 360 in the customer service. Everyone here is so genuine and knowledgeable and it truly feels like they care about the customer in front of them. I no longer feel that saws driven energy and it’s nice to call them and ask questions about a product where everyone is so welcoming. Phone that I ordered came in as advertised and pretty fast. I wish I could remember everyone that has helped me because every experience was a great one! Definitely recommend this location!!10/10!!”

“I was looking for the New phone and had a lot of questions. My friend recommended this store. I was very nervous, but Ruby took care of me and he was the best! He was able to answer all my questions and made my experience wonderful. I have other friends at the post office where I work and will be recommending them to you guys! This was by far the best experience I've had! You heve a customer life!! 😊😊😊”

“I have been buying from this particular store for years due to their manager, actually i would follow him from store to store if i had to lol His customer service is like no other, I have never had an issue, he couldn't help me with. And the rest of his staff has always been welcoming and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!!!”

“I initially bought from this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with melvin about the phones I was interested in that would work with AT&T's is service. Melvin was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone. Melvin was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Adam, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T service installed for 30 days which adam mentioned and told us all about. I've been dealing with the same cell2get salesperson for many years but he's been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store online will be my new store and with great sales agents like Melvin and Adam, I'm sold. I've been an cell2get customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.”

“Got a phone for my girlfriend and I because we just had to get matching phones lol we bought two Galaxy s21 they both came in new. Representative Adam was extremely nice and answered all my questions. I would recommend them with a heartbeat!”
