Shoes ordered and premium paid for expedited FedEx delivery. Not only weren’t the shoes delivered on time, they weren’t delivered at all. Insult to injury, customer service is very difficult to get in touch with and are refusing a refund until we “wait around to see if they shoes eventually show up.” I’m sorry but even in the 1980’s this would have been considered unacceptable level of customer service.

Eine negative Erfahrung! Nach 2 Wochen, um einen Artikel, den ich bestellt habe, zurückzugeben, hat niemand abgeholt, noch die Feedex, die ein Callcenter hat, das nicht existiert, oder Clarks, die nichts getan haben, um die Angelegenheit zu lösen! Ich habe bereits 2 Wochen verbracht und bis heute nichts! Ich kann beide Unternehmen nicht empfehlen!

I have been Clark's customer from last 3 decades, but unfortunately the quality of leather used now a days is very poor. In my own opinion if we call it 'plastic leather' many of you may agree with me. I had always bought Clark's shoes for more of feet comfort than the looks. With my last 2 pairs I bought I had terrible experience, I can not wear the shoes more than 4 hrs. My feet start hearting like any thing. I thought the leather will soften with usage, unfortunately it is still very hard. I have donated both pairs in charity. I think Clark's should switch back to the old vendors or instruct new vendors to improve the leather quality.

I like these Privo collection soft mens shoes a lot. Unfortunately, red rubber part #10 of sole came off and got lost. It is clearly a design issue (glue vs. infusion). I submitted a complain via email. No answer for 1.5 months. I had to call customer service. What I learn: there is no warranty for Clarks product beyond initial purchase return and exchange. Absolutely nothing. Not even a coupon or discount for next purchase. I will stay away of this brand.

Clarks absolutely awful customer services. Ordered and paid for boots. Promised delivery over a week ago. No-one answers the phone, emails don't get answered, chat function doesn't solve the issue. Extremely frustrating. These are a Xmas gift and I have no idea if they will arrive. BUT Clarks took the money for them! Appalling service :-(

I purchased a pair of Clark’s desert boots at a DSW in Pasadena, Md. They become extremely slippery when walking on a smooth surface with even the slightest amount of moisture. As a senior citizen I can’t wear them for fear of breaking my hip and I sure can’t donate them. That’s $95.39 I threw away.

I made the mistake of ordering Clark's shoes... So I'm begging them to send the shoes, to deliver the shoes, and now Purolator is holding the shoes. LOL, I get the impression Purolator wants to be paid. The response I received was rude and convinced me I'd never deal with this company again.

Clark’s with the worst customer service, we have been two months trying to get money back from a gift card that was never active, they never respond emails the calls are in vain, no one gives you a solution, they literally steal your money the clients for them are nothing, they NEVER BUY IN CLARKS. #clarks #clarksusa #costumerservice

My kids of bought me three pairs of Clark shoes and everyone of them are the worst shoes I’ve ever had on my feet they’re not comfortable they don’t tie up good they’re literally useless

Terrible customer service. Placed an order went through, then received email that order canceled( no explanation). Phoned to find out why. Was told that they were not sending to Vancouver because of floods. She said to try again on Monday. Not available in my size when I reordered. Emailed customer service for info on stock two days later no response.

Lack of customer service....there is currently no way to contact them by phone. The Chat with us Button referred to on their Contact us page is never visable. Emails take 7+ days to get an answer. No returns labels sent with shoes now....Clarks assume we all have printers to print a return label.

Been wearing "Nature" for about about 40 years, they used to be brilliant. If the soles wore out, you sent them back to the factory for a "rebuild". Then they stopped that service, and you had to dump the shoes when the sole was finished. The soles used to really last. The latest pair I bought a couple of years ago, and they are rubbish. the soles have holes and even the leather is cracking. I don't wear them continuously, but rotate them with 3 other pairs. Junk, at £90 a pair!

I have bought Clarks for 20 years. 2 bad experiences in a row with quality. Most recent is moccasin slippers for myself and wife. I am a senior. The laces keep coming undone, We step on the laces, and have tripped once. I solved the problem with crazy glue. Clarks are not inexpensive in Canada and the quality is no longer there.

I have recently ordered clark sandals through Ajio and I'm unhappy with the product quantity. It's straps pinches the little toe and feel uncomfortable after an hour of wearing. I thought Clark is one of the most comfortable footwear and I've used it for the first time and I'm highly disappointed. I don't recommend this particular product.

Years wearing Clarks and the shoes still look almost new. Some of them for daily use and it is amazing how they look and feel. I would recommend 100 % Obviously, proper use and care are important!

Bought my 10 year old son school shoes last April . Last week after only 4 months and 3 weeks wear I noticed Both shoes had split where the lining meets the shoe . There is scarcely any wear on the sole or toes and it is clearly a manufacturing fault . Had his feet measured and he is the same size . Have bought school shoes for years from Clark’s but they insist it is normal wear . I used a different company today
