“What a great experience, went into high wycombe, high Street store this morning, service was great, staff so friendly and welcoming especially Jade, smile on her face and very helpful. Cannot fault this store”

“Costa are missing a big opportunity in Hulme Manchester it's a vibrant diverse area close to the city with student accomdation and appartment culture but it's lacking cafe bars places to sit & enjoy cafe link ups great opportunity for Costa & Hulme .”

“Since Costa came to my town I've visited so about 15 years, my Costa in forge retail park has a great staff. They are a great bunch always say hello and goodbye lovely bunch, unlike the other Costas in my area”

“I go into Costa on Westgate Guisborough nearly every day and the staff make all us regulars feel like one big happy family, we all know the names of the staff and they are just lovely to deal with and of course they know us by name, if someone hasn't been in for a couple of days the staff ask about to see if anyone knows if they are ok so we all feel like they look out for us. If anyone deserves a pay rise it's the staff at this store!!. I love the welcome I get and the service is spot on. Keep up the good work girls.”

“Costa Northam Canes lovely Laura Jackson tended to my husbands leg after he fell over outside on the pathway. She and her colleagues were very attentive and very professional doing the first aid. Amazing staff a real credit to Costa. Also service very slick”

“Went to the Costa Coffee in Guisborough, the staff were really friendly, they made me feel really welcome as though I was part of the family. The coffee was great and really well made, nice clean store and everyone seemed to be friendly including the customers, very chatty. I will definitely go back in the future.”

“Due to ill health not been to muy local Costa Coffee in Glastonbury for a while. Today was delighted that despite my disability due to health issues, they were as lovely and helpful as ever. Special mention to young lady, Fayre (?). Apologies if I have spelt name incorrectly... who saw me struggling and came to my assistance... with a lovely smile. Thank you.”

“Just want to say how great the costa is at Milton Keynes hospital is. Chris and her team are always so welcoming and chatty. They know all the regulars orders and always make the drinks really well, which is not the case at other stores. It’s always nice to sit there before a shift and be calm before a shift”
