@countryattire.com No one is replying I order my stuff april 29 and I'm still waiting until now they gave me tracking number and it said my item is still in belgium until now. So email for the 5th time and it's a automatic computer reply No one to talk to. I ask for refund no one reply:(

Don't waste your money or trouble. Sure their prices look great but for North American orders they slap an astronomical COD charge onto your package that you are required to pay before the local postal service can release your package. I even spoke with Canadian Customs who walked me though what charges should have applied and it was around $20 for my $300 order, Country Attire charged me over $90, plus the $50+ in shipping I had already paid. I've email 3 times asking for a breakdown of what duties and fees made up the $90 COD charge with no response. As far as I am concerned if they cannot provide an itemized invoice breakdown of the COD for my package then they are hiding something and it is completely fraudulent. This company should be investigated, totally fraudulent.

Country Attire advertised an item, cashmere size measurement at £99.85 including postage, reduced from £399.99. They sent a cashmere scarf nothing like shown on site and what I ordered , dingy colours and much smaller. They answered phone ONCE. I got PayPal involved immediately and got refund. They are advertising this item again at the reduced price. This Stole is being sold by other establishments including H Johnstone at £399.99 so I don’t understand how they were offering at £99.85 in their ‘sale’ which I did not receive.

It is an scam!! ID picture requested from a fake sales department, after providing all the information requested fraudulent charged made by a hacker for US. IT IS PHISHING AND A FRAUD

Outstanding Customer Services by Joe at Country Attire. Issue sorted out immediately. Clearly the best customer services out there for designer brands. You wouldn’t get this sort of service from designer brands direct. Highly recommended company & service representative (Joe).

i recently bought dr. martens from country attire. everything went smoothly, the shoes came even sooner than expected. however, after ordering i read some of the reviews which gave me billion heart attacks. i highly recommend to just find whatever you’re looking for on a different website because the reviews about returning don’t sound too good.

THEIFS. I received a pair of boots as a gift, that do not fit. They are requiring that I return the boots at my own cost. $300 USD. 3x the cost of the boots. Now i'm stuck with boots I cannot wear. NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEIFS.

Worst customer service ever. I bought a coat that ended up being way too big. I tried to start the process of returning it through the website and I kept getting a error message saying my email and order number were invalid. I spent over 2 weeks trying to get the company to send me a return label and even they couldn’t generate one. I was told to send the coat back and provide them with a receipt of how much shipping cost. Now they’re giving me trouble with the shipping cost reimbursement. It cost me $66 to send it back and I doubt I’ll ever get that money back.

I ordered from this company (www.countryattire.com) before I read all the reviews, and once I had read them I had a slight panic about my order as most orders from there are going to be quite high value. However, I didn't have any negative experience at all, it was shipped quickly, the company kept in contact with updates and the package arrived in perfect condition. Judging by the amount of negative reviews, maybe have some caution if you decide to buy from the company, but I personally have no complaints.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Been on hold for over an hour no response! Emails bounce back, no replies on social media! Need some help making an exchange for a gift that I ordered for my husband that is the wrong size. Wish I had read the reviews regarding this company before ordering.

Avoid this company! They send phishing mails as follows even when you have used the same credit cd for previous orders: „ All we need is for you to contact your bank and obtain the "Processor Authorisation Code" from them and contact us with this information. As soon as we receive this we can match it with our information and then release your order. This is just to ensure the safety and security of our customers by verifying that you are indeed the owner of this card. Please be aware that if you do not provide this within 72 hours from receipt of this email your payment may expire and the order cancelled.“ Hotline not reachable and no response to contact form on their web page.

Ordered an item that was supposed to arrive the following day. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, because it's a busy Christmas period, I waited a day and a half before ringing them. I was on hold for 25mins, then finally I got through... the man checked and told me that there was a problem with my order. First he told me that the warehouse noticed a fault, then told me it was out of stock. I kept him on the line to check through all of my emails, including junk and the email he told me had been sent to notify me simply didn't exist. During me asking him what it is that I'm expected to do now and what my options were, he cut off. That was it. DREADFUL. Clearly a company where the left hand doesn't know what the right one's up to. When there's a problem they lie, refuse to apologise and then hang up.

Ordered a Barbour jacket but accidentally ordered the wrong one. I have been on hold for 25 minutes so far to try and ask for a refund and apparently I am 7th in the queue! They claim to have a live chat facility. They don't. Terrible customer service wish I hadn't bothered with the purchase.

Try to cancel an order , almost impossible . Their response to my email was the item already shipped , 35 minutes after I placed the order . Now it will cost me $ 19.60 to return my order . Buy in the USA

This company has the worst customer service. Any price you may save is not worth it. Do not order from them. I ordered a pair of boots that were over $340 US dollars. The next day, before i received them, the price dropped $20 US dollars. I called several times to request a reduction or to cancel so I can reorder at the lower price (if reduction would not be offered). I was on hold for in excess of 90 minutes. I sent several emails that went unanswered. Eventually, after being on hold for 2 hours I got through, and the person said that there was no reduction, and hung up on me. I would never order anything from this company again.

l placed order had a delivery date waited in all day,when it did not come then went to track which said problem with order ? and to check emails none had been sent after checking with the bank all ok so contacted Country Attire to be told that payment was flagged and l had to phone my bank to get a code? complete waste of time very disappointed with sevice not good enough esp when order was over £700
