I ordered a coat in the US size which was totally my fault. I reordered in the correct size and it arrived promptly although pretty wrinkled. When I tried to return the coat using the offer through the company using USPS the YSPS said it wouldn’t work. That they haven’t had ground shipping in years, especially to the UK. Now it looks like it’s gonna cost me 80.00 to return. I’ve tried emailing but it just sends me the standard help list , leaving you to figure it out in your own. I won’t be buying from them again. They should offer some kind of human interaction to help with issues. Hopefully I'll at least get my refund.

Non existent customer service, they don't reply to emails. They sent me the wrong size coat, I contacted them and they asked me to take a picture of the coat which I sent them immediately, that was 3 days ago and I emailed them everyday since and no reply. Avoid this company at all costs, they're nothing but time wasters.

Don’t buy from here!! haven’t received my full order! Weeks are turning into months now NO REPLY! no communication! reading all the reviews here seems to be a common problem! REPLY TO EMAILS!!! AND SEND MY ORDER

Customer service is horrendous. I received scuffed boots, requested info on warranty returns, was asked to photograph the damage THREE TIMES, (and I'm an experienced museum photographer, thus know very well how to show surface defects in a photo). There was no response re tax and duty refunds, the whole process was long, drawn out, and I will discourage anyone from dealing with them if they're hoping for a modicum of satisfaction.

HORRIBLE company!! They sent me shorts that were not what I ordered, and expect me to pay for the return postage!! Their customer service is a joke, and after sending them pictures of the items I received (that were the wrong size) they did not respond back. They sent me shorts to the USA that were a size for Asia. Very disappointing!! I would suggest you pay more for a reputable company!

I ordered an item 11 days ago and it has not yet arrived. It is almost impossible to contact anyone at Country Attire to obtain help. The live chat is a bot that gives inane responses to questions, and nobody answers the telephone helpline. This may be just a bad day, but it is enough to convince me never to shop with Country Attire again

I ordered three pairs of wellies at very good prices. They arrived early and were exactly what I ordered. My order was placed in the US. Communication was good via email. I would order from Country Attire again.

Lieferung Schweiz problemlos. Alles regelrecht verlaufen, rasch nach dem Kauf Bestätigung erhalten, sogleich nach dem Versand Tracking sichtbar, Paket wurde mit der Post ausgeliefert, Zollgebühren mussten wie vorher angekündigt bezahlt werden. Zusammengefasst konkurrenzlos günstige Stutterheim erstanden. Negativ-Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar.

Dreadful, non-existent customer service. I ordered a Joules top and the wrong one was sent out, the contact for states they will reply within 48hrs, I’ve attempted to contact them 3 times using the form, it took over a week for the first response and I haven’t heard back since my reply 4 days ago. I’ve also tried to call the UK number and have been on hold for over half an hour before getting cut off. I now seem to be blocked from making calls to them. So frustrating, seems very unprofessional and dodgy. Very disappointed

I found this website after I’d placed an order and became instantly worried the whole experience would be a nightmare. How wrong could I be! Order came the next day, I ordered 2 tops in 2 different sizes, once I’d decided I started the return process, this was straight forward, easy and free. I had regular contact with the courier with updates on my return I also had a few emails exchanges with customer services, again, quick to reply, helpful and courteous. Without even having to chase the money was back on my card within a few days. I cannot fault this company at all, the whole process was spot on. Will definitely use again.

The worst company I´ve ever had to deal with! The worst company I´ve ever had to deal with! First the shipping time is extremely slow, and the delivery time is even worse! They dont send the item to your adress put a pickup point! They dont answer mails and inquireries, even when 3 months have gone by, and I still havnt recieved my refund for items that I never picked up! The simply just ignore you and refuse to refund your money! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, and the worst company I´ve ever had to deal with! Stay far away!

I would give this company 0 but option for zero stars , if your thinking of ordering from this company do not order a Barbour toilet bag 2 weeks ago and still not received it again like other customers , Royal Mail said my address was wrong and had returned the irme to sender, but when u eventually got through to this company’s customer service they said the address was correct, so I have called 3 times to see if I can have another resent or refund and customer service keep telling me not to worry they will have another sent out to me today and I should receive an email to confirm this which as you can guess hasn’t been done and still no goods they tell you anything to get you off the phone terrible service would not use this company again 😡

It’s been 19 days since my package was due to be delivered. It’s sitting somewhere in the fed ex system and country attire will do nothing to remedy the situation “keep checking back” is their reply. Wish I’d gone anywhere else.

So I ordered a denim shirt that country attire said was an authentic made in America product. They stated that in their ad twice. After receiving the product I was shocked to see that the product was the cheaper/smaller made in China version of the shirt. When I tried to contact them to cover the cost of return for this product as they did not ship me what I ordered, they continuously did not respond to my emails. Now I am stuck with a product I did not order, or cover the small fortune to ship it back myself. Buyer beware. Shady company. Never again.

Bought some Outscape shoes . Within two weeks the fronts all cracked open . Asked to return the product as it was less than 30 days and the shoes have a year guarantee anyway. Told to send photos which I have . They said they would respond within 10 days . Company ignored all my emails . Terrible customer service . Avoid
