I have a bad experience with Deichmann. I do not recommand it to annyone.

Went into the shop, asked staff for a pair of shoes in size 9 , was asked to wait for 15 minutes while they get 8 cage's of shoes out as only one member of staff in the shop, so much for customer services, escalator not working, spent almost 40 mins in inese

Deichmann at via Etnea in Catania, Italy, sold me 2 right leg women slippers brand PUMA, and when I returned to Sofia I wrote to the customer service of Deichmann, and they, being completely uncooperative, did not respond at all despite that it was their fault. Deichmann Bulgaria told me they can not ship the left slipper because it is too expensive which means that they will sell 2 left slippers which remained in the shop to another customer. Complete disappointment - please do not waste yopur money on buying footware from this shop as it is very likely they will amke a mistake and will not correct it.

New bag can't be returned! Terrible customer service!! DO NOT BUY at DEICHMANN if you smoke or cook!!!!! My mother can not return her NEW bag,SHE DID NOT USE IT!! She did not like the bag once at home cause the shoulder strap can not be placed strait with the result the bag falls over to the side...so completely new she saved the bag in a plastic bag until i bring my mom from Holland the the shop in Heinsberg Germany to return the bag for another or money back.But NO NO NO not possible !! The bag smells!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The woman in the shop says i used the bag!! I do not smoke!! Although i said the bag is bought by my mom..i do the talking because my german is better and my mom is older and weak..in the meantime my mother is getting very stressed in the shop,she is as i very insulted by the way this employee talks to us! There is nothing to see or smell on the bag! So,with other words the person says i am a lier! It is not acceptable! I contacted Deichmann by email and the whole story took 2 weeks!!!!!! First they wrote me they are sorry and we must find a solution and bla bla bla ...It took days everytime to get an answer and the last answer from them is for me final! "They called the store in Heinsberg" and the employee said the bag smells and can not be sold like that!!!!!!!! Couldn't they have thought off calling that monster the first time i wrote them? It took 2 weeks off writing back again and again to give this as an excuse again??????????????? It is ridiculous!! It is unacceptable how they treat people!! It is a joke ! Everytime someone else answers the emails! And they do not read! Once someone wrote me I could bring the SHOES to Heinsberg!!??? The shoes????A shop like this should not be possible! It should say on the receipt (which we still have) and cash register that you can only return stuff if you keep it in a special secured room with no kitchen or whatever near!With other words: better not come back for returns or we accuse you off whatever we can make up! They are a pathetic company ,i may say liers,scammers,cheaters! I never ever once in my life have experienced such a company who treat people like this ! And it is not an expensive bag,it is more about principles here! Unacceptable criminal behaviour! So be warned!!! It not only happened to my mom ,in the meantime i heard more off these stories!! They just do not want to take back stuff! Van Haren in Holland is also from Deichmann i did read,so be aware!! If you are buying at van Haren you are buying at Deichmann! Never again! And that they sell stuff with the name Graceland is disgusting,it makes me sick! It should be forbidden! I have spend too much time on this,but you can never warn people enough,so therefor i took extra time to warn you!! I have saved all the email contact to proof how bad it is! It is that i already made clear my mom bought the bag or otherwise i would have contacted my lawyer,just out off principle! Just to bother them,to learn the some manners! You can not treat an (older) lady like that! Shame on all responsible at Deichmann!

They sold me a shoe cleaner which ruined my real leather shoes. The manager was aware, she promised a replacement pair and took photos of the shoes for head office. But head office are now refusing to replace the shoes, their customer service is terrible.

The staff at the Deichmann store in Galeria Krakowska (Krakow, Poland) are too busy talking to each other, so they don't have time for customers. And don't you dare interrupt them, otherwise they will let you know that you are not welcome here.

Went to collect shoes at Enfield store had already paid i was told i needed iD passport or drivers license i told the manageress i had neither I’m 65 years old she said you must have a passport i replied sorry no, well I can’t give you your shoes i said i have a bus pass , no not good enough ring this number which i did lady very was very helpful and told me bus pass would be acceptable and doesn’t know why she refused it the other young lady there could not apologise enough.a very bad experience totally uncalled for and very bad attitude

Bad customer service and because I didnt have a Receipt they didn't take back the shoes because they been used and they only lasted me a week I pay All together 76 pounds I have it on my bank statement so won't be going back to this store

The pair of shoes I bought was missmatched. I noticed at home. When trying to fix this at their nearest store they sent me back to the initial store, to lose 2 h I did not have. I was supposed to give them as a present later that day. Shitty management.

Bought first pair of shoes from them for my fussy boy, who wants only school shoes with laces. I couldn't find many options his size. Being only 7 years old, most of the shoes are velcro-type. 've found something in N***, but they are a bit big so I kept them for later on. So I decided to try JUNIOR VTY BLACK LACE-UP TRAINERS from Deichmann. The shoes were bought during half term holiday. Within 2 weeks of wearing them, both soles are broken.

I don’t advise to order anything from this store online. They lost the package but they took the money and send the invoice. They are not investigating anything. The customer service talks unrespectfully “what do you want from us?” - well, guys, I want my order on time. Never again.

I initially went in to store to purchase a pair of the last Size 7 Nike trainers. The trainers had got mixed up with one trainer a Size 7 and the other a size 8. The store assistant offered to order me a pair off line. Payment was taken by credit card and I was advised the order would be with me in a few days. The following day, I received a text message to state they could not fulfil my order and to contact customer services. They concluded that they could not refund back on to the credit card I purchased with and could only return to a current account!?! I accepted and was assured this payment would be back in my account within 3-5 days. I then waited, no refund. I tried to contact Customer Service, no answer for 2 days! I then contacted the store, who got a response to state they had had ‘technical issues’ and I would receive my money within another 5 days! This is unacceptable, THEY cancelled the order due to insufficient stock and I’m entitled to my money back as quick as they can take it from me! Absolutely appalling customer service and still waiting for the funds! A matter that will be taken forward down the appropriate channel!!

i usually shop in store but due to time restraints i tried to order on line, just 1 question. Why are all the sizes on your web site eu sizes? we are mo longer in the eu and i dont have a clue what my size is in eu measurements so bought elsewhere. any chance we can have uk sizes

We ordered shoes for my husband - carrier was Hermes - they had difficulty delivering (since Royal Mail, Amazon and myriad other companies don't, I can only assume it is because Hermes are useless). I also experienced the same problem with an order from Cotton Traders. Have advised both Deichman and Cotton Traders that, in future, if I find that Hermes are the delivery method, I will go elsewhere! Meanwhile, no-one knows where the shoes are!

Absolutely abysmal service k ordered a pair of boots for my friends birthday to be delivered to said friends address the delivery driver dumped them somewhere that was not at my friends took a picture of a pavement where he had apparently left the k have this stored on my phone yet this isn't enough proof to get a refund I will not be buying from deichmann again and warn all others that are thinking of buying from them they've ripped off an unemployed single mum off of £40 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I bought a pair of boots in November/December last year they look fantastic but to my great disappointment the sole has broken today after only few months of use. This has never happened to my with any other shoes I ever both not even Primark shoes; they actually last longer. I am so disappointed. When I bought the boots I thought I was going to treat myself with a good pair of boots. I was so wrong. Totally disappointed by the poor quality of your product.

I BUY 2 SHOE FROM DEICHMANN STORE FROM IBN MALL , DUBAI, UAE, ON 15.02.2020, 1.FILS, 2. ADIDAS , TOTAL BILL WAS 468 AED, bill no-16294, IN THAT FILS SHOE WAS NOT ADJUST ITS MOVING(LEFT ONE) I VISIT NEXT DAY , and explain but store manager told me they cant change, and he extend you can write feedback no issue. now my concern is that that fils shoe is original or not , fils shoe is not like that. and the exchange policy (15 day) but i visit within 24hrs. every 20 to 30 second I need to adjust that shoe, this is not looking good. how a manager say like that , they cant change , ppl should go brand shoe. ppl should visit particular brand, before visit please deichmann IBN BATTUTA
