“I had the most pleasant shopping experince EVER at Dick's on Black Friday. The associates were all friendly and all seemed ahppy to be at work, even at 5am on Black Friday. The store manager was also friendly and helpful. But the thing tha stood out to me the most was that the associates seemed happy to be there and to work for their manager. It really stood out to me and made our shopping experience memorable.”

“I just bought a kayak for my husband for Father’s Day, and the employee, his name is Nate, was so helpful. He went above and beyond. He has amazing customer service skills. “We was very pleased with the service we received from Dick's Sporting Goods store in Medford, MA. All the employees were very helpful with our needs from the moment we walked into the store. We had employees approach us asking if we needed help (which we did and was provided). We appreciated all the team work with the employees. We will definitely be back i the future.”

“I placed an online order for a exercise bike for pickup at the Southwest Plaza Store. I started to drive over for pickup and was sent a notification the order was cancelled even though it showed 4 in stock. I went to the store and told there were 4 on hold and waiting for pickup. Dave and Annie helped me in finding the bike at another store and put it on hold for me. They spent approx 25 minutes helping me out. I really appreciated their efforts.”

“I did the majority of my online shopping at Dicks! They were AMAZING!!! Everything shipped in a timely manner, I got great pack Friday and cyber Monday deals, customer service (chat) was very responsive and helpful, and when I needed to exchange a large item, they were so very accommodating. I am especially want to thank MATT IN BIKES AT APPLE GLEN IN FORT WAYNE as he was so nice and patient and good to me!! Next Christmas, I’m shopping at Dicks!!!!”

“I went to the Monroeville Mall store for some half- price energy drinks that I know they keep right by the front door in the bargain bin. I grabbed them all without counting how many I had and, when the clerk told me my total, I paid, but thought to myself, "Wow. I must have gotten more than I thought!" Well, when I got to the car I checked the receipt and, sure enough, she had charged me full-price. I traipsed back into the store and the manager couldn't have been nicer. She took me right away and gave me the money back I had been overcharged, all the while smiling and basically treating me like a friend rather than a nuisance, which is what most managers do with people with returns. I love the store as well. It has everything you could want pertaining to sports. Their clothing is so well-made too! I highly recommend this store.”
