“I am pleased with most of the quality of clothes and the styles are nice. The policies are inconsistent. I accidentally ordered 2 pair of pants the same color. Usually, they allow you to return the order if it is done before shipping even if they are on sale….just a courtesy to the customer. This time they firmly said no. They had previously allowed this. Be careful when preauthorizing sometimes it is slow to show the purchase…another can pop into your cart and you have now purchased 2 of the same item. I will no longer use the preauthorize option. I really liked the company, but things seemed to have changed. Shipping is really slow. Most of my purchases will be made from another company in the future.”
“I've ordered several times in the app. Quality is mediocre for most things and bad quality for a few things. The real reason for my complaint is that they do not ship for at least two weeks so you're lucky to receive packages in a month! This is why I will no longer order from DD! They are definitely not the best or only online boutique. DO BETTER!”
“I placed my first order with Discount Divas (DD) on November 27, 2023. The order was for a sweatshirt and sweatpants matching outfit both medium. I immediately received a 3XL sweatshirt on December 4, 2023. There was no enclosed shipping invoice which made me wary about the purchase that I had just made and charged to my credit card.
I emailed and messaged DD twice and only received an auto-generated response which stated, "Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We find the least expensive shipping option to be First Class with tracking." I felt that this was wrong and no reputable retailer would do this; however, I was in receipt of an item that I could not use and had paid for this.
Only after I addressed my concerns via the comments on the DD "Facebook Live" platform was the issue addressed. A representative emailed me immediately that night. I was told that the medium shirt that I had ordered was no longer in stock, for me to keep the shirt that I had received, and that I would be refunded the charges.
I have requested that the pants be cancelled and the charges be refunded, but have had no response for this request. I only gave two-stars because someone finally responded, addressed my issues, and corrected the mistake.”
