“Item I bought for over £800 gained me over £18 in rewards which then disappeared. I have contacted easy fundraising 3 times to no avail. Also 3 smaller purchases from a different retailer have never shown any rewards.”
“I bought bikes for my Grandsons at a total cost of £455 :00 and provided all evidence but never was paid out . The customer service team keep saying it can take 6 months to pay the charity . Well one bought in Nov 2010 and the other March 2022 will certainly not go through their website again . Charity received nothing . Obviously it is a scam .”
