“Two bad experiences. First was sending flowers on the 18/07/2024. I made a mistake by not signing the card and immediately tried to rectify by attempting to contact Eflorist to add my name to the delivery. All my communication was ignored and the flowers arrived with no sender name. I appreciate this was my mistake, but we all make them and I couldn’t fix it as I was totally ignored.
Today I received flowers for my birthday and they arrived wilted, crushed and full of green leaves. Nothing like what my sister purchased. Disgraceful.”
“Terrible company. Bought my wife some flowers cost £53 that’s really irrelevant. Flowers were the same as a bunch from my local Aldi. (Sorry Aldi yours are better). Delivered a day late. Dead not 3 days later. Contacted customer service who seem to think this is acceptable. Have asked for the CEO contact details but as of yet nothing. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from these thieves. If they think I’m going away then they are wrong. Can’t seem to get my pictures uploaded.”
“Absolute rip off avoid this company like the plague, paid for next day delivery eventually arrived 7.45 pm.poor standard of flowers and FREE chocolates!!!! The smallest box I've ever seen could have got a better deal at poundland or a petrol station”
“I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They state they will deliver chocolates and they don't arrive. They then offer £2 for a box of Lindts that cost £8-10. It's not the money it's the false advertising of the service then they refuse to delivery the missing items!”
“More than a disappointing experience! place an order and pay extra for delivery on the day. Watch the driver collect and for 5 hours no deliveries happen. (must have had to cross the channel by boat). finally see the first delivery at 5pm and by now i have 17 more deliveries before me. 7pm there is 15 more deliveries. So i contact the courier service they use. as now it is too late as the place of delivery is closed. I ask can i request a change of address? no! I have to wait till the delivery is attempted so all they can do is cancel. after that, I can ask the company for my refund. only thing I can do. so I cancel, as recommended by the company to ask for a refund.
The next day I contacted eflorist. To which they stated that even if it's late but as i cancelled it to the recommendation of Yodel I cannot get my money back and they cannot resend it. Your order is gone and so is your money, sorry not sorry for you. So the company they use doesn't know the policy and they wont pay you back your money as they dont know each others terms to inform customers of it. So unfortunately i hope that no one uses or they change their refund policy to help customers of their bad service.”
“On 8/7/2024 I ordered flowers for delivery to a friend in UK on 12/7/2024. The promised e-mail from the courier never arrived, neither did the flowers. I live in France, and was unable to use the "0800" number given by Eflora on their website; and the e-mail complaints option was incomprehensible.
I have contacted my bank, who have entered dispute proceedings on my behalf.
Don't touch this company with a bargepole!”
“Terrible service and awful company. Set a delivery date for a gift and received the delivery date email for a day later than what I set. They cannot fulfill orders to the customers requirements and no apologies or help whatsoever. Do not use this company!”
“Terrible customer service. You don’t get what you paid for. Wanted something special but got a bunch of flowers that I could have got from the local food store. Terrible”
“I received 10 roses and a few stems of freesia that I wouldn't have paid money for from a petrol station!
The roses were dying, foliage so dry they were actually crispy.
The freesia were limp and many of the buds had fallen off.
I sent a photograph to the person who ordered them for me to thank him for the kind thought, but carefully arranged to try to hide the worst of the of them, not wanting to disappoint him. He said they didn't look at all like the picture of what he ordered.
Very, very disappointed and angry on behalf of the sender who no doubt paid good money.
Whichever florist actually sent these should be struck from the list of suppliers.”
“Got flowers delivered to my work today from my husband as a surprise. When got home with them his was devastated how awful they looked. Tiny bouquet nothing like the picture on the website and the flowers were dead. Won't be using again. Waste of money, £30! And no free chocolates”
“Dreadful service!
Having entered the recipient's address details, the online order form then asked for my own, for which I used the auto fill facility. This overrode the delivery address, which was no longer in view, and only following payment did this error come to light. I messaged Eflorist within 10 minutes of placing the order to rectify the error to be told it cannot be corrected. The confirmation email arrived confirming the delivery address as my own and I thought that all is not lost, the recipient lives nearby, I'll just pop them round when they arrive with me. On the morning of the delivery, I received a message to say that the delivery had failed due to the address being incorrect and that the courier goes by postcode. The first line and postcode of the address the courier received from Eflorist was for my address, with an additional line of the recipient's address in-between. If what they report is correct, the postcode and first line should have been sufficient for a successful delivery, however, instead they refused to redeliver or refund. Eflorist are thieves at best. Lesson learned and I shall buy local in future.”
“I made an online booking before the store opened, only to be informed at noon that they couldn't deliver the same day but would do so the next day. If they can't deliver as promised, they should notify customers in advance so we can make other arrangements. This will be my first and last transaction with them. I wouldn't recommend them to others and suggest avoiding this business altogether.”
“Utterly useless. I ordered flowers, in plenty of time, to be delivered today- crucial and got an email this morning saying they're on their way and will be delivered tomorrow. That is NO GOOD. They will totally miss the point. I want my money back though even that won't compensate for my bereaved friend's lack of flowers when she needed them.

“They allowed me to place an order directed to a hospital when apparently this has been impossible for several years. Living abroad I wasn’t aware of this and tried to redirect the order. Computer says no. Use a local florist is my advice as this is a big on line machine with no customer service other than quoting terms and conditions. Waste of money.”
“You don't deserve any stars, I ordered a medium bunch of flowers paid £30 in total for my grand daughter, a tiny measly little bunch arrived, nothing resembling what is shown on your website. This is false advertising!!!
I couldn't chat to anyone online to report that half the flowers are missing!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!”
