I have questions about product I purchased from them but no one answers the help desk phone, they don't even answer any email that I send them! It seems all they want is for you to buy their products and then you have no way to contact them, returns have to be impossible! I won't deal with them anymore.

Dissatisfied- my credit card was changed twice for the same purchase. Can’t contact anyone to resolve this overcharge.

Shipping has drastically been changed. I used to get my products within 2 days. Now it is taking about 5 or 6.

There is a lack of transparency with this company. I will qualify this statement by mentioning they are quick to respond to inquiries about faulty products. With this said, there products are FAULTY. I ordered a Bo Vape and it dysfunction in under 2 weeks of normal use. I attribute this to the leaky pods that a customer service representative told me we’re “normal” when I asked about the malfunction. This is a clear sign of a lack of quality assurance. After receiving a replacement in the mail, it too began to dysfunction. This time was significantly after the original date of purchase. When I reached out to the supervisor, he showed no willingness to resolve this poorly manufactured vape. He claimed that they could no longer replace the vape because it was close to “the 120 day mark of my intial purchase” which “is the normal lifespan of this vape”. Two problems: that’s not true and I had the Bo replaced so it was not as close to the “120 lifespan” as the rep claimed. Overall, this company gives good prices and deals but you get what you’re paying for: cheap, faulty vapes that are very likely knockoffs.

Hi Samuel, I have had a look the thread between you and our US Customer Service Team. In September, we sold you a product that was faulty. We shipped you out a new one along with a discount to use on your next purchase as an apology. We felt this was the least we could do after inconveniencing you. More recently, however, you seem to have taken our goodwill a stage further by persistently emailing the team, demanding to speak to supervisors and threatening legal action, all for a product that has exceeded its warranty period by more than double. We're sorry we can't help you, but we have to send products back to the manufacturers when they are faulty. One many, many occasions we have replaced items for our customers where we have zero chance of recouping the money from our suppliers, but we have to draw the line somewhere. Thank you for your feedback. I trust our customers will see through your 'knockoffs' comment by tallying the number of positive reviews we get versus the number of negative ones we get. All negative reviews are proudly displayed on our Reviews.io page and internally discussed, and on this occasion I am satisfied that my staff have dealt with your query correctly. Really the main thing was the costomer service and how long it took to get a reponse from them, by the time they answer it’s of no use.

vaporizer didnt work from day 1.....yes...everything was prepared right according to instructions...the help center went through all the steps that i already took, according to instructions....and finally they quit corresponding with me.... Im very disappointed !!!

I want to love this place. My first order the shipping took 6 days, seems long for the east coast, but I ordered again and took that in to account. This order has now surpassed 6 days and tracking shows its in New York. That’s 2 days away if I am lucky. Tis’ the season, I suppose but it so disappointing.

I ordered Sunday, July 30th with an expected delivery of Friday, August 4th and I still have not received my order on Thursday, August 10th. So I'm disappointed with what I've just stated. I can say the website is nice but as I still haven't received my order, the layout of the website is not really relevant if the products sold through it don't arrive in a timely manner.

The products offered are inconsistent, and it's difficult to get your money's worth. I would be VERY cautious when purchasing products from this company. If it's a different provider other than Electronic Tobacconist, I would strongly hesitate to move forward with a purchase without preparing yourself for disappointment...

If you enter your university address as the shipping address, that's where it will ship to; we only ship to what the customer enters for shipping.
