I bought a skirt - it looks worn. I am trying to return it but what a surprise - their site has been down for 3 days and will not let me print return label

BEWARE when ordering shoes. I ordered a pair of stilettos from FARFETCH. When I received them I noticed the soles were slightly used ( as in they had been tried by another customer before me ) and my mistake was not to take a picture when I received them. They were too small and I returned them. The partner company refused to refund them arguing the soles were marked and saying I used to shoes. I returned them WITH the plastic tag securing the fact that you cannot use the shoes outside except to try them at your home. A PROTECTIVE ADHESIVE SHOULD BE ON THE SOLES OF SHOES ! Customer service did not even try to help me with the partner store. They obviously don’t care,..

Premetto che sono una venditrice esperta su diversi marketplace da anni e non ho mai avuto un’esperienza d’acquisto così pessima nella gestione da parte del customer care. Acquisto una cintura di Victoria Beckham sul sito italiano di Farfetch per evitare i dazi doganali da Uk, la cintura arriva di una taglia più piccola ossia una XS, la rendo il 06/02 chiedendo addirittura la sostituzione con la mia taglia regolare, 80 cm e sono ancora in attesa del rimborso contestatomi perché , dopo svariate telefonate al servizio clienti e al partner Quaranta mi è stato contestata la mancanza di una etichetta che invece era presente nella spedizione! Fortunatamente avevo fotografato l’oggetto prima della spedizione come mio solito e ci confronteremo per via legali. Sconsiglio assolutamente questa piattaforma d dalle recensioni negative che ho letto in giro sul web devo dire che , mea culoa, sono stata incauta ad affidarmi a loro! Consiglio MyTheresa molto serio 👌

The dress I order came without the tags and belt. I sent it back the same day and explained the issue. They declined the return. Unbelievable! I will never order from the again!

Waiting more than a month for a refund! They said that they sent the money but they didn’t! I’m waiting for the “proof” but of course there is no proof! And they telling me to ask my bank!!!!! Never buying from Farfetch again.

Thieves !!! I bought a Tom ford belt for £359. Farfetch sent me an empty box !! Asked for pictures and all then said sorry cant do anything !!! This Farfetch is a scam website !! I am not the only one who received an empty box as evidenced by the numerous messages here !! Please be very careful !! Dont waste your hard earned money on this scam website

I intended to purchase a Canada Goose jacket for myself and a Moncler jacket for my wife as a New Year's gift. After browsing online, I came across Farfetch and added selected items to my cart. Subsequently, I received an email confirming the availability of the items with a discount incentive for immediate purchase. Consequently, I finalized my purchase on December 17th, with a promised delivery date of December 27th, a 10-day delivery window that seemed reasonable for European shipping. However, I later received an email from Farfetch indicating that the Moncler jacket, previously marked as available (as confirmed by another email), was, in fact, unavailable. They proposed refunding my payment or offering an alternative product. I opted for a refund, intending to buy locally in time for the New Year. Concurrently, Farfetch informed me that the Canada Goose jacket was being processed and would soon be dispatched. Simultaneously, I received another email from a different boutique stating that my Moncler order was processed and set for shipment the next day. I promptly requested a cancellation and refund from this boutique. They acknowledged my request but failed to provide any updates for four consecutive days. Since then, despite my daily email inquiries, I have neither received the ordered items nor obtained a refund. Additionally, the responses from Farfetch's customer support have been inconsistent. One representative claimed the refund for the Moncler jacket was processing, while another insisted it was already shipped. Furthermore, the Canada Goose jacket, initially scheduled for delivery on December 27th, remains undelivered, with no concrete updates or tracking information available. According to the app, the Moncler order appears canceled, while the Canada Goose order is still listed as "preparing." Regrettably, I have yet to receive the Canada Goose jacket despite having paid for it 11 days ago. Conversely, the Moncler jacket, according to shipping information, may arrive next week. However, I remain skeptical due to the conflicting information provided by Farfetch's customer service. Their inconsistent and unresponsive customer support has left me frustrated and out of pocket by over €3,000. I strongly advise against doing business with them based on my experience.

It’s now been 4 months and still NO REFUND. The customer service agents won’t raise a complaint and cannot and will not answer to where my parcel is or who lost my order. Two videos uploaded with this review proves how terrible and vile their customer service is. I have had to contact Trading Standards to report how Farfetch are operating.

Returned my order back in August 2023, the order passed UK customs and was sent to Japan and then returned back to my billing address EMPTY. My parcel was stolen and tampered with somewhere after UK customs to Japan and back to me. Farfetch have been ignoring me since August and still have not refunded me for my missing goods of £180. I have had to contact trading standards to get involved. Do not purchase from Farfetch. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am now £180 down and I do not even have the goods.

Apparently UPS doesn’t want to deliver because the package was damaged and empty box. I haven’t received my order and they say they need to wait until UPS fills out a form and then they can refund me. They didn’t even sent me an email to notify me. I found out because I called myself to UPS and then go to Far T. I asked the to resend the shoes (do a new order) and they can’t until they solve the problem with UPS. That is not a problem that has to do with me, it’s with them and UPS. They have my money and I don’t have what I purchased. Won’t purchase here ever again.

I ordered a pair of boots that didn't fit, I returned them and they say the partner boutique was unable to accept the boots since they were damaged..and sent a photo that shows the boots filled with hair and looking worn although i tried them for 2 minutes inside the house, on a carpeted portion to not scratch them. they are now sending them back, regardless of all my complaints, and I believe it's a way to rip customers off, since I am even a different hair color than the hairs on the boots on their 'proof'. I feel completely disgusted since I know i sent the product back in the same condition it arrived, I had never returned anything to them, I will most certainly never order again.

Farfetch's delivery policy with FedEX needs alternatives. They require a signature for delivery at address and I understand this to ensure product is received by customer. However, FedEx also has an option for customers that work and not home during delivery, to pick their product up in person at the nearest FedEx location and sign for it with ID. Most people work and are not home sitting on their backsides being pampered awaiting a package because we have money and nothing else to do. WRONG!!! Most of us are hardworking people as customers and at least allow another option for customers to pick up and sign for their products ordered. I am truly disgusted with this whole FedEx signature at residence restriction because people are not at home 2:30pm in the afternoon. Hell, WE WORK!!! Once I receive my product, I will BEVER attempt ordering from this entity. Too much unnecessary B.S. surrounding shipping without reasonable options. ~NG

Farfetch is ripping of clients. I bought a pair of sneakers for 200 Euro (Axel Arigato) which started to dissolve after 2,5 months. Farfetch is claiming that it is my responsibility and denies a return! Do not order anything from them.

Ridiculous customer service! I received shoes faulty, hadn’t worn them, notified them within a day or two of receiving them when I went to wear them and noticed. I had so many emails asking for photos which I sent many times, never dealt with the same person so I kept getting asked for new things or being told new things. There was no instant offer to exchange them! I was simply treated like I’m not being honest and I have been going back and forth for a week now it’s absurd. I spent $300 AUS on a pair of shoes that are faulty and they are doing absolutely nothing about it so far. Don’t bother with this site, shop somewhere else!!!
