“Disgusting service, I spent 700 euros in some shoes which I returned because they did not fit my wife size. They said they would not give me the money back because shoes did not meet requieremets absoluta joke”

“Let me begin by stating that I am a platinum client of Farfetch, which has been my preferred website for shopping. Unfortunately, my recent purchases, where I tried new brands, did not fit, leading to returns. This is a common situation when buying clothes that don't suit due to size or style!!!!! However, I was very disappointed to receive an email from Farfetch threatening to restrict my orders or close my account. This response is unacceptable, especially considering my loyalty as a platinum client. Consequently, I will be pursuing legal action against them and will no longer shop with Farfetch. This is not how a any client should be treated.”

“FAR FETCH - https://www.farfetch.com/ - DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE! It's a SCAM! I don't often buy myself new clothing or accessories, but lately something good happened in my life and I decided to treat myself. I concluded that, out of all the things in the world, I'd like to have a brown Salvatore Ferragamo belt. I could only find the model that I liked on farfetch.com. so, I ordered it from there. It wasn't cheap, but hey! #treatyoself. Around 2 weeks later I received a notification that my order is ready at the pickup point. I rushed to collect the package. It looked intact. Little did I know, inside the package was a little red box and inside the box... NO BELT! Just very expensive AIR! Definitely not what I ordered! I raised this immediately with this so-called store and a couple of days later customer service informed me that they cannot make the refund because on their side everything is fine - the item was sent. Check mate, Greg! You don't have your belt, you don't have your money, and you wasted your time. "Thank you for shopping with us!" So, the message to potential customers of farfetch.com - go somewhere else! Don't allow to get yourself played like I did! Cheers!”

“Awful experience and customer service. They do not believe the customer and have zero customer service skills. They sell their goods via boutiques who seem to have the final say on everything. They accused me of returning trainers that were worn. When I disputed this they were rude and unprofessional. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!”

“I wish I’d read reviews for this company before ordering a pair of expensive shoes and a Gucci belt. I returned the shoes in the same condition I’d received them, but the partner company refused the return as there were slight creases in the leather. I couldn’t even fit my foot into the shoe as they were too small so I didn’t even put them on or walk around in them. I put them straight back into the box as they’d come. Even after explaining that those shoes must have been returned before and to provide me with photos of the shoes before sending them to me, they refused my refund and sent the shoes back to me. I’d also returned a Gucci belt at the same time as it was too big for me. Again I tried it on and then put it straight back into the box. It’s been a month now and no status update for the belt. I guess I’m out $1000… I will never order from them again. No wonder this company is going down the toilet.”

“Do not buy from Fafetched! I bought a size small which was extremely large so I returned it the following day with all tags attached and bought a size XS. They denied my return without providing a reason and then when I tried to contact customer service they told me that my case was closed without providing a reason. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.”

“Don’t bother. Shop elsewhere. Rude. Patronising. Deceitful. Obstructive. Unhelpful. You will wait a lifetime for refunds. And. On top of that. They mis label clothing. Incorrect sizing. Eg. I’m 32W. Ordered 34W as wanted baggy. And the jeans don’t go past your knees!!!!!! Go figure.”

“Terrible company. Paid for a bag on sale, but the company canceled the purchase without notifying us. Send the goods refuse to argue that they have everything works perfectly, but here with this bag error and they withdrew. But two bags are still available. Money is not returned. In the support or bots or just stupid employees unable to solve the problem that occurred through the company's fault”

“BEWARE when ordering shoes. I ordered a pair of stilettos from FARFETCH. When I received them I noticed the soles were slightly used ( as in they had been tried by another customer before me ) and my mistake was not to take a picture when I received them. They were too small and I returned them. The partner company refused to refund them arguing the soles were marked and saying I used to shoes. I returned them WITH the plastic tag securing the fact that you cannot use the shoes outside except to try them at your home. A PROTECTIVE ADHESIVE SHOULD BE ON THE SOLES OF SHOES ! Customer service did not even try to help me with the partner store. They obviously don’t care,..”

“Premetto che sono una venditrice esperta su diversi marketplace da anni e non ho mai avuto un’esperienza d’acquisto così pessima nella gestione da parte del customer care. Acquisto una cintura di Victoria Beckham sul sito italiano di Farfetch per evitare i dazi doganali da Uk, la cintura arriva di una taglia più piccola ossia una XS, la rendo il 06/02 chiedendo addirittura la sostituzione con la mia taglia regolare, 80 cm e sono ancora in attesa del rimborso contestatomi perché , dopo svariate telefonate al servizio clienti e al partner Quaranta mi è stato contestata la mancanza di una etichetta che invece era presente nella spedizione! Fortunatamente avevo fotografato l’oggetto prima della spedizione come mio solito e ci confronteremo per via legali. Sconsiglio assolutamente questa piattaforma d dalle recensioni negative che ho letto in giro sul web devo dire che , mea culoa, sono stata incauta ad affidarmi a loro! Consiglio MyTheresa molto serio 👌”

“Waiting more than a month for a refund! They said that they sent the money but they didn’t! I’m waiting for the “proof” but of course there is no proof! And they telling me to ask my bank!!!!! Never buying from Farfetch again.”
