“If I could give them a zero, I would. Terrible customer service. Terrible handling of order in general. I have been wanting these boots for over a month and they are sold out in my size everywhere. I was so excited when I found them on Farfetch not only in my size but also on a 20% off sale. I ordered them through Apple Pay which is connected to my debit card. A few days later, they sent an email saying my payment method could not be verified and the order was cancelled. By the time I called, the item was already purchased by someone else. I got a notification the other day that it was again available in my size. I purchased it again, this time for 200 dollars more. This time, to be safe, I used my regular credit card instead. Again, the order was cancelled. I called and was very unhappy. The first agent either hung up on me or we got disconnected. The second agent tried to help me but the boots now added up to another 100 dollars more and he told me he could not even throw in free shipping for all my troubles. Do not buy from this retailer. It’s a complete disgrace to treat customers like this. I sadly still don’t have my boots:(”

“All of the reviewers who have reported that Far Fetch is a total SCAM are correct! This company is the AWFUL! They refuse to allow you to speak with a manager. The customer service representative LITERALLY hung up on me. I purchased a pair of Kris Joy booties full price. The shoes were on sale two hours later. Far Fetch refused to honor the price. I cancelled the order and they are forcing me to receive the order. They deserve a NEGATIVE STAR RATING. By no means does this company deserve even a one star. DO NOT BUY!!!”

“Farfetch is a total scam. I bought Prada boots and what showed up were Vince boots in a Prada box. At a 1200.00 loss. No help, made me feel like I did something wrong. Buyer beware.”

“Ordered a YSL card wallet as a gift. 2 days of use and the YSL logo has completely worn off. Returned the item ( 5 days from when it was delivered) and was told that they had received other complaints about this item being faulty and to expect a full refund. Refund was issued however minus the shipping fees. I contacted customer service to ask them why I should cover the shipping fees of a faulty item. Not only did I have to go to the hassle of returning the gift but also I have to pay for it? The reply I received back was that as it had been used they had already made an exception to accept the return and therefore they cannot make another and refund the shipping. We found out the product was faulty because we had to use it and had it not been faulty we had no intention of returning it. 2 days of normal use for a designer product the label should not come off. It was returned 5 days from delivery and as stated from a customer support agent they were aware from other customers of this faulty issue. It’s unacceptable that the customer should have to cover the shipping costs for a faulty product. So now I’m left with no gift, hassle of returning the item but also have to pay the shipping costs 👌🏼👌🏼”

“NEVER EVER EVER order from Farfetch. I placed a $2700.00 order… returned one $393.00 item via DHL. I have proof the return was delivered over 6 months ago. Their response is the matter is closed. BUYER BEWARE”

“J’ai commandé un sac (675 euros plus transport). Le colis a été déposé dans ma boite aux lettres une semaine après. J’ai ouvert le colis et il était…VIDE, que le plastique et le papier d’emballage. Contacté FARFETCH, ils dissent avoir ouvert une investigation. Après plusieurs demandes de ma part sur la situation de ma réclamation, ils ont répondu qu’ils n’ont pas détecté aucune anomalie dans l’envoi. Pas remboursée. Pas de nouvel envoi. FARFETCH garde ton argent et ne t’envoi pas l’article que tu as payé.”

“I have been a longtime customer of Farfetch. I have spent significant money on the site that I have been designated a private client. That said, Farfetch is good only if the transaction works out seamlessly; BUT if there is an issue, such in my case where a $125 item was not delivered by FedEx after over a week, all bets are off. Their customer service representatives are pleasant, but essentially useless. When I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge, Farfetch froze my ability to place any orders.”

“I ordered trainers end of august, my daugher didn’t like them so arranged return via DHL as per their returns protocol. Arranged for 2/9, collected by DHL. No refund Issues, Ive been told they never received, investigated and now case closed. It’s crazy. They are so unhelpful, take days to reply, I’ve sent proof off collection, but they not interested. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM”

“After my package was stuck in UK customs for over 12 days, I receive the same answer over and over again from Farfetch and DHL just to go in circles. Every day they never received a proper response ever, only to say "we're working hard on it". I never received my item, the latest status of my item simply shows returned to the sender. I have not even received a refund or any form of compensation. Farfetch has not got back to me, it seems like nobody knows what's happening to my order. I never wanted to go public with my order, I have been very patient with the customer service reps. I've only been lied to over and over again. So disgusted with my experience considering my purchase wasn't of low value either. These people don't care about you at all. My order number is GAW39J and on the status, it says it's been delivered which is a complete lie. Rubbish service and disgusting business practice.”

“I be am very disappointed, I ordered $1300.00 worth of stuff and still didn’t receive half my order! Customer service is very rude, they said one item was shipped and the other was shipped as well, and one item is waiting for signature from customs. I told them I didn’t receive my leggings nor glasses from Emilio Pucci, they told me leggings were delivered, they weren’t delivered to me, I never sighted for leggings, customer service is very rude, I spoke with a women and then a man who hung up the phone on me. My birthday is ruined because I don’t have my items yet. This place is horrible, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. They talk down to their customers, I just literally spent $1300.00 on three items. Didn’t receive two, I even asked them why does everything come separate. This is really crazy. I will take this as far as I can, someone needs to do something. They even told me it wasn’t any manager around. I advise no one to order with them.”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I have never reviewed my parcel and they will not refund . They wanted proof of my drive. And camera footage of time they said parcel was delivered. I provided photo evidence. Video evidence and video evidence of delivery. I have never reviewed parcel. I will never shop with them ever again and neither will my family and friends. Absolutely disguisted with their customer service. I've lost over £500 and they have no interest chasing FedEx !!! They have refused to help at all. what kind of service is this???”

“I ordered two different Maui Jim sunglasses. The sunglasses came in Maui Jim cases. The sunglasses did not say Maui Jim. They are fake and cheap! I had to give one star just so I can leave this review.”
