“My purchase of order said arrived but it wasnt there. When I contacted Fashion Nova they notified me they unfortunatly closed my case as delivery guy reported it was delivered...( what is the evidence? , it obviously not delivered .. And I just lost my money. Noone care . They didnt care at all for the customer..so the one who payed for the item/ me ended up on the loser site. It is a horrible company I will never purchase again fromt hem and I WONT ADVICE TO ANYONE. AS THEY WILL NOT CARE IF YOU DIDNT RECEIVE YOUR ITEM.....”

“I placed an order of $560 USD- in which fedex left the box outside when they "delivered" the package. When I received the notification that it was delivered, there was nothing outside, I waited and asked around neighbors and no one received. when I spoke to Fashion nova, they directed me to fedex. Fed ex stated it was delivered and fashion nova does not require signature so I would have to get refund from them since the package was not received. After speaking with Fashionova about this, they did not take responsibility nor care of the $560.00 amount that i was loosing because of them not taking the responsibility. I tried to appeal the claim with them and fedex and was unsuccessful. They do not care about their customers and replacing what has been lost. I will never order from fashionova again after loosing my 560.00 USD and they said "sorry there is nothing for us to do". I would suggest for you to not order if you are not willing to take the liability.”

“It has been 4 weeks and I still have not received my order. First it said ETA on my delivery was February 23rd, then March 9th. Now it has no delivery date. This is ridiculous.”

“I've never purchased fashion Nova clothes but my granddaughter-in-law said that a Annette dress outfit that she wore on a date with her husband she got it from fashion Nova and she is almost nine months pregnant and she looked it fit her and she looked really well in it. But when I went on the website and looked at the clothing and they didn't offer like a variety of like dresses pants but what they did show look to me kind of tacky it looked like stuff for really a woman that wanted to be an exhibitionist and some of the poses of the models was very unflattering I think if this company kind of changed their thinking about their clothing and their models poses I think that they would go a long way because as I said my granddaughter-in-law look good in the outfit she had on.”

“DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered two dresses. They took a long time to come and arrived separately. I was asked to then pay over £50 tax and duty charges as I am in the UK. This almost doubled the price of each item. I refused, the items got sent back and I have been sent a credit note, seven months later! A complete waste of money as I’m not going to spend it! I explained this but they were really unhelpful. Utter rubbish!”

“Yesterday was my first time ordering from this company and I must say I am very pleased with the service that I received. I did a rush delivery which cost me an extra $9.99 and my order was delivered today; March 16th 2021. I received tracking for my order immediately after I ordered and was able to track my package. I received my package and everything was intact and everything looked the same as if it looked on the site. I am a stigler for bad customer service but this company has exceeded my expectations. I will be shopping here again. Thanks Fashion Nova”

“Scammers. No refunds, only store credits. Rude customer service reps, Poor quality of clothing, and shipping sucks. It took more than 2 months before I recieved my clothes. I didn"t like none of the items anyways. But, I couldn't return them Fashionova said. So they deliver your items late, only to put you in a no refund category. That's how they steal your money.”

“Ordering to the EU, during checkout Fasionnova will state that taxes are already included, arriving to EU it turns out that taxes are actually not included and you have to pay them again... Order came over a month. They do not reply to emails also.”

“I ordered a Tom Fur coat and the pocket was sewed up in a ball and on top of that I’m a new customer so why would you all do that to a first time buyer and didn’t properly keep my tracking number up so I could track when it arrives at my residence I don’t think I will be doing business with them unless they make this right.”

“Pros: The shipping was very fast. I ordered my clothes on Feb 23 and they came Feb 26 and I didn’t pay extra for shipping. Cons: The clothes were very cheap and a lot of them came with a warning that they may expose me to lead and other harmful chemicals that causes cancer which was very concerning. I returned most of my order that had that warning label or I just didn’t like unfortunately you have to pay $8 for a shipping label and your money is only store credit. So you either buy from them again or you aren’t getting your money back. Most of the clothes I got were that leather material and brown color. They were extremely smelly (like fish) and had the warning labels. I don’t recommend anyone shopping from here. Don’t take the chance and believe the bad reviews like I should’ve.”

“Purchased during a 50% sale, the clothes never arrived and they issued a return that I never authorised. I now have to buy the clothes for full price if I want to reorder them. They returned their own order to prevent me from getting the 50% discount. That is how it seems to me.”

“Fashion Nova started the process of sending my package in just 3 days they are time efficient, have amazing items and sales with top class employees. I would like to concentrate on the customer service I received. I contacted Fashion Nova Help on Twitter and received excellent assistance from Crystal. She’s a real gem I’ve never experienced anyone being this helpful, kind and patient. It was my first time ordering and she explained everything and assisted me right through. I have been waiting for a few months for my parcel but only because I am from South Africa, I realised very soon that the issue and delay are because of the customs in my country and not Fashion Nova’s fault. Crystal has been incredibly helpful Fashion Nova truly have hired the best and I hope that her superior’s realise what an absolute gem she is this is what excellent customer service is like and by far the best experience in that regard. I will purchase from Fashion Nova again and refer others to purchase here anytime especially because of the excellent custom service. And to anyone reading this review know that it is worth it to purchase from them and they will help you find a resolution to your problem even if the fault is not on their end. Thank You so much for the amazing experience and service.”

“If there was the option to give no stars I would! Fashion Nova is the worst online store that I have ever come across. I have ordered from them twice. My first order went smoothly but my second order was a complete and utter nightmare. I placed an order on the 21st of September 2020 for the amount of $178.85. The first time I placed an order I noticed that it took a while to receive my items, so this time I waited patiently. I received a letter in the post a few weeks after saying I owe custom charges, I would need to pay £70 to collect my items. I sent an email to Fashion Nova; they took several weeks to respond. I was told that my package had been cleared of custom charges and I should receive my items in a couple of days. I waited patiently again, only to realise that my items had still not come. I sent countless emails and nobody responded adequately. This was in the space of 4 months of lack of communication, nonchalance and having to explain my situation over and over again. I expressed my frustrations in the emails I sent but nobody seemed to care. 26/12/20 I received an email saying my item was undelivered and my items were being returned to the warehouse, absolutely ridiculous!! I sent another email and someone called Olivia got back to me asking me to explain my situation in thorough detail which I did. No response. I sent another email. No response. I sent another email; someone got back to me and told me that once they had received the items in their warehouse they would issue me a store gift card. I was not happy with this as I had made up my mind that I would never order from them again, all I wanted was a refund. This was not an option, which is completely unfair! I sent another email expressing this but I had no response. I checked the status of the undelivered items and it stated they had received the items on November 16th which means they should have issued me the gift card in November. I was at home, they did not attempt to deliver my items. I sent them another email stating this but I did not get a response. I decided to take this issue to PayPal, which I should have done in the first place. I provided all evidence of communication and the amount I paid. I won the case. I received a full refund. I will NEVER order from Fashion Nova again. Fashion Nova does not care about their customers unless they have a following on Instagram. Their customer service is absolutely poor and atrocious commutation. They do not have a customer service line that you can call, what sort of company is that? Customers should be entitled to a refund if they are not happy, Fashion Nova does not offer that. Fashion nova is A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! If it was not for PayPal I would have been left with nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA, save your money for a better online store that would deliver your items and treat you with respect!!”
