If there was the option to give no stars I would! Fashion Nova is the worst online store that I have ever come across. I have ordered from them twice. My first order went smoothly but my second order was a complete and utter nightmare. I placed an order on the 21st of September 2020 for the amount of $178.85. The first time I placed an order I noticed that it took a while to receive my items, so this time I waited patiently. I received a letter in the post a few weeks after saying I owe custom charges, I would need to pay £70 to collect my items. I sent an email to Fashion Nova; they took several weeks to respond. I was told that my package had been cleared of custom charges and I should receive my items in a couple of days. I waited patiently again, only to realise that my items had still not come. I sent countless emails and nobody responded adequately. This was in the space of 4 months of lack of communication, nonchalance and having to explain my situation over and over again. I expressed my frustrations in the emails I sent but nobody seemed to care. 26/12/20 I received an email saying my item was undelivered and my items were being returned to the warehouse, absolutely ridiculous!! I sent another email and someone called Olivia got back to me asking me to explain my situation in thorough detail which I did. No response. I sent another email. No response. I sent another email; someone got back to me and told me that once they had received the items in their warehouse they would issue me a store gift card. I was not happy with this as I had made up my mind that I would never order from them again, all I wanted was a refund. This was not an option, which is completely unfair! I sent another email expressing this but I had no response. I checked the status of the undelivered items and it stated they had received the items on November 16th which means they should have issued me the gift card in November. I was at home, they did not attempt to deliver my items. I sent them another email stating this but I did not get a response. I decided to take this issue to PayPal, which I should have done in the first place. I provided all evidence of communication and the amount I paid. I won the case. I received a full refund. I will NEVER order from Fashion Nova again. Fashion Nova does not care about their customers unless they have a following on Instagram. Their customer service is absolutely poor and atrocious commutation. They do not have a customer service line that you can call, what sort of company is that? Customers should be entitled to a refund if they are not happy, Fashion Nova does not offer that. Fashion nova is A FRAUDULENT COMPANY! If it was not for PayPal I would have been left with nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM FASHION NOVA, save your money for a better online store that would deliver your items and treat you with respect!!

the worse customer service i made a claim and they're taken forever to answer it's been 15 days and the clothes is very bad quality.

Scam! All the bad reviews are correct! The discount is not given as you will be charged full price and then you have to return for them to give store credit. Fraud!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SCAM!! their website gives you a delivery date and will even give you locations of where your package is, DON'T Believe it!! I called UDS directly and they Fashion Nova's items where NOT in their facilities yet! they where waiting for it the day that it was supposed to be arrived at my place. THIS IS AFTER 8 BUSINESS DAYS PEOPLE!!! They will give you a very hard time to get your money back in an original form so BEWARE!

I PURCHASED 6 ITEMS AND HAD A 30% OFF. THEY CHARGED ME THE FULL PRICE AND REFUSE TO CREDIT, REFUND OR MAKE THE CORRECTION. THEY ARE A SCAM SCAM SCAM AND THE MAJORITY OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES, FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

FASHION NOVA IS A SCAM. I PURCHASED 2 ITEMS WITH 50% OFF AND THEY CHARGED MY CARD THE FULL AMOUNT. I CALLED AND THEY REFUSE TO CREDIT, REFUND OR CANCEL THE ORDER 15 MINUTES LATER. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SAMMERS. DO NOT ORDDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS, CANCELATIONS OR CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT. ALL REVIEWS ARE FROM EMPLOYEES, FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Feb 4, 2021 Ordered $210 worth of clothes and a pair of shoes. During delivery process the package was marked damaged before it came to me and returned to the warehouse. To be clear the package was never delivered due to damages. I Was told by Fashion Nova That I will be issued a store credit minus the shipping fee in a few days. Of course I told him I did not agree with me being charged shipping fees for something I never received and I didn’t want store credit because everything I really wanted was sold out in my size. At this point I just wanted a full refund and not store credit. Fashion Nova gave me a hard time saying they don’t issue refunds for returns at all only store credit. I explained to them this was not a return because I never received the items in the first place. I just want a full refund for the items that I ordered and never received. I am currently awaiting 3-5 Business days for my money to be returned even though the representative said I will most likely have to call back. What a headache not with the trouble.

Horrible customer service . I placed an order 14 days ago ( domestic shipping) standard . Still no sign of the package . Called customer service and they could not give me a straight answer .. after being placed on hold for 5 min and then for 10 min I eventually got disconnected . Unprofessional!

I am ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED in this company. I became a new customer in November, 2020. I really liked their clothes and made two separate orders. I live in the UK so I received a note that said I needed to go to Royal Mail and pay the Customs Fee before getting the parcel. I went to Royal Mail and refused the first parcel as I did not want to pay anything extra. I did exactly the same thing when I received a note for the second parcel - I went again to Royal Mail and refused the parcel. They confirmed that they would send it back to FashionNova which I'm sure they did. After two months I realised that I haven't received the refund I emailed Fashion Nova's Customer Services and they replied with a very short email to say that they can't see anything on their system and are asking me for some proof. There is no proof as I did not accept the two parcels and refused them. I paid £31.92 and £54.72 for the two parcels and I still have not received a refund. How awful this is? I feel so fooled now and have totally changed my opinion about this company that does NOT care about their customers at all. I am 100% honest customer and would never ask for a refund if I had received the items.

Fashion nova delivery is HORRIBLE there have been multiple times I’ve ordered something and never received my package I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it kept happening and I never have this problem when I order from else where they sent me a delivered Email when my package was NEVER delivered there’s no one to talk to to help you and they make it so hard to get your money back or they don’t give it back at all and won’t even send you back a replacement for something they NEVER SENT I will NEVER order from this site again SPENT 86$ on a birthday outfit that I NEVER received

FN charged my debit card without authorization and refused to cancel the order although I contacted them immediately afterwards I ordered a couple of items from fashion nova and when they arrived, some of the items did not look anything like the pictures online, so I sent them back to get a refund. Fashion nova made me pay for return shipping and they also only issued a gift card refund. I went online again last night to place an order using the gift card that I was issued and they charged my debit card instead of my gift card. I called them immediately to cancel the order and refund me my money however they refused. I would like to get my money back as I didn't authorize them to charge my debit card; I wanted to use my gift card. I should not be able to take money out of my account without my permission.

worst experience, I pay for an order, they have as delivered, I never received it, I have to wait 10 day for a resolution, but depends on the outcome they going to be able to return my money or send me another package, otherwise I've lost $100 order that I pay for be delivered

I will never order from Fashion Nova again. I ordered a dress on Dec 10th and received it on Dec 22nd. It was too small. After the hectic holidays I decided to ship it back tags intact and I was told by a customer service representative that since it was past 30 days they would only give me a credit of 50% of the value. This is a terrible return policy. I will be sure to let all my friends know to stay away from this company.

Their support team and training from management needs a lot of work. It would be good if they had a separate dedicated complaints team. They claim to respond to emails sent to their support email address within 48 hours and months later there is still no reply. I am very glad they have a "Chat With An Expert" feature on the website but its timeout of 14-29 seconds can be frustrating if typing a fair bit about your case or you don't notice it, or especially if waiting to be forwarded to a supervisor. Because then the whole inquiry has to be repeated again to a new chat/member of staff. Additionally, the staff do not all say the same thing in terms of the process the company follows when investigating missing packages. This is either misleading or lying to customers and time wasting on the customers part. My 2 main issues I have is: 1. The package never arrived, I opened a "missing" investigation for a reshipment or refund. They said it would take up to 30 business days. I had to do ALL the chasing up even when they found out new information on it. They located the package, it was on its way back to them and got to the fashion nova warehouse. I was then refused a reshipment option or refund until it reached their distribution center. This took an extra week! In that time the item restocked and sold out again. An item that I PAID FOR NEVER reached me. It's not a returned soiled item but a MISSING parcel and I had to wait for it to be passed between their locations in their own time. Because of this I missed the opportunity for reshipment on something I already paid for! So now I, a paying customer (already paid customer) am at the back of the queue. 2. Some of the staff are insolent and lack professional common sense. I had a personal discount code I used on this purchase, the item never arrived, I was *eventually* refunded. I asked a "supervisor" for a new personal discount code to replace the previous one- I was then offered the lower discounts already available online to everyone, which are time-limited or have a minimum spend. This is blatant upselling and is insulting. It does not show understanding of what a customer is asking for. I would have rather you just said its not possible. My purchases with Fashion Nova since 2014 have always been positive experiences until my most recent shipping and support team issues. This is where you potentially lose returning customers from coming back and separates this company from other prominent professional businesses. Aside from this, the clothing itself is of good quality, accurately advertised and a fair price- Once it arrives! Shipping is too risky and resolving lost parcels is too much hassle and time invested. Good for a "one-off" shop where you don't mind possibly losing money but not consistent buys.

Return policy is horrible. Clothes are of very poor quality and you pay to return the clothes that don't fit. In addition your return credit goes straight to a store credit even if you never want to buy from them anymore. So you are stuck with store credit. Truly pathetic

I ordered $150 worth and had next day delivery. I tracked my package and it says delivered. I had been home all day waiting on this box. I received every other package EXCEPT this one. Nothing from fashion nova came. I won't ever order from this site again
