Same experience as everyone else. Ordered on 11/29, it is now 12/26, no package. Says it’s been stuck with OneLiveX delivery service in my state (Illinois) since 12/11, but no further information after that. I’ve emailed FashionNova with no response. If anybody wants to team up and sue them, I am down. This is ridiculous.

I placed 2 orders November 27th and 28th. I received a partial order a day before Christmas and getting the runaround about my other package. One order was $115 the other $165. I will never order again and will warn all my family and friends to never shop with FASHION NOVA!!!

They lie about everything. They advertised the free two day shipping and I never got it. Still waiting for my package from December 18. I’ve opened a case against them with Better Business Bureau. I advise that you all do the same. They are scammers and it needs to stop.

I placed an order today. They are having the BOGO sale. I applied the code bogo gift it showed my order at about $237(basically half off) but when my order processed it showed a payment of $461) . I reach out to customer service to let them know what happened thinking they would be understanding and correct the issue. I was surprised to find they did not care at all and would not even cancel my order so I could repurchase my items and they refused stating they do not have that option to cancel. They told me my only option is to return my items for store credit only which defeats the purpose of the discount. I do not want a store credit especially when the error was the website. I will never make another purchase from Fashion Nova and will never refer another one of my friends. So many of my friends have purchased from them and will no longer. They have the worse customer service and should not even have a customer service line because there it is not a service to the customer at all.

They don’t update anything on your package and have been lying about when the package would be here. Then tried to give me a gift card I didn’t even get my clothes from last time why you I buy something again. This is just sad and they have no organization on many levels this is disappointing.

Just like everyone else, my package had not arrived. I ordered my items on Nov.29th and my package was suppose to get here by Dec.10th and then I received an email saying that the orders are delayed. If I knew this was going to happen, I would not have ordered from fashion nova. Fashion Nova should've been prepared for lots of orders and should've informed us before purchasing that this would happen. I have been loyal to fashion nova for three years and now I will not longer shop here for any merchandise. My package saids its in IL, somewhere that I have no idea to who and I am very upset that this ruined my Christmas. Never Again. Don't order from here!

To everyone if you still do not have your merchandise from fashion Nova contact your bank and let them you are disputing charge they will ask if you have reached out to merchant. Let them know that you’ve been reaching out to merchant with no response and no update has been given. They will reverse the charge. It’s sad they made all of us go through this.

Fashion Nova are the biggest Christmas-wreckers in history, this was literally their whole Christmas, it was all the money I had. Same story as everyone else, HUNDREDS spent on Cyber Monday and no delivery info since December 11th. Everything my kids asked for was from here, now I have petty little nothing gifts for them because the money's gone and barely anything under the tree. I saved up for a long time for this.

Ordered from Fashion Nova in November. All of a sudden in December it says package delivered a whole month later. Never received package. Don't order from them.

I placed my order beginning of the month during the Cyber Sale and still haven’t received anything!! I understand during Covid & the sale things get backed up but I haven’t received any emails back & No delivery updates. It is now weeks later.. nothing. Customer Service sucks! It leaves you with no choice but to think they stole your money. I’ve ordered from them before and never had an issue. I hope they didn’t steal my money this is ridiculous & I’m not shocked so many other people going through the same thing. Hire more people for customer service!!! Stop only getting models get some people who can actually help. I’m waiting until Christmas if I don’t get my package they officially stole my money and I will never shop from them again.

I also just bought three weeks ago from fashion nova since I also live outside USA I paid for the shipping and custom tax but I’m being ask to pay the custom tax again This is theft!!! Fashion nova if you’re having problems please resolve it and stop stealing from your customers I can’t even cancel an order and ask for a refund peacefully This is really disappointing

Please do not shop here. I placed an order in november. Haven't received my package . Yet they told me it's delivered. When I try calling fashion nova for over 2 weeks and finally got a representative that sounds like she is 10 years old and clueless. When I ask to talk to a manager or supervisor her reply was she don't know when they would have one it could be months from now . Really! This is the worst service I ever received.

Ordered Nov 29th. My package has been in my state with no further shipping info since Dec 12. No one will give any information. This is the last time I order from fashion nova for Christmas!

Not even gonna post this as anonymous- they should know that I will take this further and further if no one replies to me. I have always shopped with fashion nova and usually would get my orders within like 5-7days max even during the strictest of lockdowns- as I live outside USA. I have ordered 2 weeks ago, and havent had any update on the tracking for 8days- its just stuck at what seems like step one- scan done and thats it. I have reached out to DHL- they told me to contact the merchant- well the bloody merchant does not communicate in human form! Been talking to this stupid bot chat every day with same automated answers, I have sent two actual emails, and filled in the "contact us" form 3 times from which you should be getting a reply within 24h- NOTHING. I have ordered clothes for the festivities, xmas and New Years/ otherwise I honestly dont even need them/ its way to dressy for a non occasion wear. I want a refund and a normal human reply/ thats the least you can do Fashion Nova!!!!!

I couldn't afford gifts this year for my boys so I decided to take advantage of fashion novas black Friday sale to get them some gifts. I figures since they offered quad paid it would be more affordable because I wouldn't have to pay everything up front and i never had issues before with fashion nova... Until now ... I spent 200 o didn't really have to make sure my boys had some gifts under the tree. It is not December 23rd almost a month and i have written emails called the number chatted with the stupid bot and nothing no one answers. They couldve at least answered an email so I can get my money back and buy them a gift before Christmas but no. No one has gotten back to no refund, no clothes. I'm short 200 and no gifts for the boys 🥺 tracking said it was in Jersey for like 2 weeka and then aston pa for another 2 weeks and nothing else. Fashion nova needs to return the money and not rip people off during the holidays. I'm more upset because I ordered this a month ago and Christmas is in 2 days and i have nothing to give them 😭

Black Friday came and I was excited to finally put in my first FN order. December 8 is where my package got lost & never saw any movement since then. When tracking my package- I never seen OneLiveX as my delivery provider before. I was suspensions but had high hopes but reading these reviews I feel relief that IM NOT ALONE on this. Defff want a refund and never ordering agin!!

I ordered over $300 of clothing from Fashion Nova that was shipped through LaserShip. Not only was the shipment delayed multiple days, the shipment was marked "delivered" to my mail room where I was waiting for the package with NO PACKAGE DELIVERED . Magically, no one entered my mail room or surrounding area, yet it was marked delivered and somehow signed for???? I reached out to both LaserShip and FashionNova with ZERO resolution, just $300 down the drain and Christmas ruined... If you can avoid shipping with this company at all costs... do so... SCAM SCAM SCAM
