I have ordered from fashion nova several times and I always want to love the stuff I order but it just isn’t ever what it seems to be.

If you have had problems with your order when ordering to the Uk or Europe this may help you. After waiting 2 weeks for my delivery (sometimes normal waiting time) I received an email from 'Global Freight Systems' asking me to pay a fee for duties and taxes. I was hesitant to pay this and at first thought it was a fraud company so I ignored it. I did email Fashion Nova about it but they didn't say anything about GFS and just said it can take up to 30 days to receive my package so I carried on waiting. 30 days had now past by and still no package so I emailed FN again and the send me an affidavit form to fill out so they can investigate where my package was. The next day they let me know it was with 'Global Freight Systems Ltd' they were awaiting my payment for the duties and taxes. She sent me a new tracking number along with a link to the website which is: https://globalfreightsystems.co.uk/PaymentService/MakePayment So now I knew it was legit (despite all the reviews saying its a fake company, it isn't). It also states on their website that they work with some companies including FN and they had a right to charge duties and taxes for some packages coming from abroad, it also states that FN does not mention this on their website or delivery info (hence why so many people are angry and don't know whats going on with their order). I paid the fee that day and each day I checked on Yodel to track my order but each day it said 'Your parcel will be with us soon' Until the 7th business day it said it would arrive that day and I was able to track it the whole day until it arrived. So I received my order after 5 weeks. Finally! I hope this helps some of you and I really think FN should make some changes to their website so UK and European customers know to expect other fee's (Everyone who has had this problem should email FN asking them to state that we may have to pay more fees)! Otherwise they will carry on doing what they are doing,, Its not fair, they are a multimillion dollar company, their customers have the right to know!! So after this long frustrating wait I am very happy with my clothes but due to this frustration I won't be ordering from FN again. Shame as I loved their range so much! Im sure I'm not the only customer they are losing due to this. Time to make some changes FN and notify your valued customers on your website!

I have been shopping at Fashion Nova for years; long before all of the celebrity endorsements. Over the past year fashion nova has become very tacking, in the quality of their clothing and in their customer service. I have received dirty clothing, clothing with tears and strings hanging, and clothing that have not been sewn correctly. I have spent thousands of dollars with them, even turning other people on to them. However, at this point, I think it's time for me to take my business elsewhere.

I used to rave about Fashion Nova to friends and I have referred so many people to the site. I have shopped there for years and recently I noticed items arriving damaged. I always order about 7-10 items per order to have plenty of options. For my birthday I ordered another large shipment and I did not finish trying everything on until a week after. One dress had a hole in it so I sent a request to customer service. They replied NOTHING can be done because their policy is a 2 day notice (how ridiculous is that?? Some of us have lives and don’t get around to opening packages for 2 days). Anyways, I mentioned to them my situation of how I was unaware and that I didn’t finish going through my package until the week was over. They still refused to help in any way. Apparently they do not care about losing a customer (that spends hundreds each month). I guess I need to stick to purchasing from trustworthy stores.

This was the worst experience in online shopping I ever had. I probably should've read the online reviews more closely. So, I placed the order just before last Black Friday, and paid $15 for a "Flat Rate International 5-10 Day Shipping". I was thinking I had plenty of time so that the order would arrive in time for the party I was planning to attend. Well, the order arrived in the first week of January, with party being far behind by that time. When trying to reach the Customer Service, I never received a reply or an explanation as to why my order is late to deliver. The first thing that bothered me about my package is the wrapping. I know this brand is no high-end brand, but the package was in no way protected for an international shipping, it came wrapped in plastic, and it looked cheap as hell. The clothes I received were of a decent quality for the price range, but I can/t figure out how their sizing works. I had checked their sizing charts when picking the items, and according to that, the clothes were supposed to fit perfectly. Well, 3 out of 4 items were too big, and the 4th one was too small. How is that possible? I'm not returning the clothes for 2 simple reasons: you DON'T GET your MONEY BACK, you get some stupid shop vouchers that you are allowed to spend in their shops (physical or online), and there is absolutely nothing else that I would want to buy at Fashion Nova ever again. This purchase was basically a complete waist of money!

well i thought i would try it out and ordered 3 pc outfit but a large is really a small in china.. and a medium is probable a really small large.. so if you large get xl or 1 x because how you going to fit big chest big but in a reg large ... was not happy that you cant get refund and that they don't give you back for shipping but you have to pay to ship to and to receive ... a billion dollar company and they cant meet you half way .

I purchased a jumper here during the Cyber Monday deal for my company holiday party. The shipping took FOREVER. The shipping information under the product description is extremely misleading. They sent multiple automated apology emails for the delay, but did not provide a status on the estimated date of arrival. Customer service did not reply to any of my emails - absolutely horrible. Will not be shopping here again.

fashionnova have the worst customer service. my daughter purchase a leather like jacket , it smell like pure fish. she try to contact them she got no response. i emailed them also no response what kind of customer service they have they need to be reported.

I have ordered from here so many times and I believe only one time has it been a reasonable amount of time to get my products. If you want your items delivered on time for a function or event you need to give them a month in advance. Even then it might not be enough time. I love most of the items but it might be the last time I order from them because of the shipping situation.

Ordered 3 items November 25th. I only recieved 2 of the items. Tried contacting company over 8 times with no response. When I FINALLY reached someone, the representative said the item was out of stock and they apologized. They could not tell me when my money would be refunded and she was very rude and uninformative. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I had ordered from them in the past and they shipped my order within a few hours so i figured when I placed my order this time it would ship within a few hours, it's now over a week and still no shipping info. I needed the dress for a christmas party which occurred two days ago. When i contacted them and told them that i wanted to cancel my order and be refunded because the dress does me no good they told me they can't cancel or change an order once it's placed yet the order hasn't even shipped out yet and if i am still unhappy they can issue me a refund in the form of a gift card for fashion nova only once they receive my return? that's just bs. i might as well keep the dress IF it ever arrives since its apparently a pain just to return based on all the other reviews but I don't think I'll be buying anything else from them.

Every time I order from them my order is never on time and you never receive any type of compensation besides a coupon for the amount of discount they already have, I am officially done ordering from them sadly.

Think TWICE before you order from FN. You can order some of the same items for cheaper at Rainbow shops, and actually get your merchandise. FN is a DOUBLE WHAMMY OF BAD. First off they use Onrac for shipping 90% of the time, and they lose packages left and right, which leads to #2...FN has no live person customer service. So if your package does get lost, you will not have anyone get back with you for weeks. So you better hope everything fits perfect, and ACTUALLY gets to you or your in for a nightmare.

Size is one size smaller than what you wear. fashion style is amazing but the quality in material is poor. shipping is a nightmare. lost three packages of mine and it took me three months to get "store credit". no cash refunds. customer service call line is a two hour wait. customer service via email are a different representative every week so you have to explain your issue again and again. missing items in my orders when receive but they mark your order as fullfilled without any proof it was delivered. they use on-trac to deliver and they will steal your packages.

Clothing sizes all wrong. I spent 300 dollars and that was a waste. Only a few items fit. Did not stress for refund just took my lost they need do better

I ordered a dress from fashion nova for a special occasion i liked it because it was simple and classy however i do not have an hourglass figure like the models i am quite petite so to match this i ordered size xs however when i tried it on the bust area was very loose I am a size 8 in UK and size 6 in USA so this was disappointing as i thought this brand would suit for all shapes but i think it is more for people with hourglass figures.
