“Very disappointed! I shop from fashionnova many times before and never had an issue. However, this holiday season I checked out on Nov 27th ($250) and it’s now 12/14. I still have no package. Preprinting shipping labels and providing false tracking information is a serious let down! I would have been completely happy with a email stating that shipment would be delayed. I was worried for days about a missing package and reached out to fashion nova help twice. I finally called the Carrier who informed me that they never received my package & I was the 100293 call about fashionnova to their facility. Fashionnova - you owe customers a serious apology for the inconvenience.”

“I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered for cyber Monday sale. Order said shipped but for some reason stuck in Woodridge,IL since December 7. I have contacted them and no reply for a week now.”

“I placed an order a few weeks ago in November. Not only my package is late but the worst thing is they have put an incorrect number in my address. I will NEVER buy from FN again. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else. I still don’t know what is going to happen with my package.”

“Like others, I placed an order at the end of November and also paid extra for expedited shipping because I had an event I needed a dress for this week. Since December 9th, the tracking service says my package has been in Orlando. It was supposed to be delivered on December 9th. I have sent three emails within the last week and still no response from FashionNova.”

“I placed my order on Black Friday paid over $150 worth of merchandise and never received it. The UDD website says The shipment information has been sent to UDS. The status will update when UDS receives the package. I can’t call fashion nova and when I chat with them they referred me back to USD. I’m so upset it’s my Christmas presents. And they surely too my money already. I’m about to file a claim with PayPal. I don’t want no credit.”

“This is the 1st time I’ve ever had an issue ordering from fashion nova. I placed 3 orders one on Black Friday, cyber Monday, and one a few days later. I received my Black Friday order and few days ago. The cyber Monday order is saying it’s delayed and uds has not received my order. The last order is still saying ready to ship. I’ve contacted them and still no response. The outfits I have are Christmas gifts and I would like them before Christmas. This will definitely be my last time ordering from them. This is ridiculous. They shouldn’t have sales if they can’t properly ship items out.”

“Wow, here I thought it was just happening to me. I placed an order at the end of November and there haven't been any updates. It's been stuck in Elizabeth, NJ . There are not returning emails and when by chance I got to talk to someone on their online chat, they tell me to wait an additional seven days when it's been way over the delivery date. They also use Covid as an excuse. I've ordered from other places and haven't had this issue. Their phone line is not working as well. Please fix this. I'm really stressed and disappointed as well.”

“Holiday season packages per usual, ordered day before black friday and the day of (nov 26 and 27) and one is stuck in woodridge another is still “preparing to be shipped” and another is still waiting on UDS?? Im livid af and on top of that they got BOTH of my winter coats this is ridiculous”

“I order $150 worth of clothes November 27, it’s December 14 and still no movement from Fashion Nova even though the estimated delivery date was December 4.. their website says if you order by December 19 your package will come by Christmas yet I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks and the package hasn’t even been sent out.”

“On 11/30/20 a $247.00 order was placed on the Fashion Nova website with my debit card. I received tracking information stating that the package was being shipped out that was 11 days ago As of today, 12/14/20, I have still not received my items that were purchased on 11/30/20, or a updated tracking# when checking the status on the website it say items waiting to be shipped. phone line not working. as if they closed down for business in general. 3 cases opened for my same delivery that i still didn't get a update on. horrible service.”

“I ordered stuff from fashion nova in November. They had a sale and sent an email saying it might take a while to get my items but I received another email saying it would be delivered on time and the next day. This was dec. 1. But since then it has been in Lombard il then now in woodridge il. And after I contacted them they changed it to "exception". They said contact onelivex and I did and called uds and they haven't received anything from fashion nova yet. At first I thought it was the delivery service as it doesn't have a good reputation but after seeing other people's complaints I'm sure it's fashion nova. What sucks the most is that were my package is it's literally 20 minutes from me! I know I won't be ordering from them again.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed my order on 11/27, and just like many other reviews, I have yet to receive my package, and nobody can tell me where it is. I’m being bounced around from FN, to onelive, by ONLY emails, and still no solid response. There is no customer service reps available to speak to at either company! It’s unbelievable that so many people are going through the same unfortunate situation, yet FN is doing nothing to rectify the problem! It has been almost 3 weeks, no package, and no answers! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!”

“I ordered on November 29th. It is now December 14th and still no items! When I check the tracking info it says, "Exception - Delivery date information will be available once details are provided by the carrier. Your package has been delayed and is not yet with UDS. Please contact OneliveX for any questions. Woodridge, IL." My items have been sitting in Woodridge IL since December 8th! When I contacted Fashion Nova I received a generic response about Black Friday and Cyber Monday. When a company gives a shipment timeline they should stick to it! A one or two day delay during the holiday season, perhaps. But this is ridiculous! And the fact that their phone lines are no longer open says a lot. I just found out about a civil suit they are involved in on this same topic. -Fashion Nova Will Pay $9.3 Million for Consumer Refunds To Settle FTC Charges It Violated Rules On Shipping, Refunds April 21, 2020- I would like what I paid for. Do Better!”
