On Dec 11, I ordered a coat from their Website. After placing the order, I got confirmation that it wouldn't ship until Dec 23 which was too late. I never got a confirmation email or order number. I called their "fabulous" customer service several times but got a message that no one was available. I emailed them and direct messaged them through social media with no answer. Finally got an email after mentioning BBB stating that I can't cancel the order. The only recourse is to wait until the product ships and then return it and then I will get a Fashion Nova gift card.

Will never order from them again. They put my order on my Visa but never delivered the product. I am now out $80 after waiting 30 days. They will not respond to my email. I requested they provide me with a 1-800# so I can talk with someone and they still have not responded.

I ordered from FN since 2017; decent quality and jeans are true to size, and their delivery time from order was always very quick. I could order Monday and had my stuff by Friday. If I ever had issues, id just return the items & within 2-3 days, I got an email and a credit. Now.... fast forward Nov/Dec 2019....I ordered some clothes, they didn't fit. They have this new return process, u pay a flat free of about $8...and apparently takes 2 weeks before they even get the return. ALso, I ordered stuff over two weeks ago, and still haven't received it. Never had issues before, but based on the last 3 orders, I wont be ordering from them. quality is good, overall, but not knowing when im going to receive my items where in the past it was always quick, isn't ideal.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received the wrong package not for my address nor my name. I've sent multiple pictures of the WRONG package and they continue to tell me its correct when it is not. Not only did i get the wrong package i never received the items i got and their system shows delivered, Not sure where to i never got anything. They're rep wrote me on twitter stating i did get the correct package when i can assure you I did not. I even spent extra for rush shipping 2 day and not only never got my package it was never sent out when it was supposed to be sent out. I will NEVER purchase from this company again. Wish I could leave 0 stars. They are basically calling me a liar and refused to refund me my money without sending the items back how can I send items back that i never got!!!!!!!!!!. I had to contact my bank and inform them to dispute the charge, Terrible customer service

Poor quality jeans.. I just got my jeans a couple weeks ago and haven't even worn them and they are already falling apart. I also wish that they had a short option when ordering jeans they are way to long for short people.

Always ordered from fashion nova, and it was always sent to the same P.O. Box, I ordered probably on Black Friday,cyber Monday and everything was going fine but I noticed I got an email that said (“oops we missed you”) so I was thinking they are backed up on orders yeah it’s fine. I went to go check my tracking and it says “undeliverable”, by reading their policies there are no refunds, they put your items you have purchased back on the shelves they don’t even care to send it back. They won’t give you your money back, but they’ll put it in a gift card. What if I don’t want to use that money on fashion nova. I bought everything with a good price yanno their sales was killer ain’t gunna lie but not having what I had with those discounted prices. Like really what’s the point in shopping again. I’m just saying it isn’t the customers fault that the postal service made a mistake.

They waited almost two weeks after I placed my order to tell me that they were out of stock of the item I ordered. Then, they never responded to my email. There are plenty other stores with better service. Fashion Nova is TOO expensive Not to have great service. Businesses make mistakes, however, it should have been compensated for. I received my refund and a loudly $10 gift card, nothing on their site is $10 or under!! Not too mention, risking the chance they may not have that item weeks later.

Fashion Nova has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Buyer beware!!!! They are dishonest and hustlers who swindle people out of money. I ordered a pair of jeans, I like them but they arrived with a defect. So I emailed and filled out a request and was told that because my request was not sent in 2 business days, which it was, that there was nothing they could do, like I couldn’t even return them and get their lousy store credit. Are you kidding me? My order total was $141.95 and my daughter’s order was $180. I will never purchase from them again. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. I don’t need a headache when I’m spending this kind of money with them. I also will be reporting them to the better business bureau. They have very shady business practices. And they took forever to even start processing both my order and my daughter’s. The absolute worst!!!!

They rarely respond to emails... make you pay shipping for returned items and then make you wait over 2 weeks for your store credit. I purchased items on Black Friday that were clearly in stock at the time of my purchase. After 2 weeks I received only HALF of my other and after emailing them numerous of times... the email me back finally... only to say they will refund me my money for the items I didn’t receive. They have no respect or care for you after they receive your money. They email and text EVERY day about sales and new merchandise but can’t respond to your emails about already purchased items. All they care about is your money. Once they get it... you’re no longer important. Trust me... I’ve been dealing with this company for the last two years and have spent A LOT of money. They don’t value loyalty. Customer service stinks

I've had some great experiences with Fashion Nova, but mostly it's just been awful. Things always come in pretty quick so that's a plus. Their sizing is so inconsistent it's a waste of your time. Plus there are no refunds on your money. Some items are final sale and you won't know that they're final sale until after you've decided it looks terrible on you or doesn't fit. They don't tell you that before purchasing. I've seriously bought the same size in a variety of different jeans and either they'll be way too big or way too small. They never fit! I've been sent things that are damaged and are non-refundable. It's honestly just obnoxious. Like figure out your sizing and stick with it!!! A large isn't a small and vice-versa.

Fashion Nova is so disappointing. I’ve received the wrong size and called them to return an order. The lady on the line was rude and there is NO REFUNDS, only to get points which makes people have to buy more from their website to make up for the money they lost. THEN there was a email they sent of the RECORDING of the call without any consent. Then when “returning” the item they make you PAY $7.99 for them to even come back with you about it. TRUST ME it’s a whole SCAM.

I used to buy a lot of clothes from fashion nova and returning when not fitting happily knowing that I always get something better even tho I don’t like That they keep the money and just give you a credit store, but this time on Black Friday I got my purchase for 50% off and after several emails telling me that my order will arrived I got an email telling me that they will refund my money because they don’t have my items anymore, and on top of that they offer me $10 gift card that expired on January 2020, so I have to buy something full price right away because is about to expired, I told them that is not fair that I wait all year to get 50% off and they can’t even offer me the coupon of 50% again because it wasn’t my fault and also offer me only $10 for a full price item when I got a better prices on Black Friday and they just replied that the Black Friday coupon expired already, really??? That’s how you treat your loyal customers, never again....

This company is the worst I ever had to deal with trying return merchandise. It takes forever to get a credit. I will never purchase anything from this company again. PLEASE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE MAKE SURE IT'S THE CORRECT SIZE AND DON'T HAVE TO RETURN:(:(:(:(:(

-clothes are a hit or miss on sizing -they ONLY offer store credit for returns even if the item is new, unwashed, and have the tags attached.

Customer service stinks! Return policy stinks! If you are paying to return a package, do yourself a favor and go to the local post office/fed ex. They use some bootleg carrier that picks your order up from the post office, takes the package around the country gathering more returns and if you’re lucky, it’ll show up at the warehouse three weeks later. I was given the wrong credit amount. I paid a discounted rate, so naturally I didn’t expect full retail price of the goods, but these folks discounted my discount (where do they do that???) You pay a customer back what they paid....nothing more, nothing less. I’m done!!! I feel forced giving one star...wish their was a ZERO option

Placed and order with them on December 6th and paid for expedited shipping. I reached out after a week had passed to see where my package was, and they never responded. Then, on December 12th, I finally got an email that my order had shipped but they canceled 3 of my 5 items with no explanation or credit given. It is now December 17th and I have not received my items. I contacted them again on the 16th to see when my items will be here because I am going on a trip this weekend and need them, and still no response. I will never shop with this company again. I believe I should be refunded for the expedited shipping charge I paid, but based on how helpful customer service has not been, I am sure I won't get that.

I have to say I was worried, I am a nana buying things for my grand babies and looking at these reviews. Well my shipment came on time and it looked just like the pictures. Sizes pretty good, my fault on one . Yes I will order from them again. Loved it.

Fashion Nova have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY EVER. Enjoy your 15 min of success, cuz in 15 years. It will be on to the next big thing. I don’t understand how a business do not care about their customer. But yet customers are the ones making their pockets fat. Come up with a new strategy please.
