“I have ordered from FN many times I wish I would have read the reviews… now I probably just lost my $130 and won’t even be receiving my items purchased with my hard earned money. Customer service is terrible they don’t respond what’s so ever. Scam I will never order from them again. STAY AWAY. :(”

“People please stop supporting this store, they along with Laser Ship are scammers. I ordered product of $126 a week ago, a few days after I ordered I received an email stating my package was to be delivered on 11/20/21. On 11/19/21, I got an email that stated my package was delivered. I happily ran to my door and it wasn’t there. I have it a few hours to see if they would indeed drop it off but it never came. I reached out to fashion nova and no one responded. I then reached out to laser ship who responded on 11/21/21 saying they did there investigation and my package was delivered . These people know they did not deliver my package and keeps lying. I won’t stop until my money is refunded. I will NEVER buy from this store again. I wish I could rate this store zero”

“I placed an order for 152.55 CAD. I should have looked at the reviews before making that purchase. Its been 3 days since the package was supposed to arrive. I message them but no response. I guess I can forget about my order and money seeing as everyone is having the same issues smh.”

“I order some items. The two items I order were too small. I use small, but I order medium. The dress was still too small for me. Their close run small. I returned the dress and the shoes. They received the items. They sent an email explaining that I will receive refund via email as a E-gift receipt. I have not received my E—gift refund. I have been going conversing with fashionova customer service for the last two weeks asking them to please re-send the E-gift information. They keep saying that they sent it. I have not received it. I will not order anything from them anymore. Their clothes are too small and they do not return your money. DON’T ORDER FROM THEM”

“For a multi dollar company and not issuing refunds for stolen or lost packages is pathetic and shameful People work hard for what they had, if you can’t even help your own customers support your own business and issue refunds for lost packages that’s corrupt”

“I made a order and spent £116 my order still haven’t arrived to me. And I still haven’t received any updates on my parcel, it’s been 2 months now and they don’t answer emails or dm messages I’ve never experienced such bad customer services, I’ve ordered from other brands in the United Kingdom and it doesn’t take over 2 months for parcels to arrive to the UK. Would not recommend to order from them”

“Worst experience of my life , it was my first time ordering, so initially it said if I spent 75$ I would get free overnight shipping well that didn't happen, I went ahead and paid 14.99$ for overnight my order was completed and processed as of 12:33pm Cleveland Ohio time which fashion Nova location it's 8:33 am this was a Friday, later that night I checked to get my tracking info and seen that the delivery date was November 16 mind u free delivery was a date of November 15 so I googled their number to call and boom a answering service saying to better serve their customers they cancelled all phone representative and we have to email , so I did a total of 15x over and over I said cancel my order I was done , mind u I would understand if it has shipped they can't cancel anyhow , they say they would issue a 5$ gift card for the inconveniences gtfoh , and ignored the cancel my order , there is a law for online purchases called the cooling off law that gives the consumer 3 business days to cancel a order for a full refund back to the original payment method, I had contacted less than 24 hours , poor customer service and they can't force u to shop there if I don't want to ,I have rights , and still as of November 13 nothing still I'm so upset , I disputed with my bank and also contacted the better business bureau, us a consumers can't keep letting this stuff happen , if it's not overnight delivery don't false advertising that it is , also clearly should state that there's no actual customer service representative and have to contact via email , you just wouldn't expect this from a big company such as fashion Nova, NEVER AGAIN IF YOU ARE SMART DONT SHOP THERE PLEASE I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD”

“This place provides very crappy service. I ordered $150 with the item from this company and I never received it. First the claim was the shipping was delayed. Then 10 days later supposedly the item was left at my front door. When you can’t enter my building without a fob. Therefore they took it to someone else’s address and will not take responsibility for me not receiving my items. Horrible company did not order from fashion nova”

“My package was not delivered and Fashion Nova's staff is not helpful. They "do not take responsibility for items that are deemed delivered", even when it's not. It's a shame I'm not the only one who this happened to. Amazon would at least refund or send another one or at least have PROOF with picture that the package was delivered. Maybe FN should follow in their footsteps. With all the money spent and the low quality of their clothing, you'd think FN has enough profit to have better customer service.”

“My order was said to be delivered to a "mail room". My condo community has an open unsecured mailbox area for which is accessible to all tenants and anyone who visits. My package was STOLEN, yet since the poor excuse for a delivery company (a private company chosen by Fashion Nova) marked it as delivered Fashion Nova has refused to refund or replace my items. I've been going back and forth with Fashion Nova investigation team and the delivery company since October 17, a day after the package was allegedly delivered. No one wants to take responsibility for the negligence. I will no longer be patronizing their establishment and I will encourage others to stay clear. They do not care about their customers concerns, but why should they. Especially after receiving the payment. The picture I am providing is the same picture I provided Fashion Nova. Let me know if this is a Mail Room?”

“Fashion nova never delivered my items. Apparently, LSO their delivery service steals items and ur items never comes. Then, fashion nova makes u jump through hoops to get a refund from items that were stolen by the delivery service. I wrote to fashion nova and told them they needed to get rid of LSO and only then is when I got a refund. They could be a reputable clothing line if they ditch LAO delivery”

“I honestly don't know why I even shop here. If you're an apple shaped plus size girl, you can forget ordering anything from this website. You have to PAY to return the stuff that doesn't fit. THEN you don't get your money back. You get store credit which is useless when NOTHING FITS.”

“I ordered from Fashionoova, not Fashionova. There is a difference. All my clothes were too small and very cheap looking. My order was $95.68. I requested a refund and they told me they would only give me $40.00. That is highway robbery. I will never order from them again. #lessonlearned”

“I've been waiting or my order since the 29/09 it is now the 3/11 and i have not had any tracking updates since the 21/10 and there is not estimated delivery date it just says TBD. Their help center sucks i;m not able to email them and none of their options relates to my problem. Shipping was advised to take 5-12 business days and its a very large order.”

“Zero stars if I could. Been ordering from here of couple years. Never had I had issues with my packages not delivered but until now. The company they use for delivery is just awful. My packaged was marked delivered but it wasn't. I have camera at my front door. Then the next day a lady from a couple of blocks away says here's your package, I seen the guy just throw your 2 packages on the side of the street. If it was for her I would be out 200$. Don't order from fashion nova there's 50 /50 chance you'll not get your package. And to top it off fashion nova doesn't replace or refund for items marked delivered even if they weren't. Sadly I will no longer order from here.”
