I ordered 1 pair of pants for my daughter on 12/5 and Fashion Nova has not sent me any status on the order! But they were quick to charge my account! Don't order anything from this place...it's very unprofessional

I am never ordering from Fashion Nova again. Not only did the dress come damaged but they do not provided pre-paid return shipping labels. I tried to return the dress in person, checked the website and it said I could, but when I got there they said they don’t take dresses. Why? They sell dresses in the store, why not return them? Also, they don’t give refunds, only store credit which is NOT made clear when purchasing. Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. This store should be ashamed of themselves for how poorly they treat customers. I’ve never been this angry at a company before. What a scam.

Don’t order anything from them! They robbed me twice and they simply rang up the phone when I call. I paid 20 dollars in a pants and they sent to wrong place but I provided the right address, they got the item back and returned 9 dollars for me! When I called they said they don’t have the item and can’t give me discount! Representative was very rude to me

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! They do not care about the customer at all. First off its extremely hard to get them on the phone period! I started calling them at 8am didnt actually get to speak to anyone until 1pm! I ordered a jacket for my daughter for Christmas but I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I called them and they told me once the order is placed I cannot change the size. I was told to wait until the package comes and then return the package which could take up to a month. By that time christmas is well over and is almost valentine's day! Lol! NEVER AGAIN! With they're customer service they will eventually go out of business. Ridiculous!!!!

I ordered 6 items on cyber Monday and still have not received my items after picking the Monday Rush expedited shipping. Now I’m going to have to buy a last minute dress for a holiday event that is this Saturday when it was supposed to be here Thursday. I don’t understand why my package is still in CA and got returned to sender by UPS...

I graduate from college December 14 I ordered my graduation shoes December 6 and still haven’t received my item. I won’t receive my shoes until the 17th and I won’t need them then

When the clothes ACTUALLY get to you, the experience is great. But the shipping is HORRIBLE. They have to think of a more efficient method. How is it that I ordered an item on the 2nd of December, received a shipping email on the 8th and 3 days later my items are STILL in LA, California??? I understand that it’s the holiday season but this is horrible. When you call customer service, they sound sweet but can never offer a solution. The only offer they give you is a 25% coupon on your next order.

How I wish I could give a Zero star. I made a purchase. All items were too big. I returned in order to order 1 size down.My purchase was a total of $133.21. But they processed my return and issued me a $80 give card. Where did the rest of my money go? I need all my money

I ordered expedited 2-day shipping on a Sunday, today is Thursday and my item has not even been sent out yet and I can't cancel or speak to a representative. Horrible customer service !!

I ordered about 5 things off of fashion nova and 2 of my favorite jackets were refunded because they were sold out and this was during the sales of 50% off. I wish fashion nova said they were out of stock but they didn’t so my First experience was horrible & I don’t think I’m going to order from them anymore and you should either because they’re unreliable.

I am livid. Items ordered two weeks ago now it’s saying it will be delivered the day of the event I was ordering for. Clearly the only one getting anything out of this site are the celebrities they are paying to promote it. I am almost in tears. What is supposed to be a special night thanks to them is turning out to be a nightmare.

That just know sent me a tracking number lol. Talking about some of my items want be shipped and within 48 hrs I get a refund. I will never ever order from them again! Unprofessional!

I ordered couple items on cyber Monday and it’s over a week and a half and I still haven’t received my clothes that I ordered. I tried calling and emailing customer service and I got no response. They need to be more appreciative and understanding to their customers. Because if they have no customers they have no business.

Thanks Fashion Nova for the horrible customer service. I ordered on Black Friday at 50% off. My package is taking forever, so I call regarding my package and I was told they lost my package In the warehouse and now a few items I selected are sold out. They also wouldn’t honor the 50% off on remainder items if I was to have rest of items sent to me. WTH?! I Told them they had horrible customer service and asked for a full refund.

Absolute worst company that I have ever dealt with. On November 18th I placed an order with Fashion Nova. I immediately with in an hour noticed that I ordered the wrong sizes. I asked immediately contacted Fashion Nova and asked them to please adjust the sizes or cancel the sizes. They told me they could not once an order was placed. I asked them to stop shipment then since the order was not even pulled yet. They told me they can not do that but once I received the order I can pay them $7.99 for a return label and ship the order back for a gift card. I received the order on the 21st and shipped it right back with their $7.99 label. They still have not issued me my gift card, which I dont really want. I want a refund back to my credit card. Half the items they would not even take back anyways even though they were never opened. I have sent 3 messages in the last week and they have stopped responding. I am no taking further action against this company, but BUYERS BEWARE. RUN FROM THESE CROOKS.
