So full with rage😠 placed an order from Fashionnova and paid for express delivery (which was quite expensive) only for me to receive an email from the carrier asking me to pay an extra 30,50€ custom fee before they can deliver my order to me. So mad right now! Because I didn't buy a lot of items to be charged so much. Never buying from them again 😤

Shopped fashion nova 2 times already. Got my packages on time and the clothes are perfect. Its always so nerve wrecking shopping online because you dont know what you are going to get but I love everything I bought

Hidden fees - Be aware folks if you are buying internationnally. They do not cover duty fees, so you are likely to get a big suprise when your order arrives at the boder. I made a purchase for 160 USD. They falsely stated that I paid 180 USD, and as a result I got charged an additional $100 in duty fees. When i called the carrier to inquire about the additional duty fees, the informed me that previously Fashion Nova cover them, but now do not, thereby meaning the customer absorbs 100% of the duty fees. Not very transparent. Thus, ordering items with them may not be worth it in the end, especially given the quality is subpar. SIDE NOTE: If you also happen to pay for the additonal fees to have it delivered the next day, this could translate to 2 business days which they claim to have no control over.

Fashionova I will not be shopping there anymore. Even though they have so many options that are attractive with cheap prices. It is not all great. The clothes are a hit or miss when it comes to quality more on the miss side. I received a defective item and apparently they only give you 2 days to return. I'm on the east coast just to ship my returns priority was 48.00 and that was the cheapest. Also by the time I found out about the policy it was past due. Shoes are not true to size. Also if you want to contact them it is by email only but email response is within 24 hours. Also they only give you store credit.

Absolutely terrible, firstly if you are ordering from the Uk do not bother! I paid my shipping fees of £15 and delivery was supposed to arrive in two working and hasn’t! And secondly I’m getting invoiced from DHL express delivery service demanding £36 pounds in which I had no knowledge of upon check out! Honestly not worth it. And return will cost you also you are only refunded a credit note oppose to your money back. So stressful and misleading!

Every time i order from here i have an issue with the shipment, they leave items out that i order they ship to the wrong address and they dont offer anything but a store credit i will never order from here again

DO NOT spend/waste your money on Express Shipping!!!!!! I spent $157USD on FN’s 40% off sale. Upon checkout, I decided on paying the extra $15 for overnight shipping. I receive an email 3 DAYS LATER saying I now needed to pay another $116 in “Customs Fees”. 😡😡😡 I contacted FN immediately and their customer service agent told me I had 2 options: Pay the Customs Fees & receive my items, or Don’t pay the fees, have the items returned to FN & they would reimburse me my amount paid (minus any fees they deem necessary to deduct from me) The representative was condescending & antagonizing. The moral of the story here folks: DON’T WASTE TIME, MONEY & STRESS paying for what appears to be Express Shipping. NOT IMPRESSED FASHION NOVA!!!😡😡😡

I ordered two dresses for a wedding. They came damaged. Both of them! Contacted them for pre paid labels to return. They wanted me to pay for the return of the damaged items then get a store credit instead of refund. Total bs. Horrible service and the clothes are awful quality. All they suits leak color onto the other parts I have a bunch I ordered. The color of The material stains the other colours that are lighter, stains nails and stains other materials like couches. Be careful. All one time wear outfits and rip apart quick. Horrible company.

I excitedly ordered these neon pants, to wear on my birthday 8/3/2019. I decided to order them in plenty of time, just in case I needed to return them, try them on and whatnot. I wore them last week...they were a HIT, every one loved them, I even got questions on where I purchased them. I excitedly told them. I WAS happy with my purchase, the price, and the delivery. HOWEVER............ I am very disappointed and I think I'll stick to purchasing in a store instead. The neon pink pants went from NEON to Peach colored jeans...Horrible..... I wish this website would allow pictures because I have proof.

Terrible customer service. They don’t try to help you at all. No matter how much the situation is there fault they never compensate you or offer to reship anything. I never seen a company that doesn’t do anything to help the customer and make sure they’re happy!

I have order a black pants on april,2019 I have wear the pants two times the seams on both side of the pants the material has a stripe from top to the bottom like the elastic from the material is coming out,I send them a message they told me they were very sorry but I should send it back the second day of the delivery,they very stupid how in the world, I'm going to send it when that happen after.they dont care about your opinion or the customer,I will never buy anything from them

Recently placed a large order ! Received one pair of jeans from the entire order. Was charged for everything else and still haven’t been refunded ! When I called to ask for reason. A clueless Adrianna couldn’t explained what happened. Her excuse was “ you know technology can be the worst sometimes” It was an error in their part and never received any emails. They have the clothes in stock and can’t reship . Missed out on the sales and clothes that I was depending on for vacation. Customer service sucks when asked to speak to a supervisor She was giving me any excuse to not put anyone on. Horrible stay away ! After all I’ve heard from friends I decided to give them a try really wished I didn’t !!!!

first of all the reviews on their website are only positive. i’ve posted a bad review for a particular item before and it was never posted. so they’re not letting you see real reviews on the product. their sizes are VERY inconsistent. i once reordered a dress 3 times because my normal size, small, was WAY too small. i reordered all the way up to a large and it still barely fit. this time i ordered five dresses all in small. 2/5 fit. two of them would be a xxsmall in normal brands. absolutely ridiculous.

Worst experience shopping online ever. I used apple pay to make my purchase and I was not prompted to add a promo code. After I realized that, I sent an email within 30 minutes of my purchase asking if I could add the promo code and I was denied. I asked if I could return the items and repurchase them so I could use the promo and I was told that I could only get store credit. I will never purchase anything from them again.

I ordered from FN two pair of jeans, I paied for them but never received. Iam from Europe. If you order under the 140 Euros (aprox.165 Dollars) than your order if free of any additional TAX and costs. However I received an e mail from some British logistic company with information that they are holding my package and asked me to pay extra money for delivery. Fashion Nova is sending their goods to Europe through this GLOBAL FREIGHT SYSTEMS LTD company. I am not the only one who was cheated this way, please check on google reviews, type GLOBAL FREIGHT SYSTEMS and you will see the same stories in reviews of many people who payed twice for their goods and never received it. It is a shame that Fashion Nova cooperates with such a non creditable delivery company. This happens in many Europe states. So my advice is : If you are from Europe, do not order from Fashionnova because you will loose your money and you will never get your order.

I had purchased some clothes from FashionNova.com. When I had received my order, I had just came back from a vacation and only opened the package today, July 3, 2019. When I tried on the clothes I noticed white splotches on one of the jeans. These splotches had been t there prior to me opening the packaging. When I had emailed the Fashion Nova customer service, they had emailed me back stating that there is a two day policy to get anything done about a damaged product. I was vacation and only got to open my package today. Also, I spent my money on these jeans and they arrived damaged. How is this my fault. Fashion Nova has these ridiculous policies that are meant to curve every complaint they get. It is their responsibility to ensure that their products are sent out in perfect condition and when it’s not, it is there duty to resolve the issue and practice good customer service.

WHERE IS MY GIFTCARD FOR ORDER# 33950843 WHICH WAS DELIVERED ON JUNE 21,2019 AT 11:46AM? I SENT THEM THE TRACKING NUMBER, AND IT CLEARLY SHOW THAT IT WAS MAILED AND DELIVERED! THEY EMAILED ME TELLING ME I NEED TO SEND A COPY OF THE RECEIPT, BECAUSE THEY HAVE LOST MY PACKAGE! I DIDN'T KEEP THE RECEIPT, BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO. EVERYTIME I ORDER I MAKE SURE I KEEP THE TRACKING NUMBER! I HAVE 11 ITEMS THAT I PAID TO HAVE RETURNED TO THEM, AND THEY ARE TELLING ME IF I CAN NOT PROVIDE A COPY OF THE RECEIPT THEY WANT SEND ME MY GIFTCARD? I ORDER FROM THEM ALL OF THE TIME, AND MY ORDER NUMBER MATCH UP TO MY EMAIL, AND IT SHOW IT WAS SHIPPED FROM ATLANTA AND DELIVERED TO CALIFORNIA! SO IT IS COMMON SENSE I SHIPPED THE ITEMS BACK!
