Customer service sucks , you can’t email them , call them or text them to find out about your package .. been waiting for my order since November 29 it’s now December 23 smh

Fashionova uses a delivery service LaserShip who are horrible first off and I placed an order waited almost 2 weeks and said delivered with a signature that wasn’t me and I Never received my package/order and trying to contact fashionova is impossible they never reply. Never again will I order from them $40 down the drain.

Placed order cyber Monday still have not received a tracking number or package yet payment was taking out on Nov 22. 2021. Will never order from them again!! Requesting refund!!!

I ordered last year for Christmas and never got my order and had to fight to get a refund and not store credit. I said I wasn't going to use then anymore but decided let's try again. Welp they managed to disappoint me again. I had some BOGO items and the code was entered but it wouldn't give the discount. They refused to honor the discount, instead gave me a $15 gift card. SMH.

Hello Mr. Richard Saghian!!! I am taking time out of MY day to email you personally! To know why your company Fashion Nova would use such a LOW REVIEWED company to ship the several customer orders that are placed with Fashion Nova?? I’m speaking of LSO. I placed an order on 11/29/2021 order# 85929545 that did not ship out till 12/8/2021. I have never had a problem receiving my ordered items in the past from Fashion Nova. Until NOW, I have tried SEVERAL times to call LSO AT 866-215-8009, 800-800-8984 and 512-872-6900. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, EVEN THOUGH THE HOURS OF OPERATION ONLINE STATE 7:30AM - 7:30PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME!!! My tracking number with LSO is (ZY06ZAP2) there is no update information on my package online showing ANY movement whatsoever! I also attempted to call YOUR company, that being FASHION NOVA of course something. A recording when I called 800-866-0286, that stats the phone lines have been SHUT OFF!!! So I called 213-625-5900 waited for a receptionist to pickup 😂🤣 of course that never happened, what was I thinking!!! Now the problem with this entire fiasco is. I only ordered this dress for a event that I was attending, and needed it for. MY FREAKING WEDDING THAT IS ON THIS SUNDAY 12/19/2021!!! I’m so sure Mr. Richard Saghian you really DON’T care about ANY of this. Because if you did you would not use such a TERRIBLE shipping company!!!

I place the Fashion Nova order on Thanksgiving Day 2021 I actually placed three orders two of my orders arrived within 7 days the third order which was the biggest order and the first order placed has mysteriously been sitting at their shipping partners warehouse since November 28th Fashion Nova has shut off their phone lines they don't respond to emails and I've had to go through my bank to reverse the charges because this is the theft!

I made a a purchase for Christmas 15 days ago and my items have not shipped as of yet. There’s no information available and they will not give me a refund even though my order hasn’t been shipped as of yet. Very disappointing and I will not be using this horrible establishment again.

I place an order on 9th of October worth $198 and hasn’t arrive till today 16 of December it’s been 2 months and nothing is updated yet. I tried to contact fashion nova customer care, but basically they told me to just wait and shut up. They didn’t solve anything! Then stupid me place another order worth $500 of clothes 24th of November and the same till today haven’t arrive and I don’t know where my packages is. So very disappointed. I love fashion nova it suit my body perfectly, but they shipping and customer care are very bad. Is it because free shipping? I had an order couple of times with them and never had any issues regarding shipping always on time arrive in 10 days. Is it because they company growing and didn’t give a damn anymore about satisfaction of the customers? Is so sad!!

I ordered clothing on November 30th and December 1st. I got a shipping update 8 days ago through UDS a company I’ve never heard of before. The other order has stopped in Ohio for 4 days and hasn’t moved yet. I put in a claim through PayPal to see what can they do. This is beyond crazy I will never shop with fashion nova again. You can’t talk to anyone on the phone or email. I hope this company sinks they are not right. The worst company by far.

Their customer service is basically non-existant. I had to file a claim through PayPal to get a refund and am still waiting for a response. Extremely misleading sizing, will never be buying from this store again. I feel like I've been scammed.

Placed an order 11/15 and I still have no received it. No response from Fashionova. $85 on outfit for my daughters sweet 16 and it never came. She was very upset

Placed 2 orders: One on Nov.15 & the second one on Nov.24. Still haven’t received my Nov15th order (delivery date has changed twice) and my Nov24th order the same. Last update on both orders say the same thing that it departed FedEx location at Ellenwood, Georgia. Still no sign of a update just a change of delivery date.

I have placed an order on November 26,2021 and it’s still waiting to be shipped.. This was a birthday gift and now I have no idea when I will be receiving my order..There is no contact number to speak to a live representative and Fashion Nova help center is useless.. I have never experience this type of issue with Fashion Nova but this will be my last time shopping with this company…

I ordered merchandise from Fashion Nova on November 26, 2021. My package wasn't shipped until December 3rd. My estimated delivery date has changed five times!!!! The initial delivery date was December 5th. Then it was December 8th. Then it changed to December 10th. Then to December 13th. Now it's December 15th. This is so disappointing and an inconvenience!!!

Items were returned no refund given. Items returned 10-19-21.. stated I would receive a gift card which would have been fine because I needed to order a size up anyhow but I was never refunded… so I’m paying for items I don’t even have..

You don't have to go without your refund. Did you know the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) had Fashion Nova pay a $9.3 million dollar settlement on 4/21/2020? The complaint alleges that Fashion Nova at times failed to refund consumers for the items that it did not ship. Instead, it was the company's policy to issue gift cards, which are not considered refunds under the Mail Order Rule. The company also failed to cancel orders and provide refunds when it did not offer consumers delay option notices. [Read: https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2020/04/fashion-nova-will-pay-93-million-consumer-refunds-settle-ftc]. Under the terms of the proposed settlement, Fashion Nova will be required to pay $9.3 million to be used to refund consumers who were harmed by the company's violations of the Mail Order Rule. Of that, $7.04 million will be sent to the FTC for use in refunding consumers and $2.26 million must be refunded directly by the company to consumers. Consumers who received gift cards instead of refunds when the company violated the Mail Order Rule will be eligible for refunds under the settlement. The settlement also prohibits Fashion Nova from any further violations of the Mail Order Rule, and requires the company to ship ordered merchandise within 1-day of receipt of an order when the company doesn't specify a shipping date. With this being said I sent a LinkedIn message to Richard Saghian (Founder/CEO at Fashion Nova) and Ricky Chandnani (CFO at Fashion Nova) on 12/6/2021, told them both about my 11/29/2021 order that I never received and was coming up on my 2nd Afterpay payment, but still didn't have the merchandise. I also told them that there was no cohesive way to contact anyone directly regarding customer service issues. Someone named Adrian contacted me on 12/7/2021 from a 213-625-5900 (Los Angeles, CA no.) and tried to offer me a gift card for merchandise I have not received yet. I told Adrian all about the law suit I came across regarding violations of the "Mail Order Rule". Guess what, he went in their system and refunded my 1st Afterpay payment directly. They can refund you back your money if they want to. Also, you can file a complaint with the FTC by calling 1-877-382-4357. I still filed a complaint against them on 12/6/2021. Don't forget to write the CEO, CFO via LinkedIn, call Adrian at the "213" no. above, and file your complaint with the FTC.
