I ordered a few things and they never emailed me saying it would be shipped. Then they email me saying it will be here on the 6th then they said the 9th and now there saying it was already delivered on the 5th wtf I’m so confused

Ordered a package on dec. 3rd, they said the estimated delivery date would be the 16th. It is now the 8th and I haven't recieved an update on my order. It's still being processed. Although, I've read if you paid with paypal, just start a case with them and you could get all your money back. Show paypal that you've already tried to reach FN and didnt get a reply and then paypal with get in contact with FN and refund you your money.

The worst company they took a week before they ship my stuff out, then they have the nerve to say I can refuse the package and j will get store credit, no I do not want store credit need my money, I will never order from them again anyways this store is like Rainbow on line

The customer service is terrible!!! I placed an order for a dress I got my package with the wrong item. I called to get this resolved and was told that the dress was out of stock and they the money was going to get refunded to a gift card which took 24 hours for me to receive when I found that out I then told the agent to please send me another size since the original size that I ordered was out of stock. The agent stated he couldn’t do that and I had to place the order on my end which I couldn’t do since the gift card takes about 24 hours to me to receive. What I wanted to avoid is getting the size that I wanted to switch off to getting out of stock like the original one did. I waited for my gift card to arrive and placed an another order on 11/28 for a different size and my order still hasn’t gotten here due to it being out of stock second time(which is exactly what I wanted to avoid, oh and by the way I had to pay double the shipping due fashion nova not refunding back my shipping even after the hassle!), no email confirmation that it has shipped yet. Here I wait for a tracking # confirming my order has been shipped.

Lost my return package but I foolishly ordered something else as Im awaiting a response. Only to find out that the 2-3 days processing will change to 2-3 weeks. This is my last order from them. Im was expecting my package at least by monday and it doesnt have any tracking number yet from the order on 12/4. Im so over it.

Ordered on the December 2nd haven’t received any movement tracked my order says they’re hasn’t been any movement yet and it’s the 6th and I need my order on the 16th very disappointed because I was looking forward to my outfit for my birthday

I placed an order h(first and maybe last)on December 2nd and I mistakenly put the wrong email, I have contacted them via email and phone. don't get me wrong the representative over the phone was very nice he said that my email was going to be changed yet I haven't received anything, later on that day I got an email from another representative via email and I explained what had happen again and yet nothing has been resolved but they have the time to charge me

I ordered white and black high-waist skinny Jeans. I noticed that the size for the white jeans defaulted to 0, I changed it to a 9. Then right before checking out, again it defaulted to 0. My daughter then fixed it for me and proceeded to checkout. When I received the confirmation through the email I saw the order for the white jean's size was changed to 0. I immediately contacted them and was told by an automated response to use the "Easy Return" page. Their Easy Returns page states that if your item ends in $.00, .96, .97, .98 it is not returnable. Can you guess what the white jeans price ends with? $.00. This is bad sales and shady business practices. . I do not recommend them.

I placed an order with a boho free coupon and it went through and shipped to find out it was being shipped back to the company and I wasn’t informed unless I caught looking at the tracking. I called and was upset and they didn’t even help me try to get my items back. First time ordering and never ordering again. Such bad service!

Ordered an outfit for a wedding. Needed a different size. Returned outfit and it has been more than 2 weeks and I still have not received my credit. When speaking to an agent they were absolutely no help, asked for a supervisor , was told they were "busy". This is my first and last time ever giving them a $ of my money. They cost me double what I should have payed.

This company is horrible. They gave me a discount code for signing up for texts. I applied it to the order and the price was $80 something. Once I processed the order with Apple Pay they charged me $180 something. After sending an email and waiting 2 days for a response, I called and the rep just kept repeating that they could not apply the promo or give me my money back. They took $100 of my heard earned money and can only give me a store credit once I return everything. They promised me one price and charged me another. I am so frustrated right now and feel as if they have stolen from me. I will NEVER shop there again.

Customer service sucks. They hung up on me after telling me they’re done helping me and to call back and talk to someone else since I asked to be sent my shipping info. They refused. I’ll never order from here again. When I called back immediately after being hung up on they ignored my calls repeatedly. Idk who’s running this place but it needs to be cancelled

I paid for expedited shipping and was told my order would be delivered on December 6th! My order was not processed until December 6th and now my expected delivery date is December 13th! That is well beyond the expedited shipping time frame even if my order was just processed! I paid extra for shipping for no reason! I would have either done standard shipping or not order at all if I knew I wasn't going to get my package on time. Now I can't get a refund or even a credit!

The extra day they sent me an email saying that my order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is on the 11th of December ,then I received another email saying that my order would be delivered on the 5th of December. The wrote the wrong postal code on my package. The tracking number provided doesn’t show an update to track my order, yesterday I received an email from ups saying that my order was delivered with a tracking number, so I called the ups and informed them that I did not receive any package. They kept telling me to contact the sender to verify the tracking number. Like always fashion nova doesn’t respond to emails. Now I am very upset and I don’t know will I ever receive my package????????????

Don’t fall for the hype. I placed an order a week ago and never even received anything stating why the delay. When I call today I spoke to a rude costumer service agent named Reyna. Who after I asked her why she is speaking to me with attitude and asked for her name she refused to give me a reference number for the call. Every time I place an order the delivery process is an issue. The last order I place a week before my event they sent me someone else’s order by mistake. This time I placed 3 orders and not an email explaining that there will be a delay. Costumer service is terrible there as well. The rep Reyna who refused to give me a reference number for the call or put a supervisor on the phone told me that because my shipping was free I have to wait. Free shipping is your promotion and I may not have paid for that but I spend hundreds shopping on their site. Wether it’s a holiday or not shipping with this company is horrible. I won’t ever be ordering from this site anymore. You can thank your poor costumer service.
