"J\u2019avais une r\u00e9servation sur le FlixBus N779 au d\u00e9part de Roissy CDG \u00e0 6H10 et \u00e0 destination de Lille. Je me suis pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 6H02 \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat, j\u2019ai vu un FlixBus me passer devant sans num\u00e9ro d\u2019identification. Pas inquiet vu mon avance, j\u2019ai attendu 50mn pensant \u00e0 un retard. Suite \u00e0 mon appel au service client (en anglais uniquement) et \u00e0 la recherche de localisation du bus sur le site, il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que le chauffeur est parti en avance et donc sans m\u2019attendre alors que son scan lui indiquait bien qu\u2019un client (moi) \u00e9tait bien r\u00e9serv\u00e9 sur son Bus. C\u2019est incompr\u00e9hensible, scandaleux et choquant, surtout lorsque l\u2019on se l\u00e8ve aux aurores et que l\u2019on travaille! Le remboursement du billet est une chose, qu\u2019en est il du d\u00e9dommagement?.. J\u2019ai honte pour le chauffeur, franchement c\u2019est inacceptable!.. S.Deltour"

"I have another problem with FlixBus. On 06.01.2025, at 00.05 hours, I left Vilnius for Chemnitz (Germany). We got to the Kopin airport (Warsaw) without incident and delays, although with a dirty toilet and without water for washing hands. In Warsaw, it all began. The Talin-Berlin flight was 20 minutes late. The toilet in the bus was not only dirty, but even without water to flush the toilet and, accordingly, without water to wash hands. We did not arrive at the Berlin airport, where we were supposed to change to Chemnitz, at 14.30. As a result, at 16.30, we arrived at the Central Bus Station in Berlin. I received an SMS from FlixBus that I would have to look for what and how to get to Chemnitz myself, and then contact the company for compensation. I had to get there with a transfer in Dresden and spend an additional 28 euros. So, for 10 days I have been waiting for a response from FlixBus, to receive compensation for inconvenience and additional costs. I provided them with all the required documents, but 'the cart is still there'. You will have to contact a lawyer.\r\nFlixBus is the worst carrier I've ever used!! I do not recommend it from the word AT ALL!!"

"Flixbusses are the worst! \r\nThis trip to Italy and back was the worst of my life! First I've got a message 29 min before my ride that the bus will be about 1h late. But....the bus came 2,5 h late. The passengers were completely cold and when I contacted the office they only proposed me a refund.... And what about refund of my time and my health! And missed my connection. My second trip was to Pisa and the timetable was saying that we are coming 30 minutes earlier. The bus driver decided to stop for 15 minutes at the expensive caf\u00e9 and we came to Pisa 10 min later than the schedule. But the last drop was that I've asked in advance about stopping at the border just for putting the stamp on my tax form, the document was filled and I should become a refund online, just need to put a stamp on the border. The office said me: yes, you will stop at the border. I also asked one driver and then his colleague for stopping at the border. There were no cars or buses at the border, we were coming earlier to the border, but.... guess what? Nobody stopped!!!! And the driver told that he hasn't understood me. Then why he said Yes,No problem?!"
