I bought a gift card for my grandson and when he tried to redeem it they said it was already closed .Someone had hacked it and they said their not responsible .

Legit the worst retailer. My order is now taking 3 weeks to deliver where the website says standard 5-7 business days, no forms of communication was sent out to inform the delays. Customer service not helpful saying it's beyond their control. Super terrible experience don't buy from the shop unless you have a month to wait for your delivery.

The customer service sucks. Terrible representative barley understand English and doesn’t have listening skills. The website need to be rebuilt. I can’t even place an order through customer service or the store. I will never purchase again. the shoes that’s on the website never in the store which is why I choose to order online.

I recently visited a shoe store, FootLocker, located at 7700 West Northwest Highway, Suite 420 Dallas, TX 75225. My main purpose was to buy a pair of shoes, and while browsing, I came across some stylish Air Jordans. Being relatively new to the world of shoes, I sought advice from the knowledgeable servers present in the store. They were all dressed impeccably, and I admired their sense of style. However, my experience took a negative turn when I realised that the servers, who happened to be Nigerian ladies and gentlemen, were not as welcoming or polite as I had hoped. Instead of providing helpful information, they made hurtful remarks and jokes about me and my friends, sometimes even switching to a language we couldn't understand. This behaviour continued throughout our interaction, leaving us feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. Regrettably, instead of offering helpful guidance, they constantly made fun of my friends and me due to our limited knowledge about shoes. Their behavior, accompanied by bursts of laughter and comments in a language we couldn't understand, left us feeling disheartened and uncomfortable. It was disappointing to observe that the servers treated other customers, particularly white individuals, with warmth and courtesy. Despite being grateful for their assistance whenever they brought us shoes to try on, the disrespectful behaviour persisted. In conclusion, I did find a pair of Air Jordans that I liked, but my overall experience at the showroom was marred by the servers' unkind and inappropriate conduct. As customers, we should expect equal treatment and respect, regardless of our background or ethnicity. I hope that in the future, the store takes measures to ensure that all customers are treated with fairness and courtesy, promoting a positive and inclusive shopping environment for everyone.

I ordered shoes as a gift. I put one digit wrong in the address. They claim they can not cancel an order and you can’t cancel or change an address on the website! Not only that but they will not reimburse you for your missing package and tell you it’s the shippers problem!!! Worst customer service on the planet!!!

Marqué la opción de enviar el paquete en un punto de entrega próximo a mi casa porqué así me dejaba en la web, podría haberlo recibido en casa igualmente. Fuí a buscar mi paquete con toda la ilusión, y cuando llego me dicen en el estanco que han rechazado el paquete porque ellos no reciben entregas de la empresa de envíos UPS. Entonces ahora me dicen que me van a devolver el dinero y que haga otra compra cambiando la dirección de entrega. Estoy intentando comprarlas de nuevo porque ya no tengo más energía para gastar en esto, y veo que los zapatos de mis sueños están agotados. Lamentable!

Beware of the fact that this company will take your money for an order an immediately cancel sighting a payment verification error. Then it takes a week to get it back after only .002 seconds to take it. I found the same shoe and used the same card on a competitor site with no problems. The best part is no one in customer service seems to know a thing...lol. Never again. Foot Locker is canceled.

I had the worst experience von foot locker I bought a pair of shoes for a gift they charged me the money from my bank account and I received a confirmation email then the next day I received another email saying that they are working on my order so that it arrives on time On the third day they send me an email that they canceled the order because they did not have the shoe available if you already charged me and send me an email confirming how after four days you cancel the order I could not give the gift to the person who I bought it due to the irresponsibility of foot lockers

Liked the store, but the delivery was delayed three times and once it arrived. It was left out in the rain without any notification of arrival. So by the time I received my product. It was ruined. Thanks for waisting $150 of my money.

I placed an order using Apple Pay , received an email moments later stating that my order has been cancelled due to verification purposes. In the email FOOTLOCKER had the wrong Apple Pay Id card digits wrong but has the funds pending on my account , now I have to wait for the charges to be dropped and funds deposited back into my account when I used the correct Apple Pay card , called customer service the call dropped and received no call back not happy about this transaction

If you have to return your online order, Foot Locker charges you a return shipping fee now. Read return policies before buying. It also takes some time to get a refund back to your credit card after they received the online order back.

Absolutely awful having ordered on six different occasions I am yet to receive any order and have had to wait weeks for a refund each and every time this company needs investigating as to whether any genuine person ever receives any items they’ve ordered from them stay away from them utter garbage worse than loan sharks making money off innocent hardworking people

The worst customer service I has experienced, even the leaders make the false promise that the will return the call in regards to the order issue but nobody cares. The do not care for customers and value them. I won't recommend to order from footlocker online and wont use this service myself as well.RUDE STAFF

Drove to my nearest store which was 1.4 hrs away just to purchase some slides my daughter wanted which they told me they would have. They didn’t have them. They had to order them and have hem shipped to me house . Now he representative ordered the wrongs one and I had to call customer service yet they wouldn’t make it right . Now I’m waitting a week to received the wrong slides. Which never got here they were out of stock. Now they are expecting me to drive to th store to get a refund yet they are not trying to make it right . I think I’ll stick with Adidas. At least if they screw up they make it right to keep u as a customer.

Horrible customer service shipping sucks and then when I called customer service he was like pretty much not my problem and you will get your order when you get your order!! And I still haven’t got my order.. This makes you not want to shop at foot locker ever again online or in store

Horrible experience. Placed an order by accident takes a month to get a refund on my money taken instantly from my account. Customer service was terrible. I ended up selling the shoes online for twice the price. The only thing to make this experience decent.
