Ordered nike Air force 1's for my son, they delivered the wrong size. So I sent them back 2 months ago. I am still waiting for a refund. Customer service is disgusting worst I've ever experienced in my life. No replys to emails or even answers the phone after making you waiting 59mins then call cutting out.

My order has been 7 weeks late since the shipping date on June 4th and i doubt it'll ever come. I sent 12 emails and no answers on any of them.

I ordered a 4.5 and they gave me a 6. Sent them back on 29th June, it’s now 20th July and I still haven’t received my refund!

Order size 7 trainers received a 8. Sent back on the 8th July no response no refund. Worst customer service ever. Blaming there lack of incompetence on the pandemic what a joke!!

I order 2 pairs of sneakers Online over a month ago. The tracking number in the confirmation emails comes up as invalid with the ups. Contacted footlocker by email and tried calling, still have no answer. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered eight items. Only seven arrived. One of the seven wasn’t the size I ordered anyway. No response from customer services after 14 days despite numberous emails and social media posts.

This company is the worst. I bought an e egift card and they never delivered. Tried to contact customer service number and they never answered. Left email messages annd the only reply was aautomated responses. The worst is that they debited the money immediately and still I'm, waiting for a reimbursement. Had to contact the Bank so they can proceed with an investigation and collect the money. Incredible!

They didn't deliver the shoes, I ordered 6 weeks ago. Contacted them numerous times and each time we spoke they say they have to investigate and it takes time. They can see on the Hermes link that they didn't get delivered. Seems an investigation that doesnt need to take a month or more. Most infuriating, when you contact them by email you get an automated reply saying they are too busy for you because they are helping other customers! As far as I'm concerned they are thieves and I shall avoid them at all cost from now on. Don't buy from this store.

Terrible service, I won't be ordering from Footlocker again. Ordered 2 pairs of the new Scooby Doo Converse trainers on release day and was sent the wrong size for both pairs. Spent an hour on hold to customer service only to be told after that hour that no one was available to take my call and was disconnected. Emailed them through the website, no response. Took them to my local Footlocker shop and the very nice manager (who has been my only positive experience with Footlocker so far) tried to order them in the right size, they had sold out in both pairs in my size (which is why I ordered them on release day!!) and he gave me a refund. Still no response from my emails. Incredibly annoyed that I missed out due to incompetence and terrible customer service, even after allowing for longer response times due to Covid.

very bad company very bad place to shop...i purchased a nike hoodie which was never delivered and when contacted footlocker replied saying it was lost by UPS and will refund your money..footlocker refunded only $4.11 when the amount was $54.11...now i tried my best to contact footlocker customer service and no one is replying to emails or phone call so basically they cheated me for $50...ill never do buisness with them again

Ordered shoes June 24th, a pair of ultra boost 20 for $103 because it had an insane deal. Once ordered I got an email confirmation AND a email stating that my order “shipped” and should be arriving June 27th. Fast forward to today July 4th nearly 2 weeks later and nothing. When I go to check my account it doesn’t even say I have any orders yet I have email confirmation saying otherwise. My card was charged, I haven’t received any goods, this is just unacceptable. Emailed them got nothing back, called them maybe 20+ times and got nothing. This company is a joke and please god whoever reads this DO NOT buy from this scummy company.

I ordered a pair of shoes May 30th online $103.34 was taken out of my account and I got confirmation email. May 8th I sent an email asking about the status of my order and heard nothing back. That same day my debit card had 103.34 more than it should have so I looked at my recent transactions and not only did I not see where footlocker refunded my money I didnt see where I had even ordered them in the 1st place luckily I had kept a copy of my email. They cancelled my order without telling me. June 27th I went to pay a bill that was due and my card declined so after checking my account I seen that footlocker charged me 103.34 for the shoes they canceled prior and they sent me an email saying my order was sent June 26th. This cant be legal. I did not request or give them permission to charge my card. I have been trying for 2 hours to contact them. I want my money back on my card today or I will be contacting a lawyer.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered 2 pairs of track pants in error immediately emailed and cancelled one, package arrived sealed containing one pair, result. No been charged for two. Took them 5 weeks to reply to numerous emails only to ask for a photo of the packaging and they will close the case unless received 😡. I will take it further. NEVER USE FOOTLOCKER... TYPED WITH MY MIDDLE FINGER

Purchased items on the 16th June 2020. I received no confirmation email and am unable to access my account. It needs to be verified, yet no verification link has been sent. I have no indication if my order was successful, when it will arrive but better yet my money was taken from my account. This is theft! I want my money back. I have logged four emails with customer service (which they have auto responded to my email to acknowledge receipt, so surely they could verify my account) no one has bothered to contact me and I am still left with no goods and my money has not been refunded.

So last week Friday June 19th I purchased an item (a pair of sneaker) using the footlocker app . Keep in mind before using the app I called the footlocker store first to find if they was doing curbside pick up at 408 Fulton Street , Brooklyn location .. the staff explain yes . So I proceeded the first time ever using footlocker app as I hate online shopping. So when I searched for the pair I made sure to check that they have it on stock on that store and I wanted a curbside pick up , how is the app still wined up putting ship to store After purchasing it , When I never ask for that? I called the store and they said a lot of customers are also saying the same thing and they don’t know why it does that ? The app also mentioned it will be delivered between 5-6 business day and I should get a confirmation email that they received my order .. but never received an email that it’s shipped as of yet ? So I try calling customer support every hour .. “it still saying I there are unavailable to receive calls .. I try emailing it and it only gives you questions not a live chat . This app is ridiculous and footlocker is ridiculous . I ordered last week from another store the same day at a clothing store online and I already got a shipping email from them . I also order Macy’s for a curbside pick up and I received my item the same day by picking it up so it’s not like I don’t know what I chose . BUT FOOTLOCKER COME ON .. yah need to do better because I’m really expecting this item as I already payed . If yah can charge me the same day I expect my item when it said on the app and online .. footlocker is a big organization there so many employees working there .. there shouldn’t be no reason that NO ONE IS ABLE TO PICK UP CALLS AND RESPOND TO YOUR ORDER AT A TIMELY FASHION .. if I don’t get my item I will report and request my money back so I can get my purchased that’s needed this week . “ FED UP CUSTOMER

I believe I waited long enough just to find out if the item is even available. You are using COVID as a crutch, this situation has happened to me a few times and also with your affiliates. I have found a couple of other places to purchase the shoe and feel as if it isn't fair you guys are making me wait just to see if you have the shoe. In the past when you guys did not have an item and canceled you did not contact me. Also, in the past when a shoe couldn't be located I had to follow up, cancel the order (should've been automatic). After canceling the order, the shoe miraculously appeared and was shipped to my home leaving me with 2 pairs of the same darn shoe. If that isn't enough, I was billed for a pair of shoes that was shown as being delivered. The shoe was never delivered, it was determined the shoe never left the store (crooks).

Ordered and paid for a product 3 weeks a ago, was guaranteed a delivery date. Nothing has arrived. Please do not buy from footlocker ever I can assure you you will have a similar experience to me, they will take your money and not deliver. They don’t answer the phone nor e-mails. They are quick to take your money tho. It’s a disgrace for such a massive company. Owners should be embarrassed by the systems, I will certainly do my best to ensure as everyone I know finds out bout this and I will be telling them to tell their friends

I placed an order for the total amount of $209.98. Upon wearing both pairs downstairs to my vehicle, I realized that neither pair was going to work for me, as they are both too narrow. The shoes were comfortable upon trying them on, but were no longer comfortable as I traveled down multiple flights of stairs, and through my apartment lobby and parking lot. As such, I initiated returns for both pairs on 5/28/2020. Of note, I received one pair on 5/19/2020 and the other on 5/21/2020. So not a significant amount of time had passed since receiving both pairs. On 6/17/2020 both pairs were returned to me stating that the items do not meet their return policy due to being "used and not restockable." During this time of COVID Foot Locker is taking advantage. I'm certain that had the order totaled $30-$50 there would be no issue with returning, but because they are presumably not making any money, customers are forced to pay for that. Given that the pandemic began late 2019, one would expect that if Foot Locker did not plan to uphold a fair refund policy, and planned to reject all requests, the website would indicate that. But of course, why do that knowing that would inevitably impact sales. I called the corporate office and finally received a call back. I was informed that pictures were taken and no refund would be granted. I cannot say enough how extremely uncomfortable the shoes are. I was not even able to drive in them; I had to return to my home to change my shoes. The shoes WERE NOT worn for any significant amount of time. I now have to eat a $210 bill for shoes I can't do anything with. Moreover, my contact number was placed on the order, so before rejecting the return, a good business practice would have been to contact me, not to send the shoes back unexpectedly. This entire transaction has shady bad business written all over it.
