“Our tray arrived a day before the grass did. I called to ask the company why these items did not arrive at the same time and they explained that the items had shipped from different warehouses. Not a big issue, I'm just glad that the grass did not arrive before the tray. Except for the delivery snafu, the Fresh Patch company has greatly exceeded my expectations. Good job!”

“I've got a service "comfort" dog I'm moving to Hawaii/Waikiki where there are THOUSANDS of dog owners here in islands and NO FRESH PATCH!! I LUV FRESH PATCH!! What am I going to do here?? I hate Potty Papers they're DISGUSTING!! PLEASE FRESH PATCH FINE A WAY TO COME TO HAWAII”

“We recently got our 2 year dog who is totally housebroken but since my husband and I both work during the day, we needed a potty solution while we were gone. We tried everything - nothing worked. UNTIL NOW!!! She took to Fresh Patch right away - without hesitation. THANK YOU SO MUCH !!”

“I stumbled upon this while searching for options after moving from a townhouse (with a fenced back yard) to a 14th floor condo. My 8 year old yorkie, Moose, was used to using the bathroom outside. I was worried he wouldn't take to a pad (plus they are really gross). So, I ordered this in hopes it might work. It does!! He loves it!! It took a little bit of training and now he regularly uses it. It's super convenient since it's delivered straight to your door and you swap it out (you just throw out the old one). It's made our lives so much easier since we don't need to stress about when someone will be home or going up and down 14 floors. I would highly recommend it!! My only other recommendation is to do the weekly order. Moose uses it as his main bathroom, so it tends to get a little smelly by the end of the first week.”

“I happened to think: "What if my computer went down and I wasn't able to order Fresh Patch on the internet? What other way could I order Fresh Patch so that Roxie wouldn't be without her private patch?? I've been a customer since November and will continue to be a satisfied one! I adopted Roxie, a 5 year old Westie. Because I have open space behind my home with no fence, I frequently have visiting coyotes; coyotes jump fences anyway. Fresh Patch is my miraculous answer to SAFETY as well as to convenience. I was doubtful if I could train Roxie to Fresh Patch as I've always heard "you can't teach old dogs new tricks". To be honest, I patiently worked with her for 4-6 days before SUCCESS. I was so excited! And, I was so proud of Roxie! This proves YOU CAN teach an older dog new tricks/routines. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!”

“Me and my dog love the Fresh Patch! My dog loves having fresh grass to use and I don't notice any odor from it. The Fresh Patch is also easy to replace and fits nicely on my balcony. When I go to throw it away there's no leakage or mess from the box which is wonderful! I highly recommend the Fresh Patch for your dog!”

“If your dog chews the corners of the fresh patch I definitely recommend getting one of the new sleeves. It has stopped my dog from chewing and it is a nice housing to put around the disposable box. Thank you Fresh Patch!”
