“Ordered two cards it said they had been sent then 2 weeks later my money was refunded and I found out they hadn’t been sent, the excuse was they’ve had issues along the lines of hacking, thing is the person receiving the cards said they had told her the same thing and let her down a few months ago. It seems they use this excuse a lot. Definitely won’t be using funky pigeon again and I only gave it one star because I had to. Rubbish service!”

“Cancelled all orders that were made before they got hacked. Claimed to have issued refunds but its been 8 days since they said that and still no refund. Every time make contact with them to ask why still no refund they just ignore the question with a copy and paste reply.

“After ordering a personalised card which was the large size and paying express postage ,price came to over 20 Euro I still have not received my order.I was told a second card would be sent out the following day and needless to say didn't receive it either.Absolutely none acceptable service from a company that portrays to offer a good efficient service.
Unreliable company will never order from them again

“It appears that I'm just one of at least hundreds who placed our orders on 14th April 2022 and have received an email today 18th April 2022 telling me my card won't be delivered due to "technical issues" and that I could have to wait up to a week for my money, the money that was paid to Funky Pigeon at the time I placed my order.
I'd be interested to know how much of our money Funky Pigeon is sitting on, no doubt gaining interest.
I only wish there was a No Stars option.
Be careful of using this company, they take your money, they don't deliver the goods and they won't give you a refund for 10/11 days after you first ordered.”

“I received flowers from a dear friend from this company and I was so sad that I had to tell him they were the worst flowers I have ever had.
They came in a box with no water so they had wilted leaves and flowers and even heads that had fallen off. They were bent and the box was slightly open. Box didn’t look damaged so personally I think this isn’t a courier issue but whoever supplied old flowers with no water.
It’s such a shame as the giver is a dear friend who lives so far from me and has disabilities so relies on ordering online. I feel so sad I love flowers and those are awful and they are old and water deprived. Even placing them in water with the food is not improving the little flowers I salvaged. 4 flowers are unable to be used.
My friend also ordered a large card but all that came was a smaller card that was actually printed on paper so it’s flimsy.
This is shoddy good by a company that have taken money promising a good product. The only good part was the courier service. Shocking funky pigeon you should be ashamed of your products”
