“Spend 20 mins finding and personalising a card but because I had previously ordered years ago and couldn't remember password, I had to reset. Once reset, my card had been removed from the basket! Not wasting any more time on this.”
“First and last time with FP. Ordered a birthday card for a young niece. Having used Moonpig, I know cards normally take a week for UK to Australia so I gave plenty of leeway time when ordering. 13 days ordering, the card has still not arrived.
I could have just purchased a card in a shop, mailed it myself from a Post Office thereby ensuring it actually had a tracking feature (and not what FP call “tracking”) and that it would arrive on time - thereby making the use of this card enterprise entirely redundant.

“I have used Funky pigeon for many years and have never had a problem.
I ordered 2 cards for Mother’s Day, the Tuesday before so plenty of time to arrive.
On Wednesday I received an email stating they had been sent and should arrive on Thursday.
Nothing on Thursday.
Nothing on Friday.
Nothing on Saturday.
No cards for Mother’s Day, upset in the household is putting it mildly.
I contacted Funky pigeon and did get a quick response from Daisy, however it was very curt and told me to wait until Monday and if they hadn’t arrived, then they will look into it.
I replied that Monday would be too late as it’s Mother’s Day today, and I expect a refund as I ordered the cards in plenty of time.
I received another curt short reply just restating what she had said previously.
Well Daisy you have lost yourself a long standing loyal customer, don’t worry about sending me a sorry your leaving us card because ill probably never get it!”

“Its no good shrugging your shoulders and blaming customs when you send to another country. My daughter sent a Christmas card and my husbands birthday card to us in Spain and they both arrived a month late. The cards were not even in their envelopes but loose in the packing envelope. Its about time you got deliveries sorted. The person who keeps our postbox here in Spain says its nothing unusual for Funky pigeon. The cards were both lovely and it was a great shame.”
“Terrible service and aftercare. Paid online for a Christmas card on line for my wife on the 19th of December. Estimated delivery address was the following day. Not arrived by Saturday the 23rd. Complaints department wont recognize my log in details. If you want to complain you cant. Paid this money for nothing. Possibly not enough people are aware of their lack of aftercare!”
“Tried to order x5 personalised mugs, spending time to create each one and then at the basket discovered I can only order one at a time which means £5 postage each, despite them all going to the same address.
Wasted my time, really bad for the environment, and when I tried to find a number to contact customer support they were unreachable.

“Absolute joke of a company I ordered a birthday card it has NOT arrived and I recieved the most stupidest response I have ever heard from quentin who said to wait for 3 days after the birthday has passed and get back in touch with them what the hell is the point of ordering a birthday card for 3 days after a birthday! He also tried to blame royal mail but I posted Christmas cards 2nd class on the day funky pigeon allegedly despatched my card and they arrived within 2 days any excuse not to reinburse my money.”

I've got an account with funky pigeon to make sure I don't miss family& friends birthdays etc. The last 3 orders have been rubbish. 3rd order never arrived. I contacted FP, who offered to give me a free card, I was disappointed, but accepted it was an error. 2nd order arrived 5 days after the birthday, it had clearly not been posted when FP said it had. Again, disappointed, but nothing I could do, also then realised I'd not been credited with any free card as promised. Contacted FP again who said they'd sort this. Today, my daughter has not received her birthday card for Tuesday. I made the order 18th November, was told it had been posted 20th, not arrived. Checked address etc, so this is the 3rd and final time I'm using this rubbish site, there's so many other options available. Oh, and I've still not been given any free card credit. Avoid FP. Use a different site that might actually do what they promise”
