“This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I ordered a card for my granddaughters 18th birthday, their website promised next day delivery, 6 days on Nothing! I have sent a total of five emails , no reply, and they do not supply a phone number! Absolutely disgusting service . If I could have given minus stars I would have .”

“Very poor bought 3 cards at nearly £40 and was asked to add contact details and receive a free card, funnily enough the code I was represented with expired within seconds. Then I added another 3 and that expired. So deleted all reminders and will probably avoid in the future.”

Absolutely disgraceful - I’m annoyed and extremely disappointed. It took me ages to sort out the card too as it’s not a user friendly experience. I had to do it 3 times. I’m so upset at myself about not reading the reviews beforehand because I normally do.
I was on a time scale as I only had until 9.0 I believe. The whole experience has been horrible as my husband never got his surprise card, which I can’t get over.
This is appalling and WH Smith’s should be ashamed of themselves.”
“Awful. Said delivery for 3rd February and not arrived. Did say allow 5 working days due to strikes but been none! Do not order from them. Take money but don't delivery on time. I posted cards 2nd class and got there fine! If not arrived for tomorrow I will contact for refund and inform PayPal.”

Do not order the personalised photo socks!! Poor quality, ‘one size fits all’ is incorrect!! And the photos by the toes were chopped off 🙄 have emailed them twice asking for a refund but no response from them!! For £18 (inc delivery) I expected much better!
