Ordered a card within the cut off time for delivery that day (a Friday) At time of sale I was told it would be sent that day and that 93% of customers would receive the card next day. They took the money immediately but didn't send the card until the following week. (Not as stated in their policy or at time of sale) Found this out when I got an automated despatch email the week after. By the time I received the card it was too late to get it to the recipient. I complained and got no response from the so called customer service team. They take your money and post when they want. Avoid these bandits.

Really bad quality of the phone cover. Broke already. Tried contacting them but they dont reply back. I would never order anything from here again

Ordered 4 photo books with our wedding pictures as a present to our parents that could attend due to their age. Leaving to France in 2 days and only 2 books arrived. Contacted customers service and they just refunded the difference. Unreliable service. Never order again

Awful. Terrible products, I think they're bleeding money. Damaged boxes on arrival, dark washy prints on gifts. Wont use again, so disappointed.

I ordered a card and bottle. The delivery receipt stated that only the card was send. They forgot the bottle. Then they only refunded the bottle, and failed to include the postage I paid. When I complained, they didn't reply. Awful service.

Placed an order for a simple card to be delivered 3 days from now. to be sure it arrived, I paid for the special delivery ay ÂŁ6 something and confirmed the date, took a screenshot of the order. Next day, confirmation my card went out (2 days early). I phoned to ask them to stop if and send it out on the correct date - "sorry we cant do that, try asking royal mail".... I asked ref refund of postage as I could have sent normal first class and got it there within 3 days... - denied. - wont be using them again and wont recommend them.

Ordered birthday present from this lot for delivery on the 25 June and guess what?? The parcel hasn’t shown up so now I have a rather upset friend who doesn’t have the presents which was ordered on 22nd of June !! Well done funky Pigeon

Ordered father’s day card last Thursday, Wednesday the following week now and it’s still not arrived. I escalated it with PayPal and funky pigeon told me to close the case, with no promise of a refund. No chance! First time using this service and wouldn’t again. Total waste of time and money!

I ordered a cover for my new phone with a picture of my late wife on it. When I received it, it had several stupid emojis on it which I didn't want. I phone them to complain, and was told I had ordered it like that. No one in their right mind would order that style. I then discovered that it had cost me ÂŁ19 to phone them for 5 minutes as they use a telephone number which makes them lots of money at our expense. Outrageous. They refused to refund or replace it. Never again.

Customer service is very poor! I have ordered a personalised birthday card for my fiancé, however the envelope isn’t included when I stated that the card will be delivered to my house. Also the card sizing is very small! I hoped it was a bit bigger but it was misleading. I have emailed them stating my issue and they have said they won’t do anything about it. I am very disappointed about this! How rude of them for not even caring about it overall.

I ordered a card for my mum’s 85 birthday. They said it would be delivered by first class post. It never arrived. I contacted them and they said their first class post means anything between 1 and 3 working days. This is not like the Royal Mail who deliver first class post the next working day. This was very confusing SO BEWARE THAT THEIR VERSION OF FIRST CLASS IS NOT THE NEXT DAY. The card never came in the end, how very disgusting. My mum never got her card. I will never use them again.

Ordered a birthday card for my daughter in March, I still have not received it. Sent e-mail requesting status update several weeks ago I have not received a reply. I would not recommend this company to any one.

I bought a personalised t shirt,when it finally arrived it was so small. I ordered a larger size than normal. So beware Go larger

I ordered a card and t shirt for a birthday present.The delivery date I was given was perfect,2/3, The card arrived the next day,no sign of the t shirt. So on the day it should of arrived,I called customer service was it was getting late,they told me it had been despatched the day before. She also told me it’s up to Royal Mail when they deliver,they usually deliver on the date given sometimes it longer. But when you pay for your items it doesn’t tell you this. So when Funky Pigeon says next day delivery or 2/3 day delivery,that’s not the case,they deliver when they see fit.

Please do not use this company. They cannot guarantee next day delivery but hide this behind loads of layers in the website saying next day delivery. Quick response on customer service but anyone can copy and paste the terms and conditions.

So I am in Iraq and I order my wife some flowers 2 days prior to wanting them delivered and get a confirmation email with the correct delivery date. The day goes by and they are never delivered to my wife. I would like to thank funky pigeon for making me the guy who forgets to send his wife something on our anniversary. I recommend finding a homeless man and giving him 20 quid to make sure your items are delivered as this service has lost my business...

Very disappointed with the Harlequin Coronations that my recipient sent me a photo of. They looked nothing like the bouquet advertised. Customer service not helpful asking me for further evidence which would have meant asking the recipient to take photos of her gift to further my complaint. Hardly etiquette. Have always used funkypigeon for cards and will continue to do so but won’t be ordering flowers again.
