Recently ordered a birthday card for my father and a week later nothing! I've emailed useless chicken (Funky Pigeon) over and over again (only because they have NO contact telephone number) and have received no correspondence about the failed delivery whatsoever! I'm absolutely appalled with this company's lack of customer service and care about how they run a business.

I ordered Birthday card for my Brother 60 birthday l live in spain so I won't be getting to see him .l paid special delivery cost €11.99 so he would get it on time .4 days has passed since his birthday still not recieved it .Never again will l order from this company .

Ordered 2 cards paid extra to guarantee delivery didn't receive mothers day card on time, nor my anniversary card yet, let's see if I can even get a refund, I'll order from moonpig or some other company next time, if you pay extra & can't deliver a simple card & the service you use to deliver should be changed
