Well, I was contacting an agent due to the delivery instructions not being followed. I even propped open the front porch door and turn on the light and they still put it on the stairs of the front lawn (Which is where I find it to be disgusting if I have enclosed porch because ants/bugs and people steal stuff as well) . Do I have it in the notes with Grubhub for my deliveries? I also have a sign on the door that states to please leave packages orders inside the enclosed porch. Well, not only were they telling me that they would not issue me any refunds on concessions, but after speaking to several different agents, they kept ending the chat on me saying since there’s no longer any issues they’re ending and I would state we do have issues. I don’t understand what’s going on here. I said I think it’s even something that you see in the photo too that I haven’t even brought up yet- that I’m actually missing a drink on this specific order too . They stated due to unusual amount of refunds they cannot give any refunds on concessions. A tip is not concessions. And I wasn’t even taking the entire tip! Nor did I even bring up the missing drink that I could see right away I didn’t get. Spoke to another agent he was more than willing to help me at first then the exact same I asked for customer service phone number because this is not right and he provided it to me and then ended the chat. I called customer service number and she literally verbatim. Gave me the 100% exact spiel that the other two agents said. Through the “chat w an agent” messages. Then I got frustrated and I said listen. This is ridiculous. You guys are saying the exact same same thing something weird is going on and if you’re noticing unusual refunds on my account, it’s probably because I order more than the usual person and that’s none of your business. How dare you! I am not working as crazy, crazy crazy amounts of hours that I was working, which is why we aren’t using Grubhub as much right now. But that’s ridiculous that you’re gonna sit there and say that I have to pay for items that I didn’t receive there’s been times where I didn’t receive any of the items you’re really gonna tell me that I would Have to pay anyway? Heck no- something is not right with yall…. So I’m deleting my account because I cannot get confirmation that this issue will be resolved and I am not taking that chance because I have been a customer for a very long time. I think it’s a great service that you guys provide since Covid and kept it up and running and it’s crappy that you have a lot of terrible drivers and that some of the restaurants were not doing so well over the years I have noticed a lot of the restaurants are doing very very well now, but then others not so much on that direction. Etc etc. But maybe instead of taking it out on us you might want to start addressing The issue at Head. Not sure if you guys take the hit when orders are not completed and it’s entirety, but you really shouldn’t the restaurant should… If you get a hit for a delivery driver, well that’s between you and the delivery driver what you guys end up doing with that… But it darn sure should NOT be OUR fault. I don’t think there’s anyone on the face of the planet that has gotten all the food in their order every time and darn sure not done correctly every single time. no way - no how. Hi Phil completely disrespected, Thrown to the wolves and Essentially feel like I’m blacklisted!!! So I’m deleting my account because HECK NO- no one in their right mind would take that chance to potentially be missing items and not receive refunds for it. If we contacted the restaurant, they would’ve done it… But we have to contact you guys and now you’re putting a wall up? Yeah- No, that’s not OK. Figure out what you’re doing and you guys are going to reconcile amongst all these different categories and hopefully you don’t make anyone else feel as outraged and disrespected as me. Be better than this. Oh, and I would also like to State if I didn’t say previously that a tip is not a concession. Maybe a different line because something is super suspect about that. Especially when I’m asking other questions that are different and they just kept saying if there’s no other concerns, I’m going to go ahead and end the chat now like literally that’s exactly the same thing the agents were saying in the chat w us portal! so I’m asking her other questions as far as I just don’t understand how this is even possible is there a time frame that needs to go by before I can be rest assured that I would still be able to get refunds if I’m missing items? And she just kept saying the same robotic, monotoned SCRIPT. That yall CLEARLY are making people say.

Orders constantly cancelled as soon as driver gets to resturant. Stealing orders. i never get my food. STAY AWAY!!

The WORST. Grubhub showed the restaurant 2 miles from me. When I completed the order, I found that my pick up was in a different city!!! I immediately called the restaurant to stop the order which they did. I tried to cancel my order with GrubHub and was told the order was already in process at the Restaurant, LIES. I was offered $5 coupon for a $60 order, how generous.

I guess there was a chicken tax I ordered a four piece chicken dinner from KFC and wanted to arrived it was missing the wing which happens to be my favorite part I guess the driver should have taken the thigh or the breast cuz I don't really care as much for them

If I could leave less than one star I would. I ordered food which never arrived. When I contacted them they claimed they couldn’t give me a refund but could provide no valid reason other than there is “no status change.” I have no idea what that even means but in the 3 times I contacted them this was their excuse. They are complete scammers. Avoid them at all costs.

Almost every time we get food through grub hub..there is something missing! This time an entire pizza! And no receipt of the order! I know the driver took the pizza himself! Never again!

Paid 53.33 fora McDonald's order driver took a picture from the end of my driveway and left I gave them ring videos and they still won't refund my money also I told family about it o more orders

The delivery guy never delivered My Grandbaby's food! There was no excuse! Courier Ricardo is a disappointment to Me!!! And makes GrubHub courier service look BAD!

I have a new grub hub benefit from Amazon prime. I’ve used it 3 times. Tonight I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. 1 ordered of fries and 1 ordered of coleslaw from my local Popeyes. After I placed the order I decided to add mashed potatoes snd red beans and rice to the order. I went back into the app To added these 2 items to my order . The app showed the additions and showed me the updated price. When the food arrived via no contact delivery I had one correct order for $47.00 including fees and taxes.and, a second order for 2 more sandwiches and a second order of fries for $37.00. When I contacted Grubhub about the mistake I was told by4 different “customer care” specialists that once the food is delivered I could not get a refund. Really? Not my mistake, no way to know in advance and no contact delivery not withstanding. Really?

If I could give them a 0 rating I would i spent 95.00 dollars on an order and got a picture of a sign on the building not a picture of an order or any kind of food and then when Mitchell the driver wants to message me and say that he was here said he left it at the wrong entrance at an entrance I can't even get too and then says he ran out of gas and then said he was coming back to figure it out and then never came back and shut his phone off and wouldn't respond to calls or texts so I'm out of 95 dollars and no food what a great first time experience from grub hub smh it's ridiculous oh and I went to the security cameras from the hospital where I'm working 16 hrs and the guy Mitchell never left anything I am irate this is ridiculous

I am so tired of getting half an order. Grubhub gives refunds but I rather have my food. I'd like to be able to adjust the tip because if the driver gets a long receipt and a little tiny bag then YOU SHOULD KNOW A BAG IS MISSING! but if I don't tip, I still don't get my food. Grubhub is free because of Prime, Going back to Doordash and pay a membership like I use to.

I would never order through grub hub took my money & this place was closed even though it said it was open never refunded my money or I didn’t receive food. Just a fuckin scam. All they can say is “I’m so sorry.”

GrubHub has yet to deliver an order, multiple orders multiple major cities, never has 1 courier available, so not just a particular geographic area, there customer service is absolutely horrible, they just end the chats after not being able to help. How is this company in business. I keep trying to use it because I have a balance to use up and I can't.

Horrible service! Use door dash for sure. Never shows up with the food and they think refunding your money is ok... I was planning a party... I had multiple guests.. and I called... no resolution... they have been reported multiple times but I thought I would give them a try... shame on me.. never again

GrubHub is ripping people off! They are down outright stealing! On July 19th order pizza I did not receive my order I received someone else's order. I told them I have proof of it because I took pictures they did not want to see any pictures they flat out refuse to give me my money back to give me any credit or even have my order to be reordered again They done nothing They just straight up stole my money!

Meal came without beverage; driver said he'd be back in five minutes; never showed up. Had to make two calls, to the restaurant and to Grubhub to get a refund. Before this I'd never used a delivery service other than the restaurants own.... I'll go hungry before I ever try that again.
