They have terrible systems and has bad delivery drivers. I have 2 restaurants and has a problem with 1 order 2-3 drivers shows to pick up that order that has been already picked up. I have to call so often , I don’t think grubhub knows what they’re doing.

I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They deliver my food to my house and not some neighbors house.

I wouldn't even give one star if it would allow me to do that! This is the worst company, the drivers are absolutely horrible!!! I had to order my food two times because it got delivered at a business, when my directions clearly said I live in an apartment and the name of the apartments!! The driver marked the order as delivered, nope! Apparently they never read the delivery address which was apartments. The other driver said they dropped it off at a mailbox!!! I will never use them again, they would not answer text or phone calls related to the orders. Very unprofessional!

Do NOT order from this place! Originally my order was $62 dollars, I immediately added a few things to the order, which bright the TOTAL to $82- Grubhub charged me BOTH charges! Never again will I use grub hub! I had the SAME issue the last time I used them! Now let’s see how long it takes to get my $62 dollars back! Always a issue with this company.

I have the free delivery for a year from grub hub but I guess you get what you pay for because these delivery drivers don’t care where they put your order had a lot of issues with my orders being given to other people for free or the place I ordered from not giving me the right food or something missing this is my money I’m spending so I’m going to get a refund if I don’t get my order right so now they have the nerve to say there has been to many refunds on the account hmmm well who’s fault is that not mines I don’t do the order or deliver the food if my pies or missing I want my money back the restaurant isn’t responsible for some reason grub hub is they tell you to call if you need assistance but they won’t give me my money that’s ridiculous why should I appeal this restaurants need to go back to delivering their own food and leave grub hub and doordash alone

I placed an order via GH in an effort to send to someone. At the very last minute, I receive a popup that the service location is "too far" I cancelled the order at the advice of a GH customer service agent. Upon canceling the order, I was advised that my funds spent would not be returned to my card. I can only use the funds on GH; AND, if i don't use the funds within 90 days, I will forfeit them. I am done ordering from them. Hopefully all consumers will leave. Note, they add all the junk fees, if the order is too small, extra fee...

I have been a member paying 9.99 per month. I was assured that I'm not being charged any additional as delivery fee. I just found out that they were charging extra for delivery fee which was not shown on the grubhub order total. That's cheating!

Long story short don’t use this app. The service is horrible and they don’t care. I made an order for my handicap kid. I requested that it get placed between my doors for an easy grab as it’s freezing outside. The driver left it on the steps with no notice at all. Very unprofessional. I used the chat feature and the rep told me he can’t do anything about it. I paid $10 in fees as the order was small with tip. That’s how I got treated. The only reason why I used them is it’s the only app this store uses-NEVER AGAIN.

Be aware! Grub hub is a dishonest company that has been charging me $10.81 for 7 months and I didn't realize. I had no idea that I was enrolled in any kind of autopay. This solution was to refund me the amount of the most recent month only. So, $10.81 out of $75. 67 that was charged over he past 7 months. Consumer beware!

DON'T ORDER FROM GRUDHUD. I ORDER OVER 45.00 DOLLARS OF FOOD. WHEN MY FOOD ARRIVED IT WAS VERY COLD. I REQUESTED A REFUND THE REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I COULDN'T EAT MY FOOD IT WAS SO SOGGY AND VERY COLD. I DONT HAVE $45 TO WASTE. THEY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BAD MANAGEMENT SKILLS.I JUST WANTED MY MONEY BACK. I WOULDN'T REFER ANYONE TO THIS BUSINESS .

I had 5 food deliveries in the past 2 months and 3 out of 5 times delivery drivers made fun of me for ordering food online! They charge more than double the price of the food for delivery and this is their rude behavior. Delivery was late. The restaurant called me to say they were closing when the driver finally got there. I went to the door to make sure the driver won’t have any problem and then she made fun of me. Never again.

Grubhub will not refund your money. They do not care if your order is late or if your food is cold. They will not talk to you they will ignore you... I would not do business with this company!!!

Grub Hub should give the customers full refund and dock the driver who messed up. I live 12 min from a restaurant and waited 2 hours for dead cold food. An hour of that was my driver going in the complete opposite direction for what I assume was another order drop. Simultaneous orders so far from each other should not be allowed to be assigned to a single driver. I have nothing against using a microwave but regarding this order, the fried app would become soggy, the cream soup separates into a poor consistency, and the beef overcooks and becomes gamey. The only thing edible was a scoop of potatoes. Refund denied (probably because I got one once already) but I have been using your service for a very long time, have had other issues but never this bad and/or I didn’t find it necessary to raise those particular concerns. But tonight, I was lied to by the chat rep Jose DD and then rudely cut off when I expressed dismay at the measly refund. So I’m the end, I am now out $35 for a scoop of mashed potatoes. Actually I would give zero stars if it was possibly. Yesterday the Grubhub driver brought me a meal that was ordered by someone through Uber Eats. Grubhub’s customer service was horrible. All the girl would offers was some certificates that I could use on another order or I could file an appeal to get a refund. She said her computer wouldn’t allow her to give a refund. I asked her to contact the restaurant and reorder my food. She replied her computer wouldn’t let her. I asked for a supervisor and she stated that she was. I asked for someone higher up and of course she said she wasn’t allowed to transfer. Instead I got a bunch of certificates for the amount I spent so I could reorder my family’s meal. They have to be used in 30 days and to top it off the fine print says that I can only use one per order. So I’m stuck trying to make multiple orders or lose my money. I’m being penalized for their driver’s error. This is a very poor excuse for customer service.

I have ordered food from them in the past couple of months and my food was over an hour and a half late. Then when it was late they put it on my front porch with no knock or nothing. So don't believe that guarantee your food will be on time because it won't. My food was cold and some foods you just can't eat cold, sorry. The credit was just not good enough when you have a bad experience and can't enjoy the food you wanted to eat. I have never had any issues with Doordash like this and I give it no stars actually. The food was expensive and I gave a tip and this was a horrible experience twice. Trust me order from Doordash you will be happy!

Ordered a Dunkin order (large order with good tip) scheduled for delivery at 8 am for a work meeting at 8:30 am. Pre-ordered and pre-scheduled. Driver is all over the place on the map after picking up order, bypasses my work and appears to be joyriding all over the city. Order is marked as delivered when driver is miles from my workplace - I look like an idiot as said work meeting. It takes ages to fix and initially I was refunded only the delivery fee — for food that was either stolen or never picked up. Terrible service and terrible driver. App is deleted and I will not use again.
