I’ve ordered numerous times and every single time has been horrible . From my food being left outside to be stolen , cold , no ketchup when requested . I just received my order and gave everything to my dog because it was cold , like being left in the refrigerator .i requested mayo and ketchup , received 1 mayo , no ketchup or napkins and a warm frosty that was melted !

My food was just left at the front desk of my hotel, even though I was outside the lobby waiting for it. I received a notification it was delivered & messaged the driver asking where it was as it was not handed to me. Driver never responded. Then I went on customer service chat to let them know & they had to tell me where it was left. By the time this happened my food was cold. I told them I wanted a refund as the driver ignored me, said nothing to anyone when they just left my food on the desk & now it was cold. I was informed I could bot get a refund but they would give me $7 credit for my next order. After I explained that grubhub cannot b used where I live so that would b no good to me, they still told me I could not get a refund. THEN I asked to speak to a manager & they did not get me a manager.

The amount of times I’ve either gotten the wrong order, had the food delivered cold, or been missing items from my order is ridiculous. The help desk is absolutely useless and they don’t fix anything.

I can’t tell you how many times my order has been delivered to the wrong house. I even put the instructions to my home in the order. My address is plainly on my mailbox which is on the street and unobstructed. I even had a delivery man come to my home with my neighbors order and show me the address on his iPhone. It was the wrong address which he would have known if he looked at my mailbox.

I had in my driver instructions DO NOT LEAVE MY FOOD ON THE PORCH RING THE DOORBELL guess what they did, left the food on the porch they have done this on EACH DELIVERY as GRUBHUB never does anything about it!

Driver picked up my order at 9:17 am, made one stop along the way yet didn't arrive at my location 5.5 miles away until 9:57, 1min before the latest estimated delivery. Driver ignored the 10mph speed limit sign on my shared gravel driveway and came flying through going at least 25mph then ignored my delivery instructions and left my food on the ground. My iced drink had no ice left, my order was missing an item and the items that did arrive were cold and soggy

I was charged full price for my family order when we were on vacation in Las Vegas and Grubhub driver cheated by posting food delivered but never did. It was a big mistake and ruined my family vacation night. Don’t use Grubhub if you don’t want the same thing happens to you.

Grub hub is a crooked organization. Do not use there service unless you want to be robbed by the drivers they do not screen. The drivers can pick up your order and drive to your location, keep the food, the top and drive off.happened to me tonight. Beware of third party delivery!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE THE WORST AND DONT HELP WITH ANYTHING. 2nd time my husband ordered from them and they delivered it to a house no where close to where we live. They are telling him he has to wait 5-7 day for them to look into it on if he will get a refund or not. It was the same driver both times they should be docking the drivers pay if they can't deliver it to the right address.

Grub hub sucks! I ordered subway and they kept putting off the delivery time for 3 hours , and then cancelled the order! So frustrating..... Everytime Ive tried Grubhub it's been a pain.

Order was delayed twice, then canceled. I waited nearly 2 hours, for delivery from a resturant only 1 mile from me. NEVER AGAIN!!!

First the driver doesn’t move for 15 minutes but than delivers the food to the wrong address. Customer service tells me I have to wait 5-7 days to review. It seems GH is going out of business. Ridiculous never had this problem with Uber eats.

I ordered a expensive meal , steak dinner for 2. Driver brought a coke and a sandwich and fries. Took me 3 attempts to get her attention to tell her she gave me the wrong order. She called her superior, who told me they would cancel the order and would take me 3 to 5 business days to return my money. It's been 4 days and I haven't seen it yet. I called customer service to complain, no I'm sorry let's see if we can make it up to you or nothing. I will never use them again. I told them there policy sucks. Drivers should make sure they have right order, and should ho back to the restaurant to correct it.

this company suck and dont get any business, you dont make any money driving with them and they are false advertisement i wouldnt believe anything their policy say, i change my bank account information because the bank i had on there previously i had close it and when i went to update with my new bank information, grubhub advertising it take 72 hour to confirm the bank infor mation but when 72 hours come, they still dont confirm your bank and have you waiting more than 72 hours to get access to your fund you have, holding your money where you cant get access to it, i dont recommend anybody to work for this company, you barely get deliveries, this been a ongoing situation and they still didnt apporve regardless of their bad reviews they gotten in the pass and continuing complaints

I was surprised to see these negative reviews; 99% of my Grubhub orders are great. I live in NYC which may contribute to that. Drivers are professional and courteous, and the food is hot when it arrives; I order every day. For me, at least, Grubhub+ is a godsend.

I did not receive my order. The driver apparently can not read directions. My food was dropped off at place that I do not recognize. Horrible, terrible service.

I am a GrubHub driver. I had a death in the family and I had to cancel a days worth of scheduling time because of the funeral My ratings went down 20% because of the missed schedule and I had already told them why I could not work and they said there was no way for them to excuse it because the ratings are computer generated My brother is a computer operator and repairman and he said there is always a back door to go in and change the computer program i’ve talked with other Grubhub drivers and they said the same thing is happened to them when an emergency came up and all that Grubhub is concerned with his money they do not care about the drivers when something happens. Your ratings go down right away but then for your schedule ratings to come back up, you have to do at least 100 orders for each one percent of the rating increase This was the same issue I had with DoorDash and that’s why I quit DoorDash because they were stealing tips and they kept bouncing the ratings up and down and it was very difficult for drivers to stay committed to the work and now Grubhub is doing the same thing. They want to drivers to be loyal and committed with the company itself is not willing to do that for the drivers
