This is one of the worst companies you can ever use. They double billed me for a year and a half and did not refund me. Horrible horrible, horrible company.

Horrible service. Food ready in 10 mins but grub hub took an hour. I called but was told nothing could be done. We ended up picking the food up and being charged for a service fee. We will never use this service ever again. 😭

Order is late and food is cold ALMOST EVERY time with Grubhub. I'm not sure how they make their time estimates but they do a very poor job. It's also extremely frustrating when my order is already delayed and then I see that the driver is going the wrong direction to make another stop first. This is not a good service.

Grubhub sucks. Im done with them. Food is always late and they don't honor their guarantee. I got it free through Amazon prime but would rather pay for doordash. Wish I could give zero stars.

I wanted to give 0 stars but they won't let you rate unless you give 1 star. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH GRUBHUB. They don't care. Restaurant added more charges for no reason and their response is to call the restaurant. That doesn't make sense as the restaurant tells you to call grubhub.

I'll focus on one complaint today... I ordered 3 subs, only to receive 2. What's even more disturbing is that one of the 2 subs looked as if it had been tampered with. Of course the missing sub was supposed to be my dinner!! After calling GrubHub CS, The only thing that they could do was to refund for the one sub. I called the store to try to ascertain any detailed info. about my order. Of course they did not admit to any inconsistency. I called GH a second time to informed them about a possible shady GH delivery person, who apparently took my food as well as rumadged through my bag. That's f'd up. I hope they will be reprimanded.

Took over 2 hours to not get food. Time kept going up and up. I would suggest not to let driver's pick up other order's.

The food was delivered to the wrong location. The driver had called to request the order code, I gave it to her. She said she was at the back door but there was no food. I called her back she insisted she handed the food to me, got an attitude and hung up on me. She called me to get the code, if she handed it to me, she should've asked for the code in person. Customer service is no help. I can't tell if it's automated or an actual person but because the driver said it was delivered successfully, they can't do anything about it.

If i could give them less i would. I placed an order on grub hub for delivery. It never came. I called they said i placed the order for pick up. Who orders food through grub hub for pick up. They charge you extra for the food and delivery. Then i tipped the driver. Witch never came. What a scam. I will never use grub hub again. You are going to lose so many customers.

I had a GrubHub+ membership. I realized that for several months, GrubHub+ was charging me both a monthly fee and delivery fees. When I notified their help chat, they admitted that this was a legitimate complaint. However, I was informed that they while they would cancel my membership, they would not refund the membership fee, nor would they remove the delivery charges. This infuriated me and I have reported the charges to my bank as fraud. This GrubHub practice of charging and hoping we customers don't notice is disgraceful and dishonest.

Ordered at 10pm. Location closes at 12am. Order picked up by a courier 30 minutes away. Then the courier decided to stop being the courier 20 minutes later. Then the app stated the next delivery time was 7:45am the next day. I contacted grubhub support and they told me they wouldn’t refund the order unless I contacted the location to cancel it myself. Then to tell the location to tell grubhub to cancel my order. The order was still active when another courier picked the request up. The new arrival time was 12:45am. I waited and watched the courier driver the opposite way. About 30 minutes. Then finally seeing that the current courier did the same thing. Stopped being the courier. I live in a good sized town. There shouldn’t have been a problem. The next day, I used uber eats with absolutely no problems and had my order in 20 minutes. I will not be using grubhub and urge others to not use them as well. I eventually received an email that the order was refunded.

I have been using them for years and I have placed a order twice .... and both got canceled. Grubhub the restaurant has the driver and the restaurant says that grubhub sends a drive I have been waiting about 2 hrs and no one wants to deliver it and there only options is canceled.. it was 2 awful experience in a row

I ordered food from a restaurant in Ct. The bill was $71.00. I never received my food and when I checked online it was reported as being delivered. I called Grub Hub to complain and was told I could not get a refund. They wanted to give me a 40 dollar credit to Grub Hub. I told the service rep that I was going to call the better business bureau and that I wanted my card credited. I will never use this service again. I finally got my card credited after an hour of threatening. Do not use this company!!!!

March 12th I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and received a beefsteak. I was told I could not be compensated. Today, March 15th I ordered 2 chicken cheesesteaks and received 2 beefsteaks and again was told I could not be compensated. They are robbers and take advantage of people. Disgraceful!

I leave a one star because I can't leave a zero star. GrubHub canceled an order when they could not fulfill a delivery. When I reordered through another restaurant and they could not fulfill that one in a timely fashion, I went to cancel the order and they told me that I could not do that because I've had too many cancellations and concessions. How the hell do I have too many cancellations and concessions when they are the ones that canceled the first order? I didn't request the cancellation I wanted the order. They just couldn't deliver it. If I were starving, and GrubHub were the only place I could get food, and they were willing to give it to me for free, they could keep the food. I used to be a frequent customer several years back and decided to give them a chance again, and this is how they treated me. Almost 5 hours and I still didn't get the ice cream that was ordered.

GrubHub does not care about their customers at all and will not put the money into an even basic algorithm for delivery. I watched my food sitting in a location while a driver drives past it and then drives past my house to go to someplace 20 minutes away. Never use GrubHub! Until they bring on Real engineers this will just always be a total S-show.
