First time I used the service, not my choice, but the restaurant uses them. No delivery, even though they claimed they delivered the food. Extremely poor communication, no help from the chat feature. I've have never, ever had problems with Menufy. Restaurants need to stop using Grubhub. Wish I could give them a zero or a negative number.

My order was delayed twice and the best they could refund me was $5 credit when my order was over $50 and was over 40 minutes late. Don’t use this. Uber eats is way quicker and actually helps if you ever need it.

Have got the order wrong the last 3 times. Nobody calls you back to make it right. Delivered my last Order to the wrong hotel. Items missing.

Items missing from order. Customer service refused to have the or other driver resolve issue. Customer service refused 13 times my request to speak to a supervisor. They also would not allow me to adjust the tip amount, which was based on items I did not receive.

Every single time Grubhub is the delivery service it goes wrong. They hire people who cannot read or speak English so it’s no wonder my orders never get delivered to my house. At least six times this has happened. Not once have I gotten my food. I don’t ever order through them but a lot of apps sub out the orders to them. I’m just not getting food delivered anymore unless the restaurant uses their own drivers.

Terrible service why take the order if you have no drivers I wish I could Give them a zero your service sucks then I have to wait 5 business days for a refund wtf this service should not exist they take yoir money and don’t deliver food shame on you

GrubHub prices are higher than the actual restaurant. The actual restaurant does delivery. I ordered that way and saved money on my meal.

THEY GAVE ME $7 FOR ALL THE TROUBLESSSS!! This has happened to me 3 times already! Delivery person confirms delivery through app but I never received the food! It happened 3 times on 3 different days. They sure did refund but why do GRUBHUB allow these things to happen? I work in the hospital as a nurse and only allowed to have break for 30minutes! This has caused so much stress and frustrations. Those 3 times that they never delivered my food i did not eat at all because break time is finally over! SHAME ON YOU GRUBHUB FOR LETTING YOUR DRIVERS GET AWAY WITH THIS! AND FOR GIVING ME $7. My wasted 30 minutes is worth $32 in NYC!

Horrible service. The item I received tastes like poison. I was denied a refund. They steal peoples money. Do yourself a huge favor and order from a different delivery service.

I tried for at least one hour to order my usual items from a restaurant in Ventura, CA but the Grubhub website would not let me login to my account. I changed my account email and password and it was accepted by Grubhub but the Ventura website still would not let me sign in. I finally got into the website but it would not let me get my order for 24 hours. The Grubhub Ventura website if definitely not use friendly!!!!!

Ordered my food over 2 hours ago chatted several times lied to by a "manager" who stated driver at store would have in 10 mins the driver wasn't anywhere near store chatted again and again told if food cold come back they will refund then told I'll give u a grubhub credit idiots id never use the credit bc the company is deceitful and offers horrid customer service and denies their so called guarantee! I'm going to the better business bureau everyone else should as well.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Ordered food over an hour ago and was told at time of delivery that my order was cancelled. I called and was informed that they were sorry but there is nothing I can do. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY OR CHINA EXPRESS.

I wish I could give zero stars. Never received my order and they say they have a confirmed delivery. $35 for a lunch I never received. Grubhub answer “were sorry” that doesn’t fix it. I’ll never use them again. Door dash has never been a problem. Grubhub is useless what a rip off.

They keep taking orders (money) and then delaying orders by that time, tge restaurant is closed! Then when you try to get your money back, they give you a hard time! A lawsuit needs to be filed against this company!

I orderd food yesterday fron el bronco taco truck.el bronco is one of my favorites, butt I usually pick it myself. Before I placed the order .the grub hub app saide 40 to 50 minites.wheni placed the order @ 3pm the eta for my food said 4:09- 4:20,@3:00 el bronco called my to say your food is ready no driver has come yet. They told me to call grub hub,they applied. And said we will try to get you another driver. Now my order eta changed to5:09-5:25.i called grub hub again. Got A very nice lady last who kept on appolligzing, she put me threw to a manager Liam o who was absolutely no help . The food was still not even picked up yet.i told him the food will be ice cold by the time I get it.i told him do you like eating cold food his response was yes I do.i thought that was rude even though he saide it nice .he gave me a $7 dollar credit for my next order which i will never be using your app again. My food finally arrived at 4:45.i didn't take it out on the driver because it was very cold outside I gave $20 tip.my food was ice cold.and it wasn't the restaurants fault. SHAME ON YOU GRUB HUB. Worst experience ever!!!!! Half the time Grubhub drivers can't even deliver my order to the right house and the other half of time they can't keep their promises or offer logical solutions to people's problems like actually going through with the grubhub guaranteed promise they have!!! I just had to wait 2 hours for freezing cold pizza, and they refused to cancel my order before a driver was even assigned and then I was told to contact them if my order was late to get my grubhub guaranteed promise and when I did they STILL refused to refund me! This whole company is absolute garbage!!!

So today I said, lemme try a different delivery app besides Door dash and i landed at Grub hub. But to my experience, this is the worst delivery app in the world you can ever find. Avoid it!

I’d give zero stars if that was a possibility. Complete robbery if you order from the wrong store. Won’t give you your money back because the store “started working on the order.” Doesn’t matter if you won’t make it there before they close, they STILL won’t do the justice on giving you your money back. I am on a fixed income, and cannot spend an additional $40+ on dinner tonight for me and my family. When I hung up the second time after hearing again no refund, they called back to again say “sorry… we can’t refund your money back” I replied “Yeah, I heard you the first time. You guys are complete a**holes! Thanks for f**king me over!” Guess we’ll be going to bed with no dinner tonight.

I won't be ordering from GrubHub anymore, they service is terrible and its hard to contact the customer service. Then they try to give you a $5 credit instead of refunding your money.
