My apartment number is part of my address. Grubhub for some unknown reason does not share apartment numbers with drivers - how efficient! My driver just left my food someplace in my lobby and texted me that he did not have access to my apartment number. Ubereats and Door Dash does not have this issue - I would suggest using them - particularly if you live in an apartment! Lesson learned - never again.

Driver picked up food at 9pm from restaurant. Restaurant is three miles from my address that was to be delivered to. 1.5 hours later still waiting on delivery. Driver will not response to calls or texts. I reached out to the Help Center out of concern since on the app I saw the driver just sitting in an industrial area. They sent me a lousy $5 credit. I will not be using their service again. So the $5 credit is worthless

I used Grubhub for my Donato's pizza delivery. As I am medically incompacitated, I put in the directions for the driver : Ring doorbell. I will tell you to OPEN the door. The stupid driver arrives, doesn't ring the doorbell. He drops my pizza on the porch and leaves. 10 mins after I don't hear a doorbell, I check outside for the driver and my pizza is sitting there. Of course, the pizza is cold. I respond to Grubhub and the operator has the ordacity to offer me a $5 discount off my next order! NO, stupid! I want my pizza. Then she proceeds to ask me stupid questions. Like : " Did you already pay for your pizza?" How else do you think it was going to be delivered??? "Do you still want your pizza??" Ultra dumb ding bat! What do you think?? You got $26 of my money and I still don't have a pizza! This company hires stupid people to work for them.

Well it's the same everytime, order your food, and it is either delayed from the start, shows up cold, soggy, something gets forgotten. And it's almost always delayed or late. So don't plan on ordering anything warm. This company either needs to hire more people, or maybe just give up and let other services handle it. Cuz the same result time after time is rediculous.

Ive been a driver since 2020. Since I've refused to take high mileage, non paying offers, i was deactivated. Seems all they want is theives and sloth drivers. Been over a year since I've accepted an offer but clock in daily. So, basically customers and company refuse to pay. Cool

I ordered a pizza from a local restaurant, first they send me a estimated time, the time past and was told there was a hour delay, after that I got a text the pizza was picked up by the driver a hour later, than 15 mins later that my order was canceled by grubhub as they couldn't locate the driver??? I wasted 2 and half hours ....all they say is soo sorry we will refund your money in 3-5 business days.....

Apparently, if you order items for four people and get items for three people, they will refund the item you didn't get. However, the fourth person does not get dinner and GrubHub doesn't care. Couldn't refund the delivery fee because we did get our items? It really sucked telling my daughter that she couldn't Have the meal she ordered.

Absolutely terrible service. Drivers are awful and most of the time either steal food or take hours to deliver which results in the food tasting terrible. Customer service is also some of the worst I've ever dealt with. You're better off going anywhere else besides Grubhub.

Used to be a decently reliable service. Had turned more to a scam and I've had multiple disappointments over the past year with the drivers and service, including orders being stolen and drivers delivering other orders in between (despite my paying for "priority delivery"). Reached my limit and I'm done with GrubHub.

We utilized GrubHub's food delivery services tonight, but despite the confirmation of delivery, the order was nowhere to be found. A thorough search of the premises, including the parking lot, yielded no signs of the driver or the order. Subsequent calls to GrubHub's customer service resulted in denial of a refund due to the order being marked as delivered. Has anyone encountered similar issues with GrubHub? If so, what steps did you take to resolve the matter? I've contacted them three times, only to be consistently informed that no refund is possible.

I ordered food, the driver called me and asked me for my address so I gave it to him. He then called me back and asked me for my code so I gave it to him. My food never arrived. I contacted grub hub and they said there’s nothing they can do the food showed delivered. Theses guys suck. Please don’t use them. I was transferred to a supervisor and got ignored and the chat was cut off.

They ordered from the wrong store, I ordered super slice they gave me little Caesars then refuse to cancel the order. Erika b representative tried to give me a 5, 7, then 10 dollar credit of a 70 dollar order I would not eat!!! They are the worst. I will never use them again

Grubhub is the worst. My last order was delivered to the wrong address. My address is visible from the street. I can't pick up orders due to my disability and I don't have anyone who can pick it up for me. Grubhub said they would refund my money. If they don't I will file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I'm tired of being over charged for delivery then not getting what I paid for.

well I just want to say that every review I have read about doordash, grub, uber, exc. every single person is b******** and complaining. y'all ned to realize you are paying someone else to bring your food to you cause your to damn lazy to do yourself!! If you live in my neighborhood the kids that work fast food are rich yuppies that are to stuck up to have any work ethic. plus go get your own damn food and stop f****** everyones scores up cause you didn't get none last not! god damn haters making me hate now

I will never order food through Grubhub again. I've had several orders go through only to wait hours for them and then I'll get a text saying something went wrong with the order. I called the restaurants each time and they all say the orders were ready and had been sitting for hours. You have to cancel through Grubhub and their phone number is not listed on their website that I could find. I finally get someone and I get a "sorry" and they offered coupons. Pathetic.

Consistently changes my delivery time, Last night I watched the driver miss 5 turns to get to me, What should have been a 30 minute delivery turned into a 2 hour delivery. Food is delivered Cold Or Ice Cream Is Melted. I just got a delivery from Door Dash! Quick and pleasant!

Over 30$ in fees is ridiculous!!! Went to place an order, food came to 52$, tip for driver 15$ and then i looked at the total after and my bill would have been almost 100$! Grubhub is a rip off! Let ur drivers get some money too they are the ones doing the work. Ur going to raise urself out of a business. Cancelled my order and deleted the app
